PPloy MatchAbsolutely wonderful! We traveled as a family of 5. The hotel is very clean, new and well facilitated. They have EVERYTHING that you would need. Warming bed, heater in a room and even in the toilet (also heated toilet seat). Including toothbrush, toothpaste, shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, charging adapter, even face masks!!
Seems like it is managed by a lady and a man who have the best service mind, they are so nice and helpful. The gentleman offered us some hot tea since we arrived, and the lady was very nice, she running up and down from the front to our rooms to make sure that we have everything that would make us feel the most comfortable during our stay.
I really love this hotel, wish I could come back again.

NNS MkmmI have searched for a hotel in SiGuNiangShan over a year. i have pinned this hotel as the first in my list to visit. I checked-in with excitement but checked-out with a lot of disappointment.
First of all, I admire their room cleanliness and comfy bedding. The heating floor is great. Their breakfast is a combination for both chinese and western, which is kinda nice. Dinner is fine. There are not a lot of option for meal around the area. i did not try the western dishes but the hotpot is general. I think it is a little expensive with 300RMB for chicken soup with 3 types of veggie. Everything is (mostly) accordingly to the advertisement.
Except that I think the built-in bath tub (the square one not the white one) seems not as clean that I am not feeling of getting myself in. Perhaps, the strain plus the color make me feel this way.
There are 2-3 construction sides in the area that block the view. These are not pleasurable, though there are not noise or working staff around. There are no public area or walking path that allow visitors to spend their time out of the room. Well, it is not worth to spend time in the public area anyway as their staff rarely smile or greeting the visitors nicely. The driver who picked me up of the parking lots never smiled to me directly during the time of visit.
** my disappointment came greatest when I went into Chanpinggou and my partner left his phone on the bench. We ran back to find the phone but we did not find it. so, I contact the hotel staff by wechat and asked them to contact the officer in the National park as I cannot make the call, the signal is very bad. I made it clear to them the exact location of mine and that I could not find any staff around. Rather than understanding and contacting the national park. They send me the phone number and asked me to call the national park myself. Considering that I am an oversea visitor as well as that I have made it clear that the signal is bad within the park, I prefer more help and empathy.
***my disappointment is even further when I am checking out. The hotel staff asked me to write them a good review. I told them that I will write the review on my own. They still persisted to write a review for me and asked me to finish the review before departure. I am also working in the hotel and I think this is the WORST part of all. You should respect the customer sincere review and appreciate that as a way to improve.
I have been to many hotels that are located within or very close the famous attraction around China - Shangrila, Huangshan and many more. I have paid extra for this hotel compared to other sides. I never found these kind of disappoints before in those hotels, so my expectations are high.

El primer piso es un café/restaurante la comida no fue mala, probado su calor de carne y nodillos de yak.

La puerta del hotel es una mini tienda que vende canas de oxígeno, sugiero que compré allí como era la única tienda a pie que vi.

YY FamilyPretty grand and decent resort located about 15 min car ride from the entrance of Jiuzhaigou Nature Reserve Park, which is about 1.5 hour car ride from Huanglong Jiuzhaigou high speed rail station. Great resort introduction and check in/out services by concierge staff Molly and Eve. Great food and services at the restaurants within the resort. We also attended the ******* bonfire in the evening as part of the hotel activities. It was a great and memorable experience.

TTripzeiraLa habitación del hotel es cómoda, pero la realidad es un poco diferente a los videos y fotos de la aplicación. La piscina de aguas termales no funcionaba, el lugar del desayuno estaba helado, lo que hace que la comida se enfríe minutos después de que la ponemos en el plato. De todos modos, tiene una buena variedad de comida para el desayuno. La calefacción por suelo radiante en la habitación fue la mejor parte. DDaughterofEveThis a snugly, delightful and welcoming home-style hotel. Perfect for winter months, as the room is pleasantly comfortable has floor heating, has a fantastic shower where the water is hot, the beds and bedding are snug, parking is available and the general facilities are great. The rooms are cozy and hygienic, not a spot/ hair found on the white bedding, and bath towels were fresh and clean, with all noted products placed in the room.
There was a bath and shower in the room I booked, with a cute little outside area in front of the door. The receptionists are friendly and extremely helpful. They go the extra mile by doing their best to assist with questions and giving assistance as needed. Translation services are used. I arrived at the hotel after 11pm and someone was there to receive me and help me order food. I was helped with advice about traveling, restaurants, bookings and even escorted to a yummy restaurant close by. The only thing I didn't appreciate was the smart toilet, that flushes as soon as you sit down, and doesn't flush down everything. Breakfast is available at this hotel as well as drop off services, if the vehicle is available. There are also many shops and restaurants around, making it a convenient place to stay.
There's a free treat to have photos taken in ******* style clothing, though I strongly recommend paying the cost effective fee (150 yuan) if you want better quality clothing to model in (greater variety to choose from), and have a lovely pictures taken. The hotel has stunning backdrops for these. Make up services (with some jewelry) is also available for the photo shoot. It's easily accessible as it’s very close to the hotel. ( 1.5 minute walk), and there’s a WeChat contact number to add, or the friendly hotel receptionists will arrange it for you quickly. I truly enjoyed my stay at this hotel. Oh! And the cute little tea set in the room (with bags of tea) was a lovely comfort after a long day of traveling. Fantastic hotel! Thanks ladies.

DDURONGKORNI had a lovely stay at Rezen Retreat·Four Seasons Manju Hotel near the Jiuzhaigou Scenic Area. The hotel is located just a short drive from the park entrance, making it a convenient place to stay for early visits to Jiuzhaigou.
The hotel has a charming design with a cozy, boutique feel. My room was clean, warm, and tastefully decorated, with beautiful mountain views. The bed was comfortable, and the heated floors were a nice touch, especially during the colder months.
Staff were polite and helpful, though English was limited. However, they were always friendly and tried their best to assist with anything I needed.
Overall, this hotel is a great value choice for travelers visiting Jiuzhaigou who are looking for comfort and local charm in a peaceful setting.

Compré dos paquetes de 999 yuanes y me quedé cuatro noches en total. La relación precio/rendimiento es muy alta. Una cosa a tener en cuenta es que el hotel está ubicado en la cima de una montaña, por lo que la presión del agua caliente definitivamente no es suficiente.
