The cottage boasts a fully equipped kitchen plus an espresso maker, coffee maker and on the deck is a new Weber Genesis grill. There is a full bath, laundry room, Smart TV, WIFI, and a sitting area on the deck with table, chairs and love seat/lounge chair. Fresh towels and linens are provided. The cottage comes with access to the barn which is loaded with kayaks, 2 paddleboards, 3 bikes, crab pots, corn hole, beach chairs and umbrellas. Barn amenities are shared with main house when rented. You can crab and fish off the dock with ample room to dock your boat.
