Hotel was average. No problem from staff. Suits as a 3 star hotel not 5 star. Rooms were dirty, marks everywhere. Walk way was dirty. TV wasnt working well, Room service were slow as, Food were very very poor quality. Do not order food from here ever. Staff were ok, no arguments, i like it. Parking area is dusty, no hotel feeling, Lot more here to say but, well its average hotel experience Over all

Ramnath and Bibhas both are well trained and polite. - Housekeeping overall very nice -Room quality is Very good -all services are nice -all equipments are good -both staff behave good - and their service is good and clean Sudhir Kumar is the well trained person in housekeeping department I m happy to stay here🙂
