El primer autobús salió de Chengdu y llegó al hotel por la tarde. Cuando entré en el hotel, la chica de recepción estaba jugando con su teléfono móvil. Pensé que estaba respondiendo mensajes. Podéis hacer una reserva para tomar un baño termal en familia (¡pero debe ser después de las 17h!). Podrás recoger agua, frutas y algunas galletas en el vestíbulo. Ah, y como me moría de frío, me pusieron la calefacción en el suelo, así que hacía mucho calor por la noche.

El hotel es nuevo y limpio. El tamaño de la habitación es grande y cómodo. La recogida y la descomposición en el Huanglong Scenic Park es un plus. Las instalaciones de la habitación son convenientes. Mi habitación tiene un calentamiento de piso que me mantiene caliente durante mi estancia. El hotel está muy bien situado, pero no es fácil de operar, pero el personal del hotel me enseñó. El hotel ofrece un buen restaurante BBQ y 2 tiendas de frutas y snacks. En general, vale mi dinero y recomendaría definitivamente este hotel a los amigos que quieren quedarse cerca del Huanglong Scenic Park.

Grand Rezen Jiuzhaigou Resort is a fantastic choice for a mountain getaway. The hotel is centrally located, just a short distance from Jiuzhaigou Park entrance and surrounded by plenty of restaurants and markets. The room was cozy, with a comfortable bed and all the essential amenities provided. A special thanks to 小李 at the front desk, who was incredibly helpful and professional—she even arranged a driver to pick us up from the train station. Overall, we were pleased with our stay.

The hotel is slightly far from eateries, but getting a Didi in the area is very convenient. The room is spacious and equipped with smart features, but cleanliness could be improved. We found leftover cupcake baking paper on the floor, and tissues were stuck to the wall. The staff at check-in were unfriendly and impatient when answering questions. At the breakfast restaurant, the staffs were more focused on chatting with each other than attending to customers. However, the receptionist the next morning was attentive and addressed our needs well. On a positive note, the bed was comfortable, and we had a good night's sleep

A good option for Jiuzhai I honestly feel quite mixed about the hotel - in some regards they were really great, but others need some attention Pros: - Location is perfect - a 10min taxi ride to Jiuzhaigou Scenic area main entrance + on the hotel’s doorstep are a wide range of food options and little supermarkets - The airport transfer is excellent and a fair price - 200 RMB. It just made me realize how much my previous hotel in Huanglong ripped me off by charging me ‘the foreigner price’ 😡 - Scenery - it is a very beautifully done up hotel and located in front of a mountain. There are a lot of koi ponds and a very pretty restaurant opposite the reception. - The room is spacious and bed is comfortable. - The 2 staff members who speak English are helpful. - They refunded me when I checked out early as I had to leave earlier. Cons: - The rooms could do with a more thorough cleaning - the small coffee table with faux marble top had some layers of previous cups and other grime. - As already stated by other reviewers, Western breakfast is limited - think toast, cereal, and instant coffee in an urn. When I asked for a butter knife to spread butter and jam on my toast, I was told to use a chopstick or spoon 🫣🫣🫣 - The hotel towels could do with an upgrade as they are quite worn.

No hay platos de carne, principalmente bollos, maíz, huevos y verduras. Había café y bebida de soja, lo cual nos pareció bien.

Upon checking out, the hotel provided free shuttle using their hotel transport (mpv) to the nearby high speed rail station. 3. All staff are very warm, friendly and helpful. The reception staff brought us some snacks after we checked in and resting in our room @5pm. 4. Dinner at hotel was very convenient and the recommended dishes are light to cure our high altitude sickness after visited Huang Long National Park. 5. The window view was a river and high speed rail track in the distance. Feeling relaxed and refreshing. 6. The room size is big and clean. 7. The hotel provides transport and tour to Jiuzhaigou and Huang Long scenic places.
