酒店服務不錯，幫客户定了酒店，由於特殊情況要提前回國，需要退一天的房費，聯繫了平台，平台與酒店反饋後酒店同意退回一天的房費！ 這還是第一次遇到同意退回房費的酒店，給酒店點贊，不然一千多塊錢就打水漂了！

Hemos viajado a Ajman desde Argentina para compartir el festejo de nuestro aniversario de bodas, fuimos recibidos generosamente con un upgrade a una suite de luna de miel DIVINA!!! Con todas las comodidades y la recepción de bombones y dulces en la habitación preparada para homenajearnos.- Balcón amplio vista al mar con una playa muy linda y sobre todo la atención de todos y cada una de las personas que allí trabajan. Muy buen restaurante italiano, para recomendar. Sin duda regresaremos para tener otra experiencia tan agradable como la vivida.- Muchas gracias! MARIO ALBERTO GARCIA y GRACIELA M SERRANO.-

This is our 2nd visit ito the Bahi Ajman Palace hotel. We visited this place 1st in April this year. We liked it so much that we decided to come here again. Clean cosy rooms, a very effective, good and polite team of servismen, who clean the rooms evey day very effectivly. We liked also the hotel restaurant. The restaurant servismen work very quickly, quietly, professionally. They are very polite and frendly. They do what you want immedeately and with kind smiles. We'd like to mention these men as especially very good and kind men who work in the restaurant - Sohel, R aj, Sanjay, Roshani. We liked the restaurant food, especially rich and generous dinners. The beach is regularly cleaned and the people who work there are redy to help at any moment. Thank you Soju for medical help. In geneal all the people who work at the hotel are highly professional helpful kind and good. Thank you everybody.

Having stayed at this hotel for many years I have to say that I was bitterly disappointed with this trip We booked a King Sea View Room on a half board basis which I understood to be Bed Breakfast and either lunch or dinner I have a problem with my hip and when we got to our room i was disappointed that on previous occasions we had managed to book a room with a walk in shower The room we were given had a shower over the bath and the sealing around the bath at the tap end was all breaking away which subsequently caused the water to seep through and flood the bathroom floor To get around the issue of the Shower situation we agreed to occupy a suite at an additional 200 Dirhams per night, the room in question did indeed have a shower but unfortunately as it was located on the top floor I experienced a huge problem with air coming from the taps bidet etc which as i explained to them must be caused with air in the system To my surprise a lady on reception admitted that there was an issue with the plumbing on the top floor and despite several visits fro engineering the problem was not solved fully. The other thing I complained about was that the Half board in their terminology actually means bed breakfast and a 50Dirham contribution to eat lunch or dinner. When I pointed out that 50 Dirham didn’t buy a burger and chips in the sports bar the comment I received was that Burger and chips fell under the heading of a La Carte which in itself seems ridiculous. The holiday was pretty much ruined by these events but would comment that the staff working in the restaurants and indeed the guys who take care of the guests on the beach and around the pool were exceptional in their professionalism and care offered to all the guests as was the Food and Beverage manager who went out of his way to listen and take on board the issues we experienced. When we originally stayed at the hotel it was managed by the Kempinski Group and unfortunately all I can say is that the overall experience we endured over our 10 night stay was far from what you would expect from a 5 Star establishment

Sincere gratitude to Jay and Mayan, and their team at the Oberoi for providing us with an incredible weekend stay. The dining in the Vinesse was perfect, we had the Angus steak cooked to perfection and the outdoor environment was peaceful and very tranquil. The gym and pool facilities are excellent! The hotel feels private, and exclusive even when at 80% capacity. The grounds are well maintained and we had lots of wildlife to enjoy during our stay, we even had two parrots 🦜 visit us on our balcony. The rooms are 5 star with high end finishes, amazing views, comfortable lounge spaces and excellent entertainment, plenty of great movie channels if you have children or prefer a quiet night in after a nice meal. The spa, massage and wellness facilities are best in class and extensive, there are also a great selection of activities, kayaking and yoga to chocolate tasting, we will certainly try the golf course during our next stay. Thanks again to Mayan and his team for the exceptional service!

Были в начале мая 2024. Очень понравилась локация - с одной стороны значительно дешевле, чем в Дубае, с другой стороны до Дубая можно добраться в течении часа. В отличие от Дубая не берут курортный налог. Отель предоставляет бесплатный трансфер до Дубай молла - из отеля выезд примерно в 15.40, отправления от Дубай молла в 21.00. Заказывали такси в аэропорт от отеля, обошлось в 100 дирхам. В пешей доступности от отеля продуктовые супермаркеты и аутлет. Удобно переходить дорогу к пляжу. В отеле небольшой крытый бассейн с теплой водой, баня и сауна. На ресепшене можно поменять доллары и евро на дирхамы - при курсе 3,6 в обменнике в аэропорту нам поменяли по 3,45. У дочери был день рождения, о чем мы не предупреждали отель, привозврашении с пляжа увидели подарок - торт. Было очень приятно. За время пребывания трижды интересовали устраивает ли качество обслуживания - один раз по телефону, на ресепшене и подходил менеджер по клинингу. Разнообразно и вкусно кормили на завтрак. Обнд и ужин мы не брали, т.к. хотели попробовать разную местную еду. При необходимости можно заказать, для взрослого это составит примерно 60 дирхам. На пляже выдают полотенца и лежаки бесплатно, места практически всегда есть. Минусы: - практически все время из крана и душа шла прохладная вода, кроме последнего дня, как не регулируй. Мыться было не очень приятно. - на полу в кухне и в ванной предусмотрен слив, по-видимому из них периодически шел не очень приятный запах. В целом отель рекомендую. Своих денег однозначно стоит. По соотношению цена - качество лучший вариант.

Me ha gustado la estancia en este hotel. La recepción en la recepción era muy amable y muy apropiada. El cuarto era grande y limpio y con una vista maravillosa a la playa y al mar. La playa es una playa privada, la playa y las camas son muy limpias y se encuentran toallas colocadas del hotel. Me ha gustado especialmente el atardecer de la playa. Con el paquete All Inclusive se pudo encargar café, cola, zumo, Sprite, etc. y agua en la playa. La comida sabía muy bien y había una selección alternativa cada día. ¡Estábamos muy entusiasmados por el buffet!! Los sirvientes son muy amables. Hay una gran piscina y una piscina cubierta con grandes sillas de cama. Todas las instalaciones fueron muy limpias. ¡Puedo recomendar este hotel y me gustaría volver! 😍
