Amazing stay..good location, very friendly staffs, good food options, rooms are very clean and hygienic

Room was small but clean. Housekeeping was good and the food was delicious. Hotel is located in the main market area and taxis are easily available.

My 12 nights of stay at Hotel Regency in Aizawl was a mixed bag. While the hotel's cleanliness and ambiance were commendable, the service left much to be desired. The ladies at the Mangolia Restaurant were warm and courteous, always willing to help. However, their male counterparts were surprisingly rude and manner less. Requests for simple services, like a cup of black coffee, were met with a brusque "self-service" response. The food was average, with a peculiar tendency for the chef to add sugar to almost every dish, including savory options like nan and paneer pulav. Overall, Hotel Regency has potential but needs significant improvement in its service standards, particularly among the male staff.

It is situated in market place. Easily get taxi. Staff are good & polite. Rooms are clean. Service good

Nice and hygienic. Food quality is also good. They also take care of your arrival, outing and leaving communication. They arrange everything and it feels good.

Great location, heart of business place in imphal. Nice warm staff, little overpriced. Has decent food quality but little time taking.
