Helpful and friendly staff, clean and hygienic rooms, daily housekeeping service, good wifi connectivity and ac, located at prime location near main road having nearby atm, bus and rickshaw stand and near by good veg restaurants.

There were bed bugs in room we had two days stay we changed the hotel in one night n could not sleep that night also

They are asking money for water bottle worse experience ever, no hotel ask for such money. The room was unclean

Hotel is good, food is also good, room service is also good, but in morning time 7 to 9 am hotel has a no watter supply in wash room and bath. Its very difficult for employee who want early check out.

Bathrooms was not clean. Hotel interior was nice but rooms was not presentable. Because when we book it offline once all things was good but when we done it by make my trip we face although value it was value for money
