El único inconveniente de este hotel es la ubicación... está bastante alejado de los restaurantes y las tiendas... te encantará caminar o tomar taxis... que no son caros...

El hotel es un hotel maravilloso. El personal estaba bienvenido y muy útil. El personal de la oficina turística nos ayudó a reservar las experiencias perfectas de vacaciones. La habitación era grande, bien equipada y tenía una vista al famoso Halong Bay. Seguramente nos quedaríamos aquí otra vez!

The hotel is brand new and very clean. The rooms are spacious and well appointed. The area is still under construction. This (at the moment) results in a less beautiful view/environment. But I am convinced that it will be beautiful within a year. The hotel location is quite far from the city center and shopping malls. A car or taxi is needed. Or you can get bicycles at the hotel. The employees are very friendly and helpful. Special note to Tracy, she has served us several times with very personalized service. Couldn't be better! The 3 restaurants in the hotel are highly recommended. We stayed 6 days in an apartment in this hotel.

We wanted a hotel instead of usual overnight cruise for flexibility at night. Best Western Sapphire Ha Long was one of the few hotels where we could preselect ocean view room instead of it being up to chance/luck. The hotel itself was stunning! The staff so thoughtful, helpful and courteous that really elevated the experience to something very special. The hotel and rooms are very luxurious! We chose the 2 br oceanview and all rooms had amazing views, with the lounge having a balcony along with floor to ceiling windows overlooking the bay. It was so lovely relaxing. We had a drizzly day but it was still so special. The official photos are exactly what you get and are honest in their representation. The buffet breakfast is enormous in variety! Full Western and Asian selections with salads, pastries, noodles, congee, juice and muesli, hot cooked buffets just to name a few. There was plenty with no sign of running out when we were there (Dec). The breakfast room was huge and elegant. Definitely worth adding it on to your stay! We were warned by others that the location is not convenient to main centre, which was good advice, as it is about 15 mins drive over the bridge. However it is not so isolated from other things and there were many restaurants and cafes around it and the walkways along the way stunning. We were kind of just wanting to chill when no on the cruise so this was perfect for us! I would definitely recommend and hope to return one day.

Very poor service, no proper check in information, only breakfast time mentioned, all other information had to ask by myself. In general all staff needs proper training how to talk to guests. Not just answers like robots. While waiting for checkin (arrived before checkin time) asked if we can chill at the pool after lunch, staff answered immediately “it is hot there.”well that’s why we want to chill at the pool. During whole stay no one asked how is our experience. One time during busy dinner foreigner manager came to our table and asked only “are you guys well take care of?” I answered it’s ok. He didn’t bother to ask more. It was during dinner when glass of wine and tonic water arrived 20 minutes after it was ordered. Salad was finished already, my sandwich was wrong, they forgot about chicken. After telling it to the staff they just add few slices of cold chicken in club sandwich. Waitress My did good job, but they don’t have enough staff and she can’t take care of everything. Other restaurant staff don’t speak much English. When I ordered few slices of cheese for breakfast they did omelet with cheese. Next day was breakfast buffet due to higher occupancy with good variety of food, but quality is average for Mgallery. One more issue, our first night was not that busy since next day they did not do buffet for breakfast but a la care with few choices. They put us in the room next to family with little babe who was crying all the time. Rooms are not sound proof you can hear everything. I called reception and asked to move the room. Staff was friendly and confirmed that they can change it, but there was no apology, only “ok we will change your room”. The worst part was that when we were getting ready to change room housekeeping lady enter the room with own key. She said “housekeeping” and the same time opened the door, which is not acceptable. She didn’t seems to understand that she did something wrong. She wanted to check the room since we will be moving to other room. I was shocked. In general it looks like whole facility is left to run by staff without proper training and guest experience. Facility is great and could be amazing stay, overall wasn’t. Good points: apricot liquor cocktail was good, vegetarian curry was good, My waitress tired her best and very friendly, chef Hieu also very friendly person.

Отель понравился. Находится на возвышенности. До городского пляжа примерно минут 10-15 пешком, столько же до парка развлечений, до порта минут 10 на машине. Встретили очень приветливо, персонал дружелюбный, помогает во всем, разговаривает на английском. В номере чисто, комфортно, есть все необходимое. На крыше есть небольшой бассейн, там же можно заказать кофе, соки, приятно провести время. Завтрак вкусный)

Hotel limpio y cómodo con vistas sorprendentes. Muy guapo. El hotel cuenta con todo, incluyendo habitaciones karaoke que fueron sorprendentes. La mayoría de los empleados fueron útiles, especialmente en la recepción, pero desafortunadamente unos pocos en el área de comedor/cocina. Tanto desayuno para elegir. En el final de la ciudad más tranquilo hacen muy tranquilo. No se haga la lavandería... completamente sobrepreciado.

