Five-Star Hotel in Addis Ababa (Finfinne) with Poor Service This hotel used to be one of the best in terms of hospitality and service. However, recently, the quality of service has significantly declined. Employee motivation seems to be almost non-existent, and no one checks in with guests. We used one of their rooms for a workshop, which was poorly ventilated, cramped, and hot, while another room near the swimming pool was noisy. No one asked if we needed anything. Despite requesting coffee four times, I never received it. There was no clear person in charge of managing customer complaints, and overall, I received below-average service.
