The hotel are great to stay, please avoid on monday if you driving otherwise you will struggle to find a way looking for parking in the building due to they have night market that block the way enter the KSL parking facilities. The breakfast are simple but good enough, they been downgrade each time im stay here even room also furniture aging. Some photo took in JB mall and restaurant.

Had a great stay at St. Giles Southkey Johor! The online customer service was very helpful, making the booking process smooth. The room was comfortable, and the overall experience was pleasant. The hotel is in a convenient location with good facilities, making it a great choice for a relaxing stay. Everything was well-maintained, and the atmosphere was welcoming. The service was efficient, and I had a hassle-free experience throughout. It’s always nice to stay at a place that meets expectations. Looking forward to coming back again in the future!

The hotel has a great location—just across from KSL City Mall and surrounded by lots of good food. There are a few restaurants right downstairs too, very convenient! The room was very clean, and all the staff were friendly and polite. There’s also a sky bar with an amazing night view. Perfect for food lovers and a relaxing stay.

Cuchara más suave es dura y, al igual que, cuchara más espesa es dura. La cuchara no está bien colocada por el guardaespaldas, con la mitad sólo la cubierta de hoja. Sloppy. El personal del frente es amigable y el tipo de lobby es útil.

My overall rating of the experience: 4 out of 5 stars. Comfortable common areas with a modern aesthetic, large rooms with clean sheets and comfy beds, plus decent facilities! Our room had no issues but the ones my friends stayed in did have a ponding problem in their showers. In addition, the hotel is conveniently located near the causeway and they even provide a complimentary shuttle bus to drop guests off at the popular shopping malls (albeit with limited timings for the malls further away). The food at breakfast was a bit of a mixed bag – it could certainly do with better quality ingredients and greater consistency. In terms of service, the staff were mostly polite and cordial, though none in particular made an impression. Having said that, it was a pleasant stay overall and definitely a viable option should we visit Johor Bahru again (:

I just stayed there for 1 Night in the hotel basically it’s a Beautiful old vintage hotel with great sea view and their breakfast was good and dinner room dining also was great and staff are friendly and very knowledgeable great ! But just that their hotel furnitures are very old one rather than that everything was Great

Very bad experience from this hotel specially room toilet shower was broken as I open shower it fell on me thanks I not got any injury or blood on my head I can sue or call police if I got hurt on my head with shower two times I call reception for repair nobody came then again call 3 time boy came it's really very very shocked I got save from head injury I need my refund from this hotel kindly refund the amount I already again don't want to book kindly refund amount as soon as possible not half full amount

Apt is very beautiful, clean n cosy with kitchen n cutlery, Good if u drive as parking is secure, clear instructions to collect keys n check in.. Good view..

The Adventure Waterpark is conveniently located right next door with direct access, which was a key factor in choosing HR. The room size was adequate, though signs of wear and tear were noticeable throughout. A thoughtful addition was the step stool in the toilet, making it easier for kids to reach the sink for brushing. The beds could have been queen-sized instead of doubles for better comfort, but the pillows were excellent. The buffet breakfast was decent, though staff could be more attentive in replenishing food. The swimming pool was on the smaller side, but the availability of kids’ life jackets was a great touch. The water was warm, and the underwater music added a unique experience. Overall, a relatively good stay, especially if you’re visiting the Adventure Waterpark. Free parking is available, but we chose valet parking right outside the hotel lobby for RM35 for convenience as we are travelling with young children.

Nice resort, big rooms and toilet with deep soaking bathtub🛁we have sent a message to hotel about celebrating our anniversary there and our room was ready with balloons, message and cake to kick off the celebration upon check in🎈🎉next to a clean private beach. Evening Happy hours at beach bar on certain days! Nice swimming pools , gym , sauna and jacuzzi at change rooms. The in house restaurant by the kids pool has nice ambience and good food. Good breakfast choices too. Bicycles for 1st hour is free and nice tracks to go around the area. More food and live band option in the evening at Hard rock hotel across the street. The hotel provides shuttle service to Hard Rock Cafe and to nearby landmark buildings.

