the bathroom just didn’t look very clean and the body wash was just hand wash that you’d get in a shopping centre bathroom! overall the room was clean but under the beds was stuff from previous occupants and not clean!

It was a wonderful experience at Stamford Plaza - the hotel's close proximity to various hotspots in the city as well as ease of public transport access ensured a fun-filled weekend in Adelaide city.
The room was equipped with all the required amenities, and the hotel staff was kind and courteous with any additional needs. There is scope for improvement in the room infrastructure to bring it up-to-date to its current pricing standards.
An overall amazing experience, and would recommend to anybody looking for a great stay in the city!

El hotel está situado en una carretera lateral que se pierde fácilmente.
El estacionamiento de coches está en una ubicación pública justo a la calle.
El hotel es bastante nuevo y está bien equipado y convenientemente situado a poca distancia de la estación de tren y el Mall de Runkle.
La única queja que tengo es que el agua de la zona de ducha puede fluir en la zona de baño y entrar en la casa de baño.
Además de esta cuestión menor, el hotel es excelente en la mayoría de los aspectos.
El personal es muy agradable y muy agradable.

My room have problem with toilet issues, when i turn on shower and use toilet got bad smell , i was arrived late and tired after long fly . So i did not have chance to ask for change different room .
No free bottle of water for customers like normal hotel always give customers. I was surprised and disgusting about that when i paid expensive for Room . I traveled alot and stayed alot hotel with no star and 5 star. I never have that situation. Only the old man door can have my 5star with his service. He was so nice and friendly. And i got surcharge after i left Adelaide. When i did checkout , the staff checked and didn’t tell me about surcharge. When i fly to another city i got notification about surcharged. Im still waiting for response from Hotel .

I recently stayed at the Hilton Adelaide and had a pleasant experience overall. The breakfast was excellent, with a good variety of options to start the day, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating throughout my stay.
The rooms, while clean and comfortable, felt a little dated and could use a refresh to match the Hilton standard. However, the highlight was discovering the on-site tennis court—a great feature that added a fun and unique touch to the stay!
Overall, it’s a solid choice for a visit to Adelaide, and I’d happily stay again, especially if the rooms get a little modern update in the future.

It’s a huge YHA hostel/coliving space, very well located, they provide parking for $15/night. The kitchen and living room are always full of people. The rooms are quiet and clean. Bathrooms are plentiful, you never need to queue. Overall satisfied.

UUsuario invitadoThis is a beautiful Hotel in a fantastic location. It is truly superb however my experience with the staff was below par. I had to ask the cleaner not to talk incessantly and loudly outside my room at 8am in the morning. Breakfast was sloppily served and the breakfast buffet area was disjointed so people and plates are bumping, the omelette ordering system wasn't explained and the staff looked at me like I was stupid and causing them inconvenience. The pancake maker needs servicing. The CEO of the hotel was talking to his staff at 10:15 am which was 15 minutes before breakfast service stopped. I recognised him from his picture on the TV in the room saying how privileged the hotel was to have us as a guest, however he didn't smile at his guests or stop and say hello and ask perhaps how our experience was. He was aloof and disinterested and I think that is how his staff act too, eg the cleaner was not genuinely sorry for causing the early morning noise, nor was the reception staff truly respectful when they allowed a one hour room use extension but forgot to apply the extra time to the key lock so I was locked out and had to come down 8 floors to rectify get access to the room. The hotel has an offer that if you do not get your room serviced on a 2 night stay then a $10 food voucher applies. Well, that exercise turned out to be like stealing gold. I was eligible for $20 as I had books two rooms but staff were really reluctant to acknowledge this offer. It's a great idea as it saves them costs to launder sheets and towels and also saves costs to clean the room and replenish toiletries. I don't know why they appeared so reluctant to honor it. Except for staff and customer service this hotel would receive a five star rating from me but now only a three and a half.

RRebeccaNo hay parque de coches acompañado al hotel, tienes que conducir a estacionar tú mismo o pagar $55 por un conductor para conducirlo. El menú de servicio de habitaciones era precioso de la parte inferior del restaurante. Nada sencillo. Ni siquiera el desayuno de servicio de habitaciones disponible. NNazri_TahirI think this is quite an old hotel located at the central of adelaide. I love the location because it is just right beside the tram station. Behind this hotel has a lot of shops and restaurants. For halal option you can find some arabic restaurant or indian vegetarian cuisine along the road behind this hotel. The room that I booked included breakfast for 2. The breakfast is just simple but i am impressed because this is the first hotel that provide takeaway for those traveller that need on-the-go meal. Staff was really helpful and friendly. I noticed many elderly stayed at this hotel during our stay. It is really relaxing ambiance i already fall in love with Adelaide and this hotel. However please be reminded it is an old hotel ao some of the ammenities might not functioning well. My aircond was not so cold so they provided us with standing fan. And the shower door was broken but the fixed it immediately. Other than that everything was good. Definitely will stay again. P/s : Hotels in Adelaide are more expensive that Melbourne hehe.

El viernes por la noche la música del club de noche, especialmente el sonido de bass repetitivo fue horrible y continuó hasta las 4:00. No conduce a un buen sueño nocturno. En Sat volvimos al hotel por la noche y la música del club de noche se volvió a dumping. Nos hemos ido al hotel porque no podíamos llevar otra noche de no dormir.

La habitación era muy buena, pero muy limpia y tenía un refrigerador, una caldera y una cama. Había una pequeña silla de regazo, pero no había mesa, aunque el copo de caldera/frigorífico tenía una caja de tiro que podría haber usado, pero esto era un poco sucio, así que me senté en la cama para comer.
Tienen un bistro que parecía bueno (25% descuento para los huéspedes de casa con cena en o entrega a su habitación) y ofrecen opciones regulares de menú pub, pero terminé caminando unos pocos cientos de metros por la carretera a las tiendas locales de tomate para algunas tomate tailandesa.
Las únicas quejas que tengo son sobre el ruido, que las paredes son muy finas y que se puede oír que las puertas de las demás habitaciones se cierran muy alto cuando la gente vino y se fue. No es culpa del hotel, sólo ellos son un egoísta bolsa de ducha. El bar frigorífico se desvaneció bastante constantemente, pero lo desactivé hasta la mañana.
El peor problema era el de las piñas, pero eran como las tijeras; tan fin y extremadamente duro. Así que terminé poniendo la cuchilla decorativa en un caso de piña y usando eso para poder tener algunas piñas.
Conducí a pocos minutos en el famoso Cafe de Villi para el desayuno antes de seguir en mi camino.
¡Todo lo que dije y hecho, me quedaría aquí otra vez, ya que es muy amable y tan cerca de todo, pero traeré mi propia pijama .... y auriculares en caso de que!

TTracy McCourtI have stay at the Links hotel quite often without any issues, but this time was different. I booked through a booking website for 2 adults and 3 children, for 2 nights. First night was ok, came back 2nd day after going out for a while, aircon had been turned off, cleaners came in when we asked them not to, made 2 beds and left the double bed, didn’t clean anything at all and only left 2 towels.
When I questioned the receptionist she said I only booked for 2 people for the 2nd night. And she was quite rude , yet I had confirmation on my phone otherwise. The booking company sent thru only 2 people for 2nd night. They got it wrong and I had no apology from her or any explanation of why the room was “cleaned “ like that . I’m not happy about it and doubt I’ll stay there again! 😡