The cruise is very nice and clean. The room is spacious and has very nice view. The service is good. They have activities for guests to enjoy like kayaking, cooking class, and dark and bright cave visit. The food provided is somehow decent for me comparing to the price I paid. For 2 days 1 night, they provided a buffet lunch, a set menu dinner and light breakfast and brunch on Day 2. But overall, it was a good experience.

La experiencia en el crucero Erina fue perfecta. El barco es muy cómodo y bonito. La habitación es espaciosa y lujosa. La cama era perfecta, es una pena no haber tenido más tiempo para tumbarme. El barco ofrece numerosas actividades para los viajeros: pesca, ciclismo, buceo, playas, espectáculos en vivo, kayak, piscina climatizada, televisión por cable, etc. Las comidas incluidas son muy sabrosas y el servicio del restaurante es extraordinario. La limpieza de la habitación fue excelente. Mi agradecimiento especial al empleado Lee, quien fue amable e incluso aprendió algunas palabras en mi idioma para comunicarse conmigo. La música en el barco también fue muy agradable. Para ayudar a otros viajeros, les dejo dos consejos: 1 - Quédese al menos 2 noches para aprovechar al máximo la experiencia. La bahía de Ha Long merece toda la atención que se le preste. 2 - Internet es bastante inestable. Si necesitas trabajar, considera una alternativa a lo que se ofrece a bordo.

La Regina Grand Cruises.. El crucero es bueno, que parecía pequeño viejo con un suelo de madera suave pero tenía un antiguo y lujoso contacto con los interiores. Internet móvil y señal WIFI a bordo era realmente malo. Algunas actividades a bordo. Y aprendíamos cómo hacer los rollos de primavera fritos vietnamitas. En general estaba bien y sí deberías añadir en tu viaje Hanoi!! 🥰🥰

No hay duda de que es un gran hotel por el precio. La mentalidad de servicio del personal me hace sentir especialmente agradable. Sin embargo, dado que el entorno circundante aún no está completamente desarrollado, no tenemos más remedio que restar puntos por la atmósfera algo desordenada. Creo que volveré a visitarlo una vez que el desarrollo esté completamente terminado y el entorno circundante esté completo.

If you travel to Vietnam, taking a Cruise to Halong Bay should be in your TO DO list. It’ll make your trip remarkable and special. We chose 2 days / 1 night trip to this amazing place with Peony Cruises. It was All Inclusive with 4 times food (lunch, dinner, breakfast, brunch). The staff was very kind and attentive. They even changed some of the foods for dinner, bcoz we didn’t eat seafood. That was so sweet from their side. Indeed, the food was appetizing. We went kayaking, enjoyed one of the most beautiful sunsets and admired the stunning views. Then we visited Trung Trang Cave which was so astonishing.

We had a fantastic time on the cruise! The staff were friendly, the food was delicious, the itinerary was well-paced, and the rooms were spacious and luxurious, featuring a bathtub with a jacuzzi and a standing shower overlooking Ha Long Bay. The journey began with a 40-minute ferry ride to the Venus Halong Cruise, where staff handled our luggage and guided us through check-in. Lunch was served at 12:30 PM, followed by a visit to Dark and Bright Cave at 2:30 PM. Due to low tide, we couldn’t pass through but still enjoyed the bamboo boat ride. Though it was too cold to swim in January, we had fun making Vietnamese spring rolls. Dinner featured fresh seafood, including lobster, with reasonably priced drinks. Wi-Fi was weak, but we were informed beforehand. The next morning, we skipped Tai Chi due to the cold but joined the fishing village tour before brunch. We checked out and were ferried back to land by 11:00 AM. Overall, it was a relaxing and scenic experience with stunning views of over 2,000 limestone islands. I just wish there were more activities onboard. Highly recommended for a peaceful getaway!

Beautiful cruise! The food is excellent the rooms are amazing 😻. Only two things… it should have more board games, also the jacuzzi should be ON all night or at least night time.

Es un hotel bonito con una gran ventana de vidrio que ofrece vistas panorámicas a la ciudad, cama cómoda. Personal muy amable, desayuno era bueno, hay muchos buenos restaurantes cerca, a sólo 300m a la puerta fronteriza. Se recomienda muy bien este hotel para los viajeros

A la par de la habitación hay un bar mixto karaoke, así que si en las salas de cojinete 01-04 será un poco ruidoso.