I recently stayed at a Lotus Desaru that, while a bit dated, was surprisingly well-maintained. The loft room was spacious, and the cleanliness was top-notch, making for a very comfortable stay. However, the hairdryer in the room was inconsistent—it worked intermittently, which was a bit frustrating. The resort has a private beach which is just a 2-3 minute walk away (if your room is near the lobby) which made it easy to enjoy the sun and sand whenever we wanted. The breakfast spread was decent, though nothing extraordinary. It had the basics. The check-in and check-out process was fast, which I appreciated. Overall, while the resort may be showing its age, it still provides a pleasant and relaxing experience.

What a gem of a hotel! From the efficient check-in/check-out process, each moment was delightful. Also, the hotel has a very secure and safe environment Security personnel is also helpful and friendly. The room were clean and very comfortable, with many hand, face towels and bathrobe. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Desaru! Check in and out was efficient check-in/check-out process of the hotel. Their customer service is also commendable and offered us an excellent experience. We loved everything about this hotel, from room types, customer service, and facilities to the serene pool area. I will recommend others for sure! Breakfast, comes with many choices and fresh prata/eggs cooked on the spot. Many eateries within arm's reach. Will come back!

This is our second visit as a family to Sand and Sandals. The resort is nice and quiet, with a peaceful beach. The eateries are also quiet and peaceful - they have Western, local, Japanese, and Chinese food. There is also a small cafe. The service staff and reception are friendly and helpful. The room is big with a large shower and comfy beds, and soap, shampoo aee provided. The hotel breakfast buffet spread is large with a good selection of food, and it is constantly replenished. Overall, an excellent place if you want a quiet getaway, to chill and laze around without crowds. Transfer to and from the ferry terminal was also smooth. We would return again for a relaxing trip.

It’s very welcoming from beginning till the end.. the sunset view from window itself is stunning, the breakfast’s awesome.. will come again when we have time . 👍🏼

Reasonable price, good location near the beach, all rooms are facing the seaview & friendly staff, breakfast spread is quite good for the price. The facility is quite rundown, lack of maintenance - plants & landscape need to upkeep, turf with litters, aircon is very noise because air filter is choked with dust. Other nearby areas of interest are closed, Ostrich farm & Adventures park. If hotel wants to keep customers coming, they really have to take it seriously to upkeep the whole facility.

i came to pengerang w my family members n found out the place was really vacant. therefore, only us using the pool on that day which is very privacy for us. price are really affordable. the place was clean n tidy. there s also a gym w such equipments. breakfast was packed and send out to our room which is very convenient to us. added breakfast for rm15 per pax. staffs are friendly and helpful. definitely will come over again !

The best stay ever as the room given on my early Checked in by Amerald staff soo happy for the services! Room are directly given in front of the beach is awesomeness. Peaceful ambiences away from City! Im lucky i get fast check in room are clean and may improvised on maintenance on outdoor balcony. Food are easily get from hotel room service and next to lobby there is a reataurant serves delicious ShellOut set i ever tried with loads n generous of gravy given!👍🏻 overall all good because im lucky!💞🫶🏻 Keep up on maintenance of building cleanliness n deco then it will be more awesome!🙌

Staff at the front desk just okay. We booking for king bed but I believe it was just a queen size bedroom since we request for ground level as im pregnant. No lift provided. The interior was not very nice. The basic appliances were provided but the fridge is not functioning(not so cool) and not much space to set our foods and baby bottles etc.,. The worst was the smell from the sink (smells comes from the sewage) and need to open the exhaust fan all day long. Even i put soap the smell wont come off the smells comes from the drainage. It was bad i almost thrown up when opening the toilet door. I would not recommend staying here during monsoon seasons because we were not able to walk along the beach (the tide was high). The only thing i love were the environment of this resort (its so relaxing outside of the room) and the breakfast was superb. For dinner we went outside and eat at warung tepi futsal and the food were bad. The price almost the same as JB (quite pricey) even though JB still can get lower price.the staff at the pool counter was not friendly. His nails were so long and dirty . Not even smile at us. And answer our question smirkingly because we forgot our towel card.

