"No volveré jamás. La atención pésima. La higiene de las habitaciones fatal, nos encontramos Toda la sábana de la cama llena de hormigas muertas. Además no tienen aire acondicionado. Nosotros pensábamos que si disponía Porq vimos que algunos apartamentos si y pedimos si nos podían cambiar Porq íbamos con un bebé y le podía haber dado un golpe de calor con esas temperaturas. Y me dijeron que pagara 500 euros más por ello. Tampoco nos querían dar un colchón para la cuna. Querían que el bebé durmiese sobre la madera d esta. La comida del buffet muy mal, nada variada y no se puede considerar todo incluido. Ponen lo mismo para desayunar que para comer. Y las cenas cada día lo mismo. Para niños nada de animación y lo que ellos dicen que es el miniclub, no puedes acceder ni entrar con tus hijos Porq no te dejan. Y solo hay dos horas al día. Muy mal todo em general."

"This hotel is completely dilapidated, nothing like a 5-star establishment. The manager is rude, the receptionist is unpleasant when you complain about the noise from the construction work inside and outside the hotel, and it's infested with cockroaches (I took photos). There's a gang of crooks at the bar, windows that don't close properly and aren't soundproof, and the bedroom doors are incredibly difficult to open and close. The TVs in the rooms don't work, and the Wi-Fi is nonexistent. If you want a truly unpleasant stay, I recommend this hotel to ruin your vacation."

"This is a very nice cheap hotel. Calling it a resort is definitely a stretch of the imagination. Very small pool, steam room, and Sauna. Everything was clean and orderly. Limited hours in pool and steam/ sauna. It probably saves significantly on power draw, so I understand, but not guest friendly. Front desk is only open from 15:00 to 18:00. Not guest friendly. Some of the pics are actually from the resort next door. Some false advertising. Beware. The €15 room service breakfast is probably the greatest value room service I have ever seen. Well worth it. Surprising even. 10€ self laundry is too much, and after 2plus hours in the dryer I just took my wet clothes to room and hung them to dry. Additionally, you self clean much of the room or pay 100€. No wifi in rooms. It's 2024. Time to upgrade. I would absolutely go back."

The reception staff where outstanding from start to finish, supportive and offered to charge our phones as well as pointing us in the right direction for clothes etc. Food was lovely, great selection and fresh. "What a fantastic location! We planned 2 days in La Bergerie but extended our stay with 3 extra days in this stunning place. Where else you can enjoy your breakfast on the terrace direct next to the swimming pool. Breakfast is really perfect, all ingredients are daily fresh with more dan enough choices. Beaches are close and the swimming pool is refreshing after a beach day. We really enjoyed our stay and for sure we will visit this place again!! "
