If your planning to stay at this hotel definitely stay in Cool Living section and request a room number 800 and above! Beautiful friendly hotel with fantastic veiws from the exclusive cool living infinity pool/bar/restaurant. Postives: * Fabulous staff *Delish Food *Lovley clean room everyday *Excellent cocktail menu, fantastic procecco *Incredible weather ☀️ *Honeymoon package included... Fruit and a bottle of bubbles in room. Breakfast in bed for one morning. Spa massage for 2. Night out trip to the city. Wonderful free gifts in the room and on departure. * Grab and go drinks fridges we fab! Negatives: * Long wait for a pick up from the top of the hill if you missed the minibus. Mini bus every 30 minutes but hotel avertise golf carts when its actually mainly nissan cars taking you up and down. * Minimum day snacks in the cool living section but the main hotel bar at the bottom has an excellent selection if you can be bothered to travel down the hill. Cooling living guests should get the same snacks as paying more! *App to make restaurant reservations never worked for our whole trip. *Not all premium drinks are included as advised! Overall we had a fantastic holiday and the hotel staff were incredibly helpful and friendly! Book Cool Living!

Amazing hotel with the most wonderfull views. The staff couldnt be more friendly anything you asked for they did their best to sort it for you. They even went the extra mile when our transfer refused to wait when the could t come up to reception to collect us and left us in the lurch (boy thats going to be a different review) they arranged and paid for a taxi to take us the 75km or so to the airport at no expense to ourselves. Rooms were neat and tidy transport up and down the hill was regular and easy and the food was all nice. Cannot praise this hotel enough and we look forward to coming back

We spent our honeymoon at Domes Aulus Elounda and absolutely loved it. Huge thanks to George, the Operations Manager. Back in January, when we made our booking, we sent a bunch of questions and George personally replied to every email, patiently guiding us through everything and helping us feel confident about our choice. When we finally arrived, he welcomed us in person, remembered our conversation, and made us feel instantly recognized as Hilton members. The room upgrade was a wonderful surprise, and his warm, personal approach made all the difference. The view from our room was stunning, and the food at Greko Levante and Vatanne was honestly some of the best we had in Greece. This place has heart not just beautiful views and great food, but real people who make you feel at home. We’ll definitely be back!

Best Holiday We’ve Had in a While – 10/10! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ My partner and I stayed for 5 nights and we genuinely couldn’t be happier with the experience. We booked the Jacuzzi Room with Cool Living access, and it was 100% worth it. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcomed and well cared for. Cool Living: Absolutely amazing—quieter pool, exclusive dining options, and premium service. It added a more relaxed and luxurious touch to the whole trip. Food: Easily 5-star quality, whether you’re eating à la carte or at the buffet. Everything was fresh, delicious, and beautifully presented. The staff at the restaurants were always so friendly and accommodating—nothing was too much trouble. Room: Our room was spotless, cleaned daily to perfection. The hot tub was a highlight—you can adjust it to be warm or cool depending on the weather or your mood, which was a great touch! Hotel Amenities: The spa was serene, the pools were always clean and beautifully maintained with gorgeous views all around. The entire hotel just felt fresh, modern, and incredibly well looked after. Shout out to the car service team—so professional and friendly. BIG SHOUT OUT to Alejandro (hope we got his name right!)—the best bartender we’ve ever had! So kind, welcoming, and makes the best mojito always taking time and care into his drinks. Always happy for a chat, and really made our evenings special. All the bar staff were great, but Alejandro truly stood out. We will definitely be back—thank you for an unforgettable stay!

No good if you have mobility problems however we were aware it was on a steep hill. Lot of transport to help you get around. Definetly not 5 star unless you are in cool living. We were in a nest room which was ok Staff amazing and very friendly You are only allowed to book 3 alacart resturants for a 7 day stay we were there 10 nights but not allowed to book any more. When i was there it was my birthday I had emailed hotel about any upgrades but recieved nothing at other hotels always got a treat. Cocktails average. Very little entertainment so just got a taxi to elounda most nights. Would not return or reccomend unless you book cool living which is extremely expensive

Just spent the most wonderful, relaxing week at Domes Aulus Elounda. We booked this very last minute (72 hours prior to departing), we had never visited Crete before so an exciting experience to arrange the trip so quickly. We had read the good reviews for this hotel but I have to say in reality our positive experience surpassed these reviews. The hotel is very well located for the purpose of our visit which was to chill, a bit of sightseeing and walking. The All Inclusive Premium board was new to us it's not something we have experienced out with when our children were small, but it was perfect as it meant we spent a lot of time at the hotel, relaxing by the pool or at the strip of beach at the foot of the hill the hotel is situated on. The food was very good with variety at all meals sittings in the main restaurant 'Island' and the a la carte options were a great alternative with great quality food in relaxed atmosphere. Even the little beach bar served good quality sandwiches, salads and snacks and a variety of drinks. The restaurant staff work so hard and they were always very attentive and friendly, as are the staff who are responsible for directing guests to their rooms with luggage etc. The main positive for us was the excellent Guest Services Team, particularly Tamara who helped us directly with a room related issue on arrival. She dealt with this issue very quickly and kept us up to date until a resolution was found which absolutely satisfied our needs and beyond. Chrisa, the Guest Services Manager, also ensured our stay was a very positive one and we appreciated the generosity and attention to detail shown to us by the team. An all round wonderful stay for us and we would certainly recommend this hotel to anyone considering Crete for a holiday. Very satisfied guests.
