Nanakis Beach Luxury Apartments

There really is only one word to describe Nanakis Apartments and that is Fabulous!! Family are wonderful caring people, nothing is too much trouble. The staff are the same. Andreas in reception,the girls Georgia and Aspa who keep the apartments spotless and also George who is always busy around the place. The apartments are in a stunning position some of them overlooking the sea. It is so relaxing you don't feel like moving. Apartments are comfortable,the pool area is lovely and well looked after. We were there in June this year,last year and hopefully next year.

Had a lovely, relaxing 10 night stay at Nanakis. This was our 4th stay here. Lovely modern and clean apartments. Beautiful pool and views. Loads of parking for cars Mr and Mrs Nanakis and Son Giannis and staff are lovely people, nothing is ever too much trouble. Close to Stavros, Tersanas and Chorofakia, and a bus stop nearby to Chania. Small beach nearby within walking distance. See you next year x

What an fantastic experience from start to finish. The apartments are pristine, cleaned on a daily basis with fresh towels provided. They cater for everything you need to thoroughly enjoy your stay. The shampoo and shower gels provided smell amazing. We were told on arrival that the sunsets are amazing here, they certainly did not disappoint - Absolutely incredible! Just so peaceful. The staff here could not do enough for us. Extremely friendly, and very helpful. Theres a couple of local shops in the centre, selling everything you need, and local restaurants serving up the tastiest meals. Sunset beach bar is so chilled, fantastic vibe in there with a turtle conservation beach right next to it, just awesome! Taxi into Chania approx €30 each way, but well worth the visit. There is a bus service to Chania from central Stavros which can be a bit hit and miss. The taxi drivers are also extremely friendly and helpful. We would definitely hire a car next time to see more of the area. We walked to Holy Trinity Monastery, absolutely worth the visit - took a couple of hours. The scenery all around is spectacular, with the snow capped mountains in the distance, simply beautiful! Can't remember the last time we came and holiday and felt so relaxed.... We would 100% recommend this place, its truly amazing! Our first time here and we already can't wait to come back! Liz and Kev

Perfect relaxing 5 days. Lovely and helpful lady owner, polite maintenance staff. Best sunset we have ever seen. Roomy apartment and well equipped. Super pool area with top class sunbeds. 10 min walk to a quiet cove. Can't wait to return.

I’m in love with this place! Lovely apartments, very clean and big enough! Comfy bed. All you’d need for self catering. Great breakfast plate with the delicious bread. As a welcome gift bottle of their own Nanakis wine and bottle of Raki. Great communication via WhatsApp. No issues to arrive late after the reception is closed. Arrived late and spend on a beautiful terrace half a night, enjoying Nanaki wine and amazing views around! Senior Nanakis is very friendly & helpful! Fabulous pool, where we spent an early morning enjoying the warm water of it with my daughter! Would come back! Highly recommend!

I had to book a room in a hurry as my flight into chania was delayed and i needed somewhere to stay the night. We arrived at near midnight and there was a note on the door welcoming us and telling us the key was in the apartment door. Lovely spacious apartment with a living area, kitchen and good sized bathroom. They left out a bottle of wine and some breakfast for the morning. In the morning we were visited and they were making sure we got in ok and just generally being really friendly. Now for the wow factor. When i booked in a hurry on an iphone i did not properly check the date so ended up booking the wrong day on a non refundable booking. I realised this and made a second booking for the correct date. I explained this to them and they said no problem .. contact ********** and tell them that they were happy for the incorrect booking to be refunded. Well ********** webchat agents could not find me or the booking ??? so we were left in limbo as i had laready paid. When Nanakis Beach found this out they cancelled the booking from their end thus making sure i got a refund. This was over and above what they had to do .. after all the mistake was mine. Thank you very much Giannis and if we are back this way we will defintely be back.

Posto incantevole, tenuto in maniera egregia dai proprietari. Personale affabile e sempre disponibile che ci ha accontentato ad ogni richiesta. Camere pulitissime e curate nei dettagli. Verde curato e piscina splendida e pulita. Ci torneremo sicuramente

La struttura ha annullato una prenotazione su VRBO già pagata. Assurdo mai successo. Il problema è che avevo prenotato già il volo. Nessuno si è scusato ed ho dovuto rimediare da solo. Non so chi ha sbagliato ma la situazione è assurda

Nous sommes arrivés fin de journée après une après midi à la plage de Stavros . Le patron nous dit qu il a encore une chambre et nous en sommes ravis ! C est plutôt un appartement avec un salon une cuisine une chambre et une jolie salle de bain toute neuve . Il y a une bouteille de vin de la famille , une bouteille de raki , des biscottes , du beurre, de la confiture , du café, des thés et quelques biscuits pour le petit déjeuner . La vue de la terrasse est magnifique sur la mer et la piscine . Tout le complexe est d une propreté étincellente . Andreas, le conseiller de l hôtel nous renseigne un petit bar de plage pour l apéro . Le lendemain matin , Madame Nanakis nous accueille avec le sourire et beaucoup de professionnalisme et gentillesse . Un complexe d appartements au calme , bien tenu par les patrons eux mêmes . Nous reviendrons sans hésitation !
