Mis padres se hospedaron aquí por 3 noches y tuvieron una experiencia maravillosa gracias a la hospitalidad del hotel. La habitación espaciosa y el práctico servicio de traslado en autobús gratuito para ir a algún lugar están incluidos. Hotel recomendado, tal vez la próxima vez que venga a Sabah nuevamente reserve el Ming Garden Hotel.

I want to reschedule the date for booking for my business trip but unfortunately cannot change.no other solutions has been suggested to me.quite difficult to contact and discuss with the hotel if booking thru any service provider like trip.com. Maybe next time i will try not to choose this hotel again. Thank you.

Puedes ver la montaña desde el balcón de la habitación. Seguramente volveré a disfrutar de esa vista nuevamente. La habitación estaba limpia. El baño está afuera (al lado del balcón), por lo que por la noche, cuando quieras bañarte, habrá insectos y polillas por todas partes.

The hotel smells good. The room is spacious with plenty of chair to sit. They provide basic amenities. Checkin and checkout process was smooth. The only minor is the bed is in front of the door. So it’s not comfortable to sleep.

Nestled in the vibrant streets of Kota Kinabalu, it provides easy access to the city's attractions, shopping centers, and eateries. Whether you're a leisure traveler or a business guest, you'll appreciate the convenience of exploring the city from this central location. Accommodation: The accommodation at Borneo Inn exceeded my expectations. The rooms were tastefully decorated, clean, and well-maintained. Despite being in the heart of the city, the rooms offered a peaceful ambiance, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The amenities provided although a bit worn out but were still adequate for a comfortable stay. Hospitality: The highlight of my stay was undoubtedly the hospitality extended by the staff at Borneo Inn. From the moment I checked in until the time of departure, the staff members were attentive, friendly, and accommodating. Their personalized service added a special touch to my overall experience, making me feel welcomed throughout my stay. Facilities: While Borneo Inn may not boast extensive facilities like larger hotels, it offers everything necessary for a pleasant stay. The common areas are well-maintained, and the inn provides essential amenities such as Wi-Fi and toiletries. The cozy ambiance of the inn adds to its charm, creating a homely atmosphere for guests. 24/7 secure free parking was provided at the inn. Value for Money: Considering the comfort, convenience, and excellent service provided, I believe Borneo Inn offers great value for money. The rates are reasonable, especially considering its prime location in Kota Kinabalu. Whether you're traveling on a budget or seeking a cozy retreat in the city center, Borneo Inn is certainly worth considering. Borneo Inn in Kota Kinabalu stands out for its exceptional hospitality, convenient location, and comfortable accommodation. Very clean and new. Looks like being renovated. Came here for seminar as the talk is organized inside the hotel. The location is good as it is in the center of the city. Service is good except that check in counter only have 2 and average waiting time is about 30 minutes for check in. However, maybe due to the hotel is full, our rooms are not ready when we check in at 3pm. But the hotel upgrade our room to another available unit which we will give a credit to the hotel. Breakfast is good and many variety, only the structure of the dining area is very inconvenient as the dining area too small and many corners which is not convenient to obtain the food especially for the beverage counter. The dining que line is too long due to the location where both the coffee machine are too close to each other and doesn’t not have any turning point and the coffee machine is very very slow. Suggest to change to a bigger dining area as the dining area cannot fit the number of customers especially for a seminar of 200+ people and refill is slow and we only have 1 hour lunch time where queing for food already took almost half an hour. Other than the above, I am satisfied with the hotel.

Hyatt regency lives up to its brand in Sabah! Exemplary hospitality, ultra clean room, great location, wonderful breakfast spreads and awesome staff! No regrets taking the club lounge option with sea view, even the lounge food was exceptionally delicious, kudos to the chef! A tad old in terms of furnishings but it retains the classic style of early 2000s, bringing good memories of my travels and staying in various Hyatt.

What a great, relaxing place this is! We booked our room by sending them a message in WhatsApp and had no issues. The location is around 15 km south from Kota Kinabalu airport which is great, because you get away from all the traffic noise of the city. You can hear the planes every now and then, but it is nothing like the noise in the KK center. For us the quiet surroundings were the really big thing. There are just a few sea view rooms and even when there were other customers, it was still peaceful and quiet. Sea view rooms have their own pool so most of the time it felt like having an own private pool just for us. The staff is friendly and helpful. They helped us to organise our next destination and also gave a hand when one of us got sick and needed to see a doctor. Their laundry service is great too: we gave a huge bag of laundry to them in the morning and got clean clothes back on the same day. Liza, the owner, is such a great personality and we had a great opportunity to taste a potential new sparkling wine with her. The restaurant is spacious with lovely view to the big yard and to the ocean. We liked their buffet breakfast, but on the last two morning they switched it to à la carte. For us it didn’t make a huge difference, because the food was plenty. It was pretty much the same as the buffet options but served to the table. The dinner menu has more western options than typical Malaysian restaurants. We tried spaghetti, lasagne and fish and enjoyed them all, but at the same time wished more local options. They do have surprisingly good selection of wines from all over the world. In addition to a few glasses of house wine, we ended up enjoying a bottle of Italian pinot grigio on the Valentine’s Day dinner.

The restaurant is relatively expensive compared to typical street food joints. Luckily, there is a really good local restaurant just a short walk away and we ended up eating there our last dinners. The Palm Square shopping area is just a quick Grab drive away and there you can find more local restaurants. Getting there costs 5 ringgits. Sea view rooms are clean and spacious. Shower has warm water, but sometimes it took a while to get it. Water pressure was weak but we managed with it. It is a really nice bonus that the pool is just few meters away from the room. Each room has their own decked terrace with a fan and two sunbeds. Like other have mentioned, there is a beach but it is not very good. They clean it, but the trash from the ocean piles up anyway. Annoying fact that affects so many beaches in Sabah. We spent five nights here and really enjoyed our stay. Highly recommended!

Tengo que decir que esta vez realmente encontré una casa de agua del tesoro. Estaba deambulando por Kapalai, Sun, Coral, Crystal y Pom Pom Island, pero nuestro mundo no está bien. Dijimos que comenzaríamos a mediados de junio. Empecé a solicitar pasaporte y visa. A finales de junio no había habitaciones en la casa del agua, y si las había, eran muy caras. Volví e investigué y elegí esta, y me quedé asombrado. Es muy nuevo, y la calidad del ambiente y el agua de mar es muy buena. La única mosca en el ungüento somos nosotros. La habitación en la que vivía se agregó más tarde, la pintura estaba recién pintada y el olor era muy fuerte. Cuando Me acosté por la noche, tenía miedo de abrir la ventana porque tenía miedo de que entraran serpientes o algo. No creo que haya tanto problema con la habitación anterior. Vale la pena mencionar que debes saber Inglés básico para poder comunicarse con los dependientes de la tienda.Otra deficiencia es que usted mismo tiene que llamar a la tienda y solicitar agregar WeChat.
