Our experience exceeded all expectations. From the moment we arrived and checked in, the wait staff treated us like royalty. Every meal—lunch and dinner—was a delight, and the room service was outstanding. The spa offered a truly rejuvenating escape. We had an unforgettable stay. Special thanks to Thomas, Aynalem, Chief Saba, Kassahun the restaurant manager, and Habtamu the restaurant supervisor for their exceptional care and attention to every detail. They made us feel truly valued.

Excellent customer service, all stuff ready to help every second of our stay. Waitor bethelhem was fantastic comforting my little ones and all of us, Manager kasaye was Excellent. Reception is 5 star. Our stay was beyond our expectations.

During my recent visit to Kuriftu African village, I had the pleasure of being served by one of the most attentive and professional waiters I’ve encountered in a long time. His name was Berihun, and he made our dining experience not only smooth but genuinely enjoyable from start to finish. From the moment we were seated, berihun greeted us warmly and made us feel right at home. He knew the menu inside and out, and his recommendations were spot on—especially the fillet mignon, which was an absolute hit. He was patient while we asked questions, never rushed us, and always had a friendly smile on his face. what really stood out was his attention to detail. Our drinks were never empty, our meals arrived hot and exactly as ordered, and he checked in at just the right moments without being intrusive. It’s clear that he takes great pride in his work and genuinely cares about the customer experience. in a world where good service can sometimes be hard to find, berihun reminded me how impactful a great server can be. He turned a simple meal into a memorable night out. if you're dining at Kuriftu African Village, I highly recommend asking for Berihun—you'll be in excellent hands.
