Saturn Palace Resort

We are on the last night of our 11 night stay at Saturn Palace. We are really disappointed to be leaving tomorrow and have already been looking at dates to return later in the year. From beginning to end we have had a fun, relaxing, stress free family holiday. As previous reviews state its the staff who make this place special. Whatever the management are doing to keep their team happy and motivated please keep doing so as I have never been to a hotel where every person working genuinely seems to want to help in whatever way they can. We arrived late and had a problem with our room key which was fixed really quickly by the man showing us to our room. We booked a VIP whirlpool terrace room which was immaculately cleaned and restocked every day by the friendly and hard working housekeeper. We had such beautiful views over the pool and the sea and it was a luxury to have a whirlpool bath on our terrace with a drink at the end of a hard day sun bathing! We felt it was worth paying the extra. We really enjoyed the food here with so many different foods at the main restaurant and the kiosks around the hotel. We aren't very adventurous foodies but there were plenty of meats, kebabs, casseroles, curry, pasta, chips, nuggets, burgers etc and there always seemed to be vegetarian options and fish dishes too. The desserts are the best we've experienced on an all inclusive and they don't use the clear jelly stuff on all of the cakes like we've always experienced in Turkish hotels before. They have ice cream throughout the day and in the main restaurant for dinner. Drinks are also great, beer from the bar is Tuborg and there are cans of Efes in the mini fridge. There is a large selection of cocktails, wine, soft and hot drinks etc and I really enjoyed the ice coffee (with a baileys thrown in after 2ish). The pools are large with plenty of sunbeds, despite whatever time we ventured down we could find several poolside together. Towel exchange is quick and easy from the spa next to the indoor pool which we used a few days early on during our stay as the outdoor pools were very cold, but we could see maintenance staff monitoring the temperature and it was heated slightly making it a little more enjoyable. The pool bar staff work so hard bringing drinks to your sunbed throughout the day. There are also snacks like pizza, burgers, cakes, ice creams coming round the poolside which was a lovely touch. Also the Customer Relations team come round most days to catch up and see how everything is going and if there are any problems, and from what I heard they sort problems very quickly. The only issue we had was the air conditioning unit is controlled centrally and due to the time of year was only on fan mode which was bearable, however that was switched off a few nights as some guests felt the hotel was cold. I have been to Turkey several times before but never to this part the hotel was amazing When you are in Antalya there is not much around you so you can’t really go out to eat but the hotel offers so much that you don’t really need to We had 3 person room the room was big enough for us 3 was clean every day with fresh towels too We sat round the pool most day ms there was lots for the kids to do and then entertainment staff and waiters on skates keep everyone happy As this was a treat from my family I can comment on value for money but as I have look myself to book again I would say it worth what I would pay The waiters and waitresses are amazing so helpful and friendly As I said about the room where cleaned daily about the pool was always clean and tidy and all the bars and restaurants where clean too My son was 8 at the time we visited he loved Every mins the slides pool and splash park in the day he also played football crazy golf and table tennis in the evening it was a little cool so we did sit in the lobby bar most night and played cards we went to to small fair next door and my son loved it there too I would 100%!revoked this hotel I will be going back

After recently spending a week at this hotel with my large family, there are lots of positives and some areas of improvement buts it's definitely designed for families with small children. In comparison to other Lara beach hotels it's small in size but has brilliant Facilities, Restaurants, Location & Staff. The hotel is located in the middle of the strip and on the beach front. It has different sized swimming pools (also standing height), fantastic large & small slides for young, older children & adults. Also there is always sun beds available even after a late breakfast (no alarm clocks required). A high spec 3G Football pitch with floodlights and tennis court. The main, poolside & beach restaurants are excellent with lots of choice. Multiple high std a-la-carte restaurants, a rooftop bar and bar at end of the pier which is a good touch. The staff CAN'T do enough for you. The hotel is very clean, all the bar staff are very friendly and customer relations team are excellent. Areas for improvement. Definitely daytime & evening entertainment, both are low key. Through the day there are some organised sports, darts & water pollo but nothing like other Lara Beach hotels. It's the same in the evening, a mini disco, bingo then an act. After that people generally went to bed or played cards. At this time you could hear and see other hotels evening entertainment carrying on into the night. Not enough branded drinks. Most was local spirits including a watered down Bailey's. This std of hotel I would expect more. MAIN ISSUE: Room booking & room allocation with Jet2. Multiple families that had booked through Jet2 had the incorrect room allocated to them on arrival and it took multiple days to rectify. These errors & discussions caused stress you don't need at the start of your holiday. Tips. The rooftop and end of pier bars are fantastic. Some of the beds are hard so you can order mattress toppers & duvets through reception. The Saturn is a lovely young family hotel that's clean with brilliant staff, food and pool areas in a fantastic location.

Ibrahim approached us today to ask how our day was, which I thought was very nice and professional. As customer relations it’s very nice to see that they are taking guest thoughts seriously and ensuring we have the best time. All the staff were extremely fun, friendly and ever so welcoming the smiles every day to meet with the sunshine. One particular waiter, entertainer, and seems to be everything else…..Emin, is the greatest! Constantly entertaining and ensuring your trip here is the best it can be. Whether it’s a Family holiday, honeymoon, whatever the occasion, this place is perfect for your stay. Clean, spacious and comfortable with an atmosphere that opens its arms to welcome you to your new home 😎. Food is incredible and the drinks keep flowing, you never have to think and you can just relax and enjoy. As a busy professional, my life is hectic and when you come to the Saturn…it’s the rest and easy that you deserve! So treat yourself

This is the first time we have stayed at the Saturn Palace but we have been coming to Turkey for a number of the years now but I can honestly say that the Saturn Palace has done everything possible to make sure that we have had the best holiday, staff very welcoming And friendly. We also like to mention one person in particular Emin he always make sure that we had a drink or food in our hands and always make sure we was happy. We stayed in room 6229 which had the outdoor hot tub and had amazing views from outside the cleaning staff are really friendly and cleaned our room mostly every day. The food was really good. There were so many options, if we had the opportunity again we would come back we would also like to mention Ibrahim who is part of guest relations and he always made sure he checked on us to see if we were happy or if there was anything else they could do to make her holiday more Pleasurable Just wanna say a big thank you to the staff for making this holiday the best holiday
