I am writing to share my experience from our recent stay at the Rixos this weekend. From the moment we arrived, it was evident that the Rixos commitment to customer service is exceptional. I would like to specifically commend Ezz Sayed, our assigned butler, whose attention to detail and dedication truly enhanced our experience. Enid was not only professional but also warm and engaging, making us feel welcome and valued throughout our stay. He ensured that all our needs were met promptly, from arranging dining reservations to providing insightful recommendations about the facilities. His proactive approach and willingness to go above and beyond left a lasting impression on us. Overall, our time at Rixos was memorable, and we appreciate the efforts of your team, particularly Ezz Sayed exemplary service. We look forward to our next visit and will certainly recommend Rixos to friends and family.

I have been to the hotel for a family getaway and stayed in the 4 bedroom villa. Without doubts or hesitation i’d do it all over again and highly recommend it due to the exceptional outstanding service of the staff and specially Mahmoud fekry and Ezz sayed !! They truly made it a wonderful stay !! Unforgettable experience , outstanding service , truly exceptional.

Clean villas, super friendly staff, our stay was super comfortable and relaxing thanks to Mahmoud fekry and Ezz sayed for their remarkable hospitality 👍🏻 everything was arranged properly.. I would highly recommend this resort mostly for families supper kids friendly.

When I stay at this villa that's very nice and clean, the cleaning service they is very good person.. even Mahmoud and ezz they service was perfect 👌 this villa really very nice I think I need to come again, I love it thank you very much for you all gues..

Our stay at Rixos Premium Saadiyat was nothing short of extraordinary, making it the BEST experience we’ve had among all many hotels we’ve visited. My wife and I were celebrating our anniversary, and from the moment we arrived at the Club Villa, we were treated like royalty. We had welcome drinks and the villa was designed for the occasion of our anniversary. The food was exceptional at both the main Turquoise Restaurant and the Clubhouse that is exclusive for villa guests. A huge thanks to Karim at the Clubhouse for his impeccable attention to details, especially in creating a memorable sushi tray that blew us away. We must also give a shoutout to our butlers, Ezzedine and Mahmoud for their excellent recommendations and being available around the clock. We had an amazing time, and the entire Rixos team created a luxurious and unforgettable stay for the whole family. Definitely one of the best days of our lives so if you’re looking for a sign, this is it and stop looking. Thank you Rixos for such an incredible stay. We will be back for sure!

We are mid way through a two week stay in this incredible resort. Rarely do I leave reviews and certainly not half way through a stay but this really is a great concept and definitely the next level of luxury that it claims to be! It is going to be difficult to match this stay and I have a feeling we will be back again and again. Having stayed at the hotel on a few occasions as a couple we have brought our four children and the extra room here at the villas has made it a home from home. The service is exceptional. Attentive but not invasive and always with a smile! Emrullah and Ezz have been amazing. Extremely professional and always available for help with whatever we need. The food in the clubhouse has been delicious and as good as any restaurant we have ever experienced. Adapting the menu to suit our children without any problems. The staff at the clubhouse are friendly and always happy to see you. Housekeeping visit several times a day to provide fresh towels around the pool and to clean and tidy the villa, not an easy task with four young teenagers but the villa is always spotless and again the housekeeping staff are brilliant. I am sure there is lots I have missed but I will update when we get home!

Fantastic holiday from start to finish. Emrullah, Ezz and the team went above and beyond to make everything so special, especially my daughter’s birthday with her floating breakfast and beautifully decorated bedroom. The villas are beautifully decorated, housekeeping serviced three times a day and any requests of drinks, food or anything else are fulfilled within minutes.

Our stay was simply amazing. From our greeting at the airport to our arrival at our Villa, we were made to feel like VIP guests. Flowers for my Mum on arrival, drinks and fruit platters in our dining room, everything was exceptional. Our butler Emrullah really made our stay so very easy and nothing was ever too much trouble for him, from getting buggies to afternoon cocktails, Emrullah was always on hand to assist. The butlers work so very hard to make sure your every need is catered for and are on hand 24hrs a day. Well worth the visit and definitely a place we will return too.

This is one of the best beach resort I have ever stayed and been to. The staff are very accommodating and always attending our needs, Ezz and Emrullah are very amazing, so thank you guys! Views in the villa balcony was spectacular, rooms are clean and neat, the private pool is very spacious, enough for you, and your friends and family to relax and enjoy if you dont like to go to the beach but please dont missed out the beautiful view of the sunset and the dazzling waves of the ocean…Very well spent holiday for us!!!So thank you Rixos and staff for this wonderful experience with you…looking forward coming here soon🥰❤️❤️❤️
