Good value Perfectly adequate for a business stay over for a couple of nights. Other customers not always quiet or considerate but thats not the hotel's fault. Rooms could be soundproofed more. Reception staff helpful. Great carvery next door.

I've stayed here a few times recently. Ideal location near the workplace. The rooms I've stayed in have all been fine. A couple, a little rough around the edges, but the last room I stayed in was fully renovated and great quality. I have a feeling that at this moment a lot of rooms have been fixed up, or are being done right now. I've never had a bad night's sleep here, beds are perfectly comfortable and spotlessly clean. It's clear that the staff here take a lot of care in what they do. Not only are they friendly on arrival or during your stay, but the housekeeping and customer service standards are high. This is a better hotel than the reviews suggest and the price for the hotel for a night is fair. Solid internet speeds, fast food or Toby Inn next door. No complaints and I'll be going back.
