We went as a family with children under 1 year (twins). We arrived and the room didn't have the extra mattress for our babies as we requested. We had to wait for almost an hour for the mattress to come and it was already bedtime for our kids and they were super fussy. We were put on the first floor in a property without a lift, hard to move if you need to use a stroller most of the time. Staff are friendly, but generally you have to ask for something more than once for you to get it. The natural attractions are not extraordinary, but I guess, one has higher expectations of what to get in touristic place like that having experienced holidays in East Africa. In Ghana one clearly needs to lower expectations. Food also not extraordinary. On new year eve the hard fire works and music very close to our room, kids were waking up. So in general, the place and experience is not worth $400 a night that we paid.
