Disappointing Experience - Not Recommended Until Construction is Complete We stayed at Beach Rotana All Suites Abu Dhabi for three months, starting September 1, 2024, and were extremely disappointed with our experience. The main issue was the ongoing construction site right next to the hotel, which operates 24/7. This construction is owned by the same hotel chain, and the constant noise made it impossible to get a good night’s sleep or work from home during the day. Adding to the frustration, when we requested an extension of our stay, the sales department increased the rate. When we tried to negotiate, they informed us just one day before our departure that there was no availability due to high season, forcing us to check out without offering any alternative accommodation for our family. This lack of care and poor treatment of loyal guests is unacceptable. Other issues included: • Noisy AC that disrupted our rest. • Old, noisy washing machine that was inefficient. • Limited kitchen facilities – no oven or coffee machine. • Subpar housekeeping – cleaning was inadequate, and staff often chatted loudly in the hallways. The only positives were the convenient location near malls and other amenities, and the access to beach and hotel facilities. However, even the beach was unpleasant due to the relentless construction noise, making it impossible to relax. Until the construction is complete, I cannot recommend this property to anyone. The noise, lack of guest care, and outdated amenities make it far from the standard you’d expect from a Rotana property.

Dos noches de estacionamiento, puede entrar en dos parques (el parque temático incluye el mundo de Ferrari, los hermanos Warner y el mundo de las aguas de As): este también es un billete para niños, ¡Yo también compré con antelación en la TB, 600 dólares en la caja de caballos! Higiene: satisfactorio! Aunque hay un pequeño problema en el medio (la ventana se ha caído, hay trabajadores para reparar, no hay aumentos adicionales de los gastos de vivienda) Servicio: ¡Especialmente bueno! El personal de servicio es muy entusiasta. También hay autobuses gratuitos a Asmall, Ferrari, Warner Park, y autobuses gratuitos a Abu Dhabi Airport!

La habitación está equipada con una máquina de lavar, microondas y otros equipos esenciales, lo que lo hace increíblemente conveniente. El hotel también ofrece un servicio de limpieza de platos, que me encantaba mucho, y que se añadió a la comodidad de mi estancia. El personal limpió la habitación diariamente y todo era sin lugar a dudas. En general, una fantástica experiencia con un excelente servicio.

The hotel is excellent. The staff are sincerely helpful and cheerful. The rooms are exceptionally comfortable, clean and quote. And the restauramr is an absolute delight. Do NOT miss the daily breakfast and weekend brunch.

For many months I have been staying at the BR Residences The BRR facilities are excellent and always kept very clean and well maintained. As per my previous BRR reviews, its very best assets are the excellent staff! All teams are exceptional and dedicated - whether housekeeping, front desk, beach, coffee shop, concierge, management, gym, maintenance, etc - everyone is so warm, helpful and professional. Many staff contribute positively to the overall experience, so it is impossible to name-check everyone. Some special thanks to: HOUSEKEEPING - Kyaw (”Chaw”) - very hard working, always so friendly and polite to all guests, excellent attention to detail CONCIERGE - Sampath, Sankar, Talal are all very attentive to guests FRONT DESK - Selah, Charmene, Aeshan, Vaishali, Priya are all very warm and professional GARDEN RESTAURANT - Darlima - an absolute delight, cheery and so hard working GYMS - Anna, Liberty, Lorie, Mowaffa (Manager - very warm, motivated and attention to detail, great public persona) G/F COFFEE SHOP - Dhurba, Thein (both so friendly) BEACH - Rassika always greets everyone and helps out his colleagues, very hard working However, my continuing gratitude to ALL of the staff - each is a credit to the Rotana brand.
