I am writing regarding our recent stay at Aveda Suites from February 17th to 19th, which was meant to be a special celebration for our 1st anniversary. Unfortunately, our experience was extremely disappointing due to multiple issues that significantly impacted our stay. 1. Air Conditioning Failure: The AC in our room was completely non-functional. It took the staff 1.5 days to acknowledge the issue, and we were finally moved to another room at 5:30 PM on the second day—after having already endured stifling heat and discomfort. This was unacceptable, especially given the high temperatures. 2. Poorly Maintained Amenities & Services: Many amenities were either broken or not maintained, making them unusable. The overall upkeep of the property did not match the advertised standards. 3. Restaurant Closures & Limited Dining Options: Two restaurants were completely shut, and the ones that were open had very limited menu options. The breakfast experience felt more like a canteen/mess than a luxury hotel. 4. False Advertising: The property looked appealing in photos but did not reflect the reality of our stay. It was far from the luxury experience we expected and paid for. Given the significant shortcomings in both service and amenities, I believe a refund is warranted. This was not the experience we were promised, and it certainly did not justify the cost. I request you to process a refund at the earliest, as the stay failed to meet even basic hospitality standards.
