Belonging to the Radisson chain, this hotel takes on the standards of the brand. There is little or nothing to say from a customer about the standards being kept: the inspection team is good enough for this. However... a few things went wrong. The airport pickup failed, for no known reason. The restaurant was, twice, very slow (some 50 minutes or so). I then visibly put on a timer when giving the order...then 21 minutes were enough. When a food order was wrongly taken, it took ages for the issue to be understood, acknowledged, scientifically argued, half-solved and finally reported to the management team. When the customer (not me personally) had to argue if seafood ("fruits de mer") had to mean several species of sea animals, or if just one species, accompanied by mushroom, qualified... This refined analytical argumentation went on and on, whilst offering a small discount would have closed the matter and kept the atmosphere. The reception is highly professional... but bland and deprived of the je-ne-sais-quoi that makes things hospitable. All in all, I can recommend this hotel for its proximity to the airport, and probably its suitability for airline crews. For conferences, the city centre offers alternatives.
