Hoteles en Abano Terme con Desayuno

The website was very deceiving. The building was very old, and needed a good overall on the outside. The grounds needed alot of care, I understand during that time of year it would not be up to par but it was neglected and we could not even explore the grounds because there was tape stopping us from walking around. Speaking of the grounds, it is not nestled in the middle of the forest or mountains. You are in the middle of a town with roads all around and traffic could be seen and hear from my window. I did not have a great view. Concerning the room, it was a shock. It was decorated in old style furniture not modern at all. The sitting area was just room enough to sit facing the closet because we could not turn the chair around because the door wouldn't open. We asked for a twin room and received a double bed. There are 2 guests but it doesn't mean we want to sleep in the same bed!! The only good thing was the size of the bathroom. It was spacious and I appreciated that. Double sinks were great. On the site it sates 3 restaurants are on the premise but please not one only opens in the summer months and another was closed. Which we were not informed off. If you want to eat in the restaurant you need to book in advance otherwise you will not have a spot. Another thing we were not told about. This comes to the reception area. The elderly gentleman was a snob. He did not greet us kindly , nor give us any information concerning our treatments we booked. He didn't tell us about the closed restaurant, nor that we needed a reservation. The only positive was that a young woman who worked there was very helpful with whatever questions we had. She also helped to find a reservation at another restaurant when we couldn't get a spot at the hotel. The treatments..... both pools were small and people didn't share the time between each activity. They would spend so much time at one thing and didn't care that people were waiting on line. The turkish bath could fit 4 people and my shower was warmer. The spa could hold 2 and it was very sad. No heat at all. I had a massage booked and a mud bath. I came away from the massage worst than when I entered and even though the mud bath seemed lovely and the polish lady who was in charge was so kind and lovely, I immediately became sick after it and spent the same day in bed with a stomach bug and vomiting. No, I did not enjoy this spa or thermal bath. I would never return. Definitely do not come with children, it is mostly elderly people and the young kids we saw were miserable.

Hotel well placed and equipped with all comforts. Beautiful pool as well as the sauna and steam room. Great restaurant, friendly and polite staff and reasonable prices. The poolside aperitif is wonderful and doesn't cost a fortune. The pool water temperature is very pleasant and never too hot.

The hotel is the last of the truly vintage Italian 5* hotels. They don't came like this anymore. Very rare to came by a 5* property in Italy these days. It's a real classy property for the elite. Rooms are very large. High end furnishings. The property gives off a vibe of an era of long gone in Italy. The service, layout and setup of the restaurant is immaculate. The chief maitre( Mr. Daniel is a true professional in his field. You certainly won't find them anywhere anymore.) My salute to the property management that's still maintaining this level of class and service. I highly recommend this property to those elite who seeks and values the 5* hospitality experience.

Das Hotel hat eine sehr schöne klassische Ausstattung. Der Service hat uns leider gar nicht zugesagt. Nicht für Familien mit Kindern geeignet. Beim Check-In mussten wir erfahren, dass wir für unsere 5jährige Tochter extra 100,- EUR pro Nacht in unserer gebuchten Junior-Suite bezahlen müssen. Sie benötigt kein extra Bett, frühstückt ein Brötchen und hat in 4 Nächten 3 Handtücher gebraucht. Das Servicepersonal war sehr unfreundlich und hatte trotz allem guten zureden keine Gnade. Bei der Buchung ist etwas schief gelaufen. Ich bin der Meinung, dass ich nach einem Hotelzimmer für 2 Erwachsene und ein Kind gesucht habe. Ich hatte mich dann nicht gewundert, dass nur 2 Personen auf der Bestätigung standen, da wir in Deutschland ja per Zimmer und nicht per Person zahlen. Die Dame begleitet uns dann aufs Zimmer. Als wir sie batten ein Lagen über beide Betten zu legen, sagte sie kein Problem, ging und wurde nicht mehr gesehen. Vorher hatte sie darauf bestanden uns ins Zimmer zu bringen und uns alles zu erklären. Uns wurde also weder WLAN noch der wunderschöne SPA Bereich erklärt. Auch beim Frühstück war das Personal sehr distanziert. Ich hatte das Gefühl, dass die anderen Gäste viel freundlicher behandelt wurden. Ich denke, wir waren nicht die Zielgruppe des Hotels. Wir werden dorthin nie wieder zurückkehren und ich ärgere mich über die 1400,- EUR, die wir für 4 Nächte bezahlt haben. Wir wollten das Hotel eigentlich nutzen um uns nach langen Messtagen etwas zu erholen. Das war nicht der Fall.

