I was landing in Aberdeen, SD late at night. Because I was told there was a shuttle service and the website stated there was a shuttle service, I called the hotel from the airport to request a shuttle. To my surprise, I was told there was no service and was given a number to call. The following morning, I spoke to the man at the front desk who contacted the manager and I was told the website was wrong and was being fixed-no reimbursement. I have never experienced such poor service and will never stay at a Super 8 again. In addition to the poor service, the breakfast selection was dismal, at best.
