We booked one room in this hotel. Over telephonic conversation manager promised us that he would give us a room with sufficient space, 24x7 hot water, free wifi, complimentry tea and coffee. We reached hotel late night at 2 am. They gave us smaller room which was not sufficient for us. We argued with manager he gave us another room. In that room there were no facilities as water heater was not working, bedsheets and pillow covers were dirty, wifi was not working. When we told manager that water heater was giving electric shocks he told us that he will give us another room and he shifted our luggage without informing us. We were not given any tea or coffee as promised. Overall it was a terrible experience. Manager was very rude and not at all helpful. Please don't book any room in this hotel
