Elia Apartments

The room is very comfortable and well designed. Location is perfect as it takes 3 minutes away by walk to center. No smoking in the hotel. Staff is very friendly. Recommended for who wants to rest or who wants to live in the nights of Afytos.

The apartment complex is lovingly designed and the garden is very beautiful and well maintained, but the apartments are not as spacious as shown in the photos. In our apartment, the kitchen was in a narrow hallway, very narrow dining area. The bathroom is tiny. The beds literally fell apart (had to be patched) and the mattress is ancient and therefore uncomfortable. The air conditioning is only in the hallway, so it is still hot in the bedrooms. Breakfast is below average - very poor choice. The free parking was not available, we had to park in the narrow alleys. Price/performance ratio is not right.

I have never posted negative reviews even when it was appropriate to do so, but now I feel the need to do so hoping that the message will be understood by the owners and not necessarily by any future customers. I am in love with Greece and have been going there with pleasure for years. There are various types of more or less pleasant welcomes but I have never felt uncomfortable returning to this facility every day, not due to problems with the facility, even if it wasn't the best, but my discomfort and that of my girlfriend and my friends was due to the welcome received. If you don't like socializing and trying to make the holiday of those who come to this facility beautiful, perhaps it's time to ask yourself if it's the right job to do. Wonderful days at the seaside, wonderful meals at the end of the day were also ruined by that simple greeting that we always gave first as we were polite. I won't go into detail about what needs to be improved but I'm writing to you so that you can read and reflect on the fact that you are not able to deal with people who are your guests who have come to relax and pay. non ho mai messo recensioni negative anche quando era il caso di farlo, ma adesso sento il bisogno di farlo sperando che il messaggio venga compreso dai proprietari e non necessariamemte da eventuali clienti futuri. sono innamorato della grecia e ci vado con piacere da anni ci sono vari tipi di accoglienze più o meno piacevoli ma mai mi sono sentito a disagio nel rientrare ogni giorno in questa struttura, non per problemi alla struttura, anche se non era il massimo, ma il mio disagio e della mia fidanzata e dei miei amici era per l'accoglienza ricevuta. se non si gradisce socializzare e cercare di rendere bella la vacanza di chi viene in questa struttura forse è il caso di domandarsi se è il lavoro giusto da fare. Giornate al mare stupende mangiate stupende a fine giornata venivano rovinate anche da quel semplice saluto che sempre noi per primi in quanto educati davamo. Non vado nel dettaglio su cosa va migliorato ma vi scrivo in modo tale che possiate leggere e riflettere sul fatto che non siete in grado di avere a che fare con persone che sono vostri ospiti venuti a rilassarsi, pagando.
