Our stay at Absenti was honestly amazing! The place is super cozy, clean, and has this beautiful mix of rustic charm. Everyone who works there was really kind and helpful, they made everything easier for us. I was with my partner and we had such a special experience. Our room was always clean, the whole space felt very well taken care of, and it’s also sooo pretty! The location is a big plus too, just a few steps from a stunning beach, and there’s a bus stop right in front of the hotel, which made it really easy to move around Mykonos. When we needed a private driver to go to Scorpios, they recommended someone great. It was honestly the kind of place that makes your trip feel extra special. Would totally stay there again! Simply a great place to be in Mykonos. The location is just perfect close to transportation and easy to get to the old town, old port, beaches and restaurants. Staff is just amazing. Stephanos, Linda, Mirto and Aggelos were very friendly, very helpful and immensely resourceful. Every recommendation for a beach bar or a restaurant were spot on in terms of quality and prices. The view is very nice and you get the Greek charm being at the hotel. Rooms are adequate in size, but very clean and tidy. We stayed at the warm hug which was great. We highly recommend it for couples who are looking for a getaway on the Mediterranean.

We arrived at Apsenti Couples Only Resort and immediately knew we had chosen exactly the right place for us. We were greeted by Stefanos who was welcoming with a relaxed demeanour, the right amount of humour and a big smile. He explained so many things about the hotel, the island of Mykonos, the variety of areas to visit, the bus timetable and recommendations for a cruise and a great bike/hire car company - George’s. We were given a choice of 2 rooms but we chose 'Love Nest 1' because the sea view was amazing and the private balcony, just gorgeous. Our bags were taken to our room by Aggelos with no fuss or bother. The room was lovely. Airey, bright, light, perfectly clean and smelling fresh. A really comfortable double bed, crisp white sheets and a light bed cover which was perfect. The air con worked brilliantly however we used the big ceiling fan most of the time as it was very powerful. The safe in the wardrobe was key operated so no messing around with codes to remember. The bathroom, although small, was immaculate and had everything you would need. The shower was simple to use and worked really well, there was always plenty of hot water and the water pressure strong. Thank you to Tamara and Kobe who took care of all the housekeeping. Every time we returned to our room everything was dazzling, it smelt good, there were plenty of fresh towels for us and everything was pristine. We ate breakfast at the hotel every morning because it was so nice to sit and enjoy the light breeze under the shaded bamboo in such a peaceful setting. There was plenty of choice on the menu, we tried various dishes like the ‘full English’ style cooked breakfast, the spinach and feta omelette, yoghurt with fruit and walnuts, boiled eggs with salad with toasted bread. I asked for a surprise breakfast on the last morning and was presented with a traditional Greek dish - outstanding. All wonderfully cooked by Maria the cook. We were served by Lida the waitress most mornings. A very sweet, graceful young woman who was chatty, elegant and funny. She recommended several quiet beautiful areas to visit and restaurants to try - they were all magnificent. Thank you also to Mirto, a delightful young lady who also served us breakfast and some daytime snacks too. The light snacks menu is reasonably priced and the food we tried was delicious. The pool was absolutely stunning, not a hint of salt or chlorine. It was sparkling clear and clean thanks to the maintenance by Aggelos. A handsome, quiet young man who seemed to do everything.....the maintenance, the pool, the gardens, clearing tables, carrying bags....and all so smoothly and quietly. As an extra note - we hired a small car from George’s Hire Bike/Car Company via the hotel. Brilliant car, fantastic customer service and a angel of a man who we dealt with from the company. We were really pleased with this quiet, unassuming hotel. Rooms were really nice, very clean and had a nice pool area to relax in. We had the continental breakfast included but you could order additional items if you wished. Staff were really helpful and very pleasant to deal with. Away from the noise of the town but directly opposite the bus stop so easy to get in.

Beautiful, quiet resort outside of the hustle and bustle of Mykonos town. Amazing staff who are so friendly and helpful, delicious food and impeccably clean! The bus leaves from directly outside the hotel if you do want to go to Mykonos, but we spent most of our time enjoying the relaxing atmosphere! A brilliant stay!
