I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to provide feedback regarding my recent stay at your hotel from October 19 to 20, 2024, in rooms 104 and 505. Unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. Upon checking into room 505, we found the blanket to be in an unacceptable condition, appearing messy and with stains that were quite concerning. Additionally, the washbasin was not clean, which was disappointing and not what we expected from your establishment. Moreover, the quality of the food served during our stay did not meet our expectations. Overall, the experience felt like a waste of money due to these issues. To compound our dissatisfaction, the attitude of the reception staff and hotel manager was inappropriate and unhelpful. We felt that our concerns were not taken seriously, which only added to our frustration. I hope you take this feedback constructively and address these issues to improve the experience for future guests.
