Was a great stay hotel was clean and comfortable. The hotel nice and quiet allowing us to get a good night sleep before we got back on the road. we will be staying again next time we need a hotel in the area or are traveling through Georgia......simply put it was a great stay.

Where to start….Let’s begin with check in as we walked with our luggage right by the desk clerk on duty who was sitting outside on her phone smoking a cigarette. We waited at the desk for 10 minutes and no one shows up to greet us. I walk into the back office and no one is there. I finally walked outside and asked if she works here. Low and behold, she does. She is sitting outside smoking her cigarette in straight view of us through the doors inside knowing we were trying to check in and her lazy behind just sat there enjoying her cigarette while talking on her cell phone. Unreal. Let’s add that the lobby reeked of smoke. Second, I was never offered my Diamond perk of a water and snack. I came to the desk later to get my water. Guess what, no bottled waters. “We are waiting on the truck” excuse. How about going down the street 300 yards and get a couple cases of water at QuikTrip. Lazy. Finally, the maintenance of this place is crap. Overflowing trash on the trash bins. Multiple area lights in the lot are not working so it is a major safety hazard. This is by far the worst Hampton I have ever stayed. It is no wonder that the parking lot is empty. Do not stay here!

My husband and I were on the last leg of our trip working for our son’s pet transport biz when we decided to reward ourselves with a good nights sleep. This place stood out as one of the nicest in the area and it did not disappoint. Customer service excellence after the very first minor hiccup. Front desk gal (pretty sure her name was Emily) was very accommodating and nice. The breakfast was very well appointed and tasty! The regional manager was in town both days and she was very pleasant and even gave us some water bottles and snacks for the road on our way out. Highly recommend. Oh the room was great. A couple of minor cleanliness issues but nothing that was too terribly wrong.

Was really pleased with the cleanliness overall. The fitness center was one of the best and cleanest I’ve seen in a Hampton inn property. Only things I would have like to have seen were: (1) digital key did not work. Others mentioned theirs wasn’t either. After lugging my luggage upstairs and then returning to the desk, the desk shared that they were aware. A sign at the front desk would be nice - I stopped and talked to the desk to get water as i walked in with my luggage but they said nothing about the digital keys not working. (2) no towels or cups in the fitness center (3) side door handle was broken off and door was not secured.

I stumbled upon Adairsville on my travels between states. Great location and Amelia at the desk was very helpful. There was also someone new in breakfast she was very friendly and attentive. Will recommend to my traveler friends as it is a Hilton, has a free breakfast and is close to 75. Heads up Jeep Ducks friends.

This is quite possibly the dirtiest Hampton Inn I have ever stayed in. As someone that frequently travels and exclusively stays with Hilton brands, this will be a no go in the future. The bedding on both beds was dirty and had hair on it, along with crumbs or food sitting on top. There was hair all over the floor in the bathroom and shower as if it hadn’t been cleaned. And no towels were supplied in the room. When we went to the desk to ask for towels, we were told the hotel was out of towels. I’m dumbfounded. When housekeeping finally did get us towels, they only had one towel, was most definitely not a hotel towel, and smelled. We had 5 people to share one towel.

They had just finished remodeling the hotel and whoever did it, did not do a good job. There was paint on the floors in both rooms I was in that was not cleaned up. It did not have the class that I felt the Hilton brand should have. The bed was comfortable and the room was overall clean.
