Saturn Palace Resort

We are on the last night of our 11 night stay at Saturn Palace. We are really disappointed to be leaving tomorrow and have already been looking at dates to return later in the year. From beginning to end we have had a fun, relaxing, stress free family holiday. As previous reviews state its the staff who make this place special. Whatever the management are doing to keep their team happy and motivated please keep doing so as I have never been to a hotel where every person working genuinely seems to want to help in whatever way they can. We arrived late and had a problem with our room key which was fixed really quickly by the man showing us to our room. We booked a VIP whirlpool terrace room which was immaculately cleaned and restocked every day by the friendly and hard working housekeeper. We had such beautiful views over the pool and the sea and it was a luxury to have a whirlpool bath on our terrace with a drink at the end of a hard day sun bathing! We felt it was worth paying the extra. We really enjoyed the food here with so many different foods at the main restaurant and the kiosks around the hotel. We aren't very adventurous foodies but there were plenty of meats, kebabs, casseroles, curry, pasta, chips, nuggets, burgers etc and there always seemed to be vegetarian options and fish dishes too. The desserts are the best we've experienced on an all inclusive and they don't use the clear jelly stuff on all of the cakes like we've always experienced in Turkish hotels before. They have ice cream throughout the day and in the main restaurant for dinner. Drinks are also great, beer from the bar is Tuborg and there are cans of Efes in the mini fridge. There is a large selection of cocktails, wine, soft and hot drinks etc and I really enjoyed the ice coffee (with a baileys thrown in after 2ish). The pools are large with plenty of sunbeds, despite whatever time we ventured down we could find several poolside together. Towel exchange is quick and easy from the spa next to the indoor pool which we used a few days early on during our stay as the outdoor pools were very cold, but we could see maintenance staff monitoring the temperature and it was heated slightly making it a little more enjoyable. The pool bar staff work so hard bringing drinks to your sunbed throughout the day. There are also snacks like pizza, burgers, cakes, ice creams coming round the poolside which was a lovely touch. Also the Customer Relations team come round most days to catch up and see how everything is going and if there are any problems, and from what I heard they sort problems very quickly. The only issue we had was the air conditioning unit is controlled centrally and due to the time of year was only on fan mode which was bearable, however that was switched off a few nights as some guests felt the hotel was cold. We spoke with reception and tried to explain that these guests could just turn off the fan from their room (or there is even an option to have heating). I don't thin

Very nice hotel and facilities. Staff are great, especially Mami at the relax pool and the waiter (I forgot his name sorry!) at the cocktail bar across from the kids club. They went out their way to make me non-alcoholic cocktails when I didn’t want any more fizzy juice! Lots of choice at dinner but I struggled at breakfast and lunch as I am pregnant so was unsure about what cold meats and cheeses I could eat. This was very much my issue and not the hotels though! I also found the meals could be a bit repetitive. The only issue I really had was the amount of guests who smoked in the communal areas. Indoors seemed to be the only place that smoking was not permitted but it doesn’t seem fair that non smokers have to go indoors to avoid it! The amount of people willing to smoke in front of their babies/children was eye opening! When we asked the hotel for a late checkout mid way through our stay, they upgraded up to a jacuzzi room free of charge which was great!

Visited with my partner and our one year old in April and could not fault the hotel, multiple pools with plenty sun loungers and things to do for little ones including a play park. Multiple bars on site, snack bars and the food was incredible. We ate in the buffet every night and never got bored of it there was so much choice there was always something different. The entertainment was fantastic, the team always kept a great atmosphere around the pool and during the evenings. Could not fault a single staff member at the hotel, each one was so willing to help, polite and couldn't do enough to help. We had a VIP Terrace Whirpool Room and couldn't fault it, we had an issue with our electrics on the first night which was sorted immediately, plenty amenities in the room and always spotless. We ate in the a-la-carte one night and had Italian and it was the worst meal we had, we all said we wished we had gone to the buffet, food tasted batch cooked and not as fresh as the buffet. Will definitely be hoping to return in the future.

We have just returned from a 1 week stay at the Saturn palace hotel. It was absolutely fantastic. The staff are so friendly and work so hard. The food was really nice. Plenty of choice at dinner with the buffet plus extra stations outside including pasta, grill with various meats and fresh kebabs. Snacks were available during the day including burgers, hot dogs, toasties, fries, chicken nuggets, pasta, baked potatoes and many more. All drinks included in all inclusive. It was our daughter’s birthday when we were there and we spoke with Ibraham at guest relations and he was very kind and helpful. He arranged a table for us at the steak restaurant which was lovely. The table was decorated for her birthday and the staff brought out a personalised birthday cake and sang happy birthday. The cleaners are also really nice and hard working. The lovely cleaner decorated our daughter’s bed for her birthday whilst we were out at the pool. There is direct access to a private area of the beach where there are plenty of sun loungers. There is a lovely waiter that brings you drinks to your lounger. Around the pool they give out chicken strips and fries in the afternoon and also ice lollies. There are waiters on roller skates that give out drinks. The slides were fun. There was plenty of sun loungers available. Initially we had booked a double room with sea view. However on our first full day we spoke with reception and upgraded to a whirlpool terrace room for a small cost. This was absolutely amazing. On our last day the hotel gave us another room for a late check out & we did not need to check out until 5pm. Overall we had an amazing time and will definitely be back.

Great hotel amazing food & drinks lovely staff clean room amazing Service I would definitely recommend this hotel the staff from guest relation they are asking everyday everything is fine ? Especially thx to hakan and all staff definitely we will come back
