If you're looking safe budget hotel but with good quality this is hotel for you. Stayed for 2 days extending business trip and fully recommend the hotel. Friendly staff always ready to help. What's up communication works really good and if you need any help they are just at your door and solve any problem. If you place order in the evening the breakfast will be at your doorstep in the morning:) Lunch/Dinner may also be arranged if needed. You may also get first hand recomendation regarding transfer to airport, tour guys etc. You could feel Ghanian hospitality in La Sunset.

A friend and I, recently stayed at LA Sunset. This was Our first time to Ghana. The hotel is situated opposite Labadi beach, giving a fantastic continuous breeze,  well needed. The rooms are nice with AC and very clean, with access to a fridge and kettle. The pool area is not big but its well maintained and very adequate offering shade and sun. Perfect for chillin. There is also a roof top area where you can relax and enjoy the views. The location is great only 10 mins away by cab from the main stretch. The cabs are so cheap and can be ordered through Uber or Bolt ( among offers) The staff are very attentive and bring breakfast to your room or the balcony every morning. The Manager 'John' is fantastic, the communication was excellent prior to arriving as the hotel offers a transfer service from the airport. He was always available if we needed anything, offering us great advice and guidance to enjoy our first trip to Ghana. He made us feel like we were home away from home. A credit to that hotel.
