Después de una comparación exhaustiva, elegí Conrad como hotel para el primer día de mi viaje a Abu Dhabi. Por la tarde, fui a la estación de autobuses de Abu Dhabi. Después de ir a la mezquita, tomé un taxi hasta el hotel. 43 AED. Está al lado del Palacio de Ocho Estrellas y del Palacio Presidencial. Como primer comentario me gustaría expresar mi enorme gratitud hacía todo el personal de este establecimiento Es el hotel mas hermoso que yo he visitado y es tan confortable que te hace sentir en casa Todos en este hotel son personas muy agradables y serviciales y procuran siempre brindar una confortable estancia! Me gustaría dar un especial agradecimiento al chef Francis quien nos brindo una atención de lujo muy amable y con mucho respeto con quien llegamos crear una muy buena relación de amistad y asi disfrutar todos y cada uno de los desayunos por los 50 días que aquí vivimos También a su compañero Aaron quien fue capás de comunicarse con nosotros hablando español de una manera muy agradable y siempre muy atento en todo momento. Came back to EP after 3 years after Covid and I enjoyed my staying a lot. Staffs were helpful and friendly in general, but they were not those sweet sweet kind… just friendly, maybe some people would find them rude… Anyway, the package was super good and good value for the price. Many activities were included. Basically you could spend all day in the hotel without going out… I enjoyed their fine dinning restaurants: 1.Hakkasan-modern Asian fusion, if you like typical Chinese food, not the right one… 2.Broadway-western, American style… loved their cauliflower salad… steak was okay, maybe I ordered wrong one, should have tried the wellington… but staffs were super friendly… 3.Lebanese Terrace-somebody told me it was the best Lebanese restaurant in town, so I went have a try. It was so good… but the staffs were not friendly… 4. Vendome-the best breakfast buffet in town for me… (tried Park rotana, St Regis, Conrad, four seasons, rosewood, W hotel, Hilton… )still think it is the best one For someone who stays in the hotel like 300/365 days, this is the best hotel in abu danbi. I found it difficult for me to stay in any other hotels in Abu danbi 🥹

The view - mesmerizing !! ( both sides - sea view as well as the palace view) The staff - Amazing !! ( All of them across the entire hotel - restaurant, reception, house keeping , recreation centre , everywhere ) - their genuine smiles & warm hospitality is highly appreciated & congrats to the management for leading such a wonderful team ! All the best & thanks for the experience once again !

Este hotel es maravilloso. Si bien tiene unos cuantos años, las habitaciones son muy comodas y espaciosas. El personal es muy amable y atento. Siempre dispuesto a ayudar. Lo mejor del hotel es el hermoso Beach Club. Se puede cruzar la calle por un tunel con aire acondicionado. Allí llegaras a una piscina hermosa, restaurant y playa.

Cleanliness and condition of the room was impeccable. Modern decor with automated curtains that opened up to a stunning view and a large balcony. Bath tub and shower was perfect. Large variety of high quality food for buffet breakfast. Service from the breakfast restaurant and at the hotel reception was 5 star. Location was exclusive and beach view was superb but quite far out from the city centre. Temperature controlled pool was such a luxury. Private beach area is very small, service at the poolside was hit and miss.

Como bebida de bienvenida tomamos café árabe, dátiles y agua embotellada. Había un patio y una piscina en la parte trasera, frente a la entrada, y era muy romántico, especialmente al amanecer.

Me and my wife stayed in this Hotel for 3 nights to escape the hustle and bustle in Dubai. From the moment we crossed the entrance to the time we left we felt completely cocooned and pampered by the team and by the silence of the place. In fairness , you do get better experiences of a Desert Hotel in the UAE but for the short drive it was fine. Your views from the villa with pool are not really unobstructed as you will see one or the other shelter or building in the close distance but it is okay. However the desert around the edge of the villa wasn’t the cleanest and our short proximity to the horse stalls meant that we had a good time of smelling the same which was not really nice. On top of that the pool was quite the treat for all kinds of birds , especially pigeons. And not only are they drinking from the water but also do their business in the water which can be disgusting, but they are cleaning the pools every morning to minimize this. However we wish to have used the pool longer time. I know it’s nature but compared to other hotels of this kind it is not as bad as here. The Spa is fantastic and the treatments have been wonderful and well done. Also the facilities have been great to use including their snow cave which was a change from the norm. The food at the breakfast and at the in room dining where absolutely exquisit and well balanced. We did not visit any restaurant also because most of them were closed due to limited amount of guest which is reasonable. But in room dining was as good as being in the restaurant. On top of all the team made our stay complete. All staff were super helpful , always a smile and came up with suggestions we did not had in mind but ended up using. E.g in villa breakfast which we ordered by WhatsApp with our butler Jaouad. Jaouad was great and always there if you need him even on his day off. For us the staff made up for most of the flaws we encountered and we wish to come back asap.

We chose the Park Hyatt early on because the pictures online looked good, with a pool and a very resort style. In fact the stay experience was all good, it was a resort hotel, the rooms were cleaned twice a day and the breakfast and dinner were delicious. Especially the steak for dinner was the best food of the trip to the UAE. It is dinner drinks need to be charged, but the price is okay. It is worth noting that when we sat indoors during breakfast, there were flies flying around, as well as when the juice cups were not available I asked the bar for one, but the first one was not clean, he saw it and immediately gave me a new one. Of course, these are all details. The lifeguards at the beach also kept an eye on the safety of the tenants, and the waiters were kind enough to help us spread out the beach chairs and give us ice water. When the ice cream we bought was melting, the waiter came and gave us a cup. The whole day was great, it was a pleasure to stay in this hotel, and I will still choose Park Hyatt next time.
