"Una excelente experiencia de IA, difícil de igualar en cuanto a calidad/precio. Un hotel de 3 estrellas con una limpieza impecable, habitaciones amplias y pintorescas, personal muy atento, servicial y siempre presente (tuve un problema con el aire acondicionado que se solucionó rápidamente), mucha variedad gastronómica, un buen equipo de animación con numerosas actividades gratuitas, una piscina espaciosa y bien gestionada, playa a 100 metros del hotel con acceso directo y una buena oferta de actividades. La única razón por la que no le di un 5 fue por algunos problemas con el servicio de comidas (a veces tuvimos que esperar por los platos, vasos y cubiertos), el entretenimiento, en mi opinión, termina demasiado pronto y la poca variedad en la merienda, de tan solo una hora, y todos los días solo con tortitas y dulces. También cabe destacar las actividades extrahoteleras en la playa (moto acuática, paracaídas, camello, caballo, entre otras) y la posibilidad de reservar allí circuitos típicos tunecinos como el city tour, isla de los flamencos, visita al desierto... La visita al desierto, el city tour y la moto acuática los hice con Hosni Benmadhi, al que recomiendo a todo el mundo por su seriedad, preocupación por sus clientes y haber asegurado, en todas las actividades que realicé, lo que se comprometió conmigo."

"The hotel has both positives and negatives. One of the biggest issues was communication from the staff. They rarely tell you anything on their own — you have to ask about everything. For example, nobody informed us about the Wi-Fi password. It was placed in a small compartment on the side of reception, which is easy to miss if no one points it out. The main meals were quite tasty and generally enjoyable. However, the snacks between meals were a huge disappointment. Dry biscuits and sandwiches left in the fridge are really not what you expect from an all-inclusive hotel. It would have been much better if they at least served the pizza that is available during every main meal. The bartenders and the animation team were excellent. They were friendly, hardworking and really tried their best to make up for many of the hotel’s shortcomings. The rooms are below average standard. There were several maintenance issues — something leaking here, a shower door not closing properly there. On the positive side, the rooms were reasonably clean. The sea is beautiful and definitely one of the highlights, although there are quite a lot of stones, so water shoes are useful. You can buy them in the hotel shop. As someone who usually spends holidays in Turkey, I have to say the standard here is much lower than even an average Turkish hotel."