I recently stayed at the Abano Grand Hotel, and i had a mixed experience. The reception area, where I was assisted by Alexandra, was excellent. She was incredibly helpful and pleasant, making the check-in process smooth and welcoming. However, I have to say that the breakfast and the breakfast area left something to be desired. The food quality and variety of choices could use some improvement. I expected a bit more in terms of the morning meal experience. Overall, it was a good stay, thanks in part to the fantastic service provided by Alexandra ( Alexandra the Great) at the reception. I'm considering coming back at the same time of the year, but I hope to see some enhancements in the breakfast offerings by then.I’m

All excellent. Staff excellent and helpful as always Have attended the hotel for 50 years and it has always fulfilled my expectations. Quality of food has always been excellent however I was disappointed to see that certain favourite items have disappeared from the buffet for example the canned sgumbro mackerel/tuna and the pickled shallots make only an occasional appearance whereas used to be daily. Still a quality feast Would heartily recommend this hostel to anyone who wishes to feel they are being entertained and pampered and are residing at a personal luxury residence rather than a hotel Looking forward to my next visit!!! Therapies and massage excellent

El mejor hotel en Abano Terme! Fuego de 8 años me quedé allí! Fantástico personal! ¡Tienes que ir a entenderlo! Altamente recomendado! Super delicioso comida, habitación limpia, zona de spa es increíble! ¡Siempre volveré ahí porque para mí es un lugar mágico, gracias!

Hotel elegante che offre servizi di alta qualità sia dal punto di vista delle cure termali e sia dal punto di vista gastronomico. Le cure termali sono di ottimo livello ed eseguite da valenti professionisti. Il ristorante è gestito in maniera eccellente ed i piatti sono sempre di prima qualità. Le camere sono istate, n gran parte, completamente rinnovate e curate a fondo nella pulizia giornaliera.

Nos hemos quedado durante una noche y nuestra experiencia fue muy mala. Al llegar no se nos explicó nada sobre el funcionamiento de la estructura y esto nos ha creado molestias durante la estancia. Cuando llegó a la habitación, la puerta estaba abierta porque había sido limpia, porque el suelo estaba todavía en la superficie. No encontramos los toallas para los términos en la habitación, así que hemos llamado a la recepción para tener instrucciones para descubrir que se alquilan en la recepción, donde acabamos de estar para el check-in y por lo tanto tuvimos que bajar para Saliendo del ascensor en la zona térmica no encontramos ni información ni personal, así que siguimos a los demás huéspedes para encontrar las piscinas. Fuimos al jardín y nos acostábamos sin pasar por la piscina interior. Y esto significa que no leímos las reglas que se encuentran solo al lado de la piscina interior. normas que nadie nos dijo ni siquiera en el correo informativo que recibimos antes de la estancia. Entramos en el agua otro invitado nos informó que hay la obligación de la cubierta, salimos inmediatamente para pedir instrucciones pero no encontramos a nadie en todo el plan, tuvimos que llamar la recepción de nuevo que nos dijo que iba a ir a ¡No nos las han traído para comprarlas (2,50€ cada uno! Pero no termina aquí... unas horas después, a las 16:00, pensábamos en hacer un aperitivo en el bar junto a la piscina, después de esperar 15 minutos para que alguien llegara, tuvimos que llamar a un número especial para que alguien llegara al bar. El lugar es acogedor y bien mantenido, pero el poco personal y la falta de comunicación hacen la estancia no de Hotel de 4 estrellas, un verdadero pecado, dado que la cena y el personal en la sala le vale!
