I am writing to share my disappointing experience during my recent stay at Renest Shraddha Inn. My family and I, including my wife and two kids, visited for Darshan, expecting a comfortable stay. At check-in, the front desk staff member was on a personal call and did not pay much attention to us. Her tone was also quite rude, which made the experience unpleasant. Later, when we visited the swimming pool with our kids, we were shocked to witness unprofessional behavior from two staff members—a lady in a red saree and a *** in a white shirt and tie—who were hugging in the pool changing area. A hotel is meant for guests, not for staff’s personal interactions. Fortunately, my children did not witness this, but I find such behavior completely inappropriate in a professional setting. I strongly urge hotel management to train staff on professionalism and workplace conduct. This experience has left a very negative impression, and I do not plan to return or recommend this hotel to others. I hope you take this feedback seriously and ensure better standards for future guests.