El Hotel LG2 tiene acceso directo al parque temático, al parque acuático y al acuario. Los boletos de entrada ilimitada para 2 días y 3 parques comprados en Ctrip son muy convenientes. Le enviaremos un PDF, lo abriremos y escanearemos el código QR para ingresar y usarlo la primera vez. se cuenta como el primer día. A excepción del acuario (que es demasiado pequeño y no tan grande como el Acuario de Shanghai), fui a los otros dos dos veces cada uno. Es amigable para niños de hasta 5 años, y básicamente pueden jugar en el parque temático niños de más de 105 cm de altura. Al lado del hotel está el medini mall, que tiene KFC, Burger King, Starbucks, Shizhimi y otros lugares para comer, así como un GRAN supermercado (similar al Hema en China). No hay cambio de moneda en el hotel. Solo hay un cajero automático del banco CIMB cerca del supermercado GRANDE. Este cajero automático no cobra tarifas. Si trae una tarjeta de ahorro UnionPay nacional que no cobra tarifas de retiro de efectivo transfronterizo (como Ningbo, Nongshang), puede retirar efectivo sin tarifas. Hoy en día, ningún banco en Shanghai puede cambiar ringgit, así que traje un banco de Ningbo. La prueba personal está bien. La habitación del hotel es bastante grande y hay un suministro de agua mineral. Puede pedirla en recepción después de que termine de beberla. Hay una caja fuerte en la habitación. Sigue las instrucciones para desbloquear el código y podrás conseguir Lego. El desayuno estaba bien y no estaba demasiado lleno. Hay ladrillos de Lego para construir en el vestíbulo. The common facilities show little to no maintenance, which is disappointing. However, the breakfast is good. The room had a noticeable smell, likely from being unoccupied for a long time. On the positive side, all air conditioners were operational and maintained at a comfortable cooling temperature.

There are several dining options nearby, including Western and Japanese restaurants, as well as a convenience store (myNEWS). Some attractions are also within walking distance. While the hotel is not in the city center, it’s a great place to relax and enjoy a peaceful getaway. Highly recommended!

Bahru I recently stayed at the Ramada Meridin Johor Bahru and had a wonderful experience. The hotel offers a pleasant environment that is both welcoming and relaxing. Love the room and the environment! It was quiet and cozy, as it was located outside the town area, yet just a 10-minute drive to Bukit Indah or Eco Botanic Shopping Galleria. The deluxe studio room also came with a balcony where you could enjoy views of green scenery and the Legoland landscape. You could also walk to the Mall of Medini, which is just a 5-minute walk from Legoland Malaysia!

This apartment is very clean and comfortable, making it a great place to stay. The projector TV was a hit for movie nights, and the beds were thick with just the right firmness for a good night's sleep. It even includes a washer/dryer and a water dispenser with both hot and cold water. The condo features a large pool, though I didn’t get the chance to use it. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful retreat while still enjoying affordable food and shopping in JB. A must-try!

Location is good for a quiet staycation. Issue is the room is very dated - sofas are in bad condition and bathroom has smell of dirty recycled water. The amenities provided were also much lesser than last time I visited this place - now need to PAY 100 RM for Wine glasses! It is not deposit amount but an upfront payment which was not pleasant. Book the neighboring Fraser place instead.

Such a nice place and location.. the studio is ample enough for both of us..everything is provided plus cooking utensils and washing machine.. if the owner could provide dryer is better for those staying more than 3 days..i’m really satisfied and wish to book again if i’m going to Johor in the future .. tqvm

Pros: Para el precio que paga, la habitación es enorme y hay incluso una sala de juegos para niños que es perfecta para los niños. El chat de servicio es rápido y amigable. Las áreas generales se mantienen limpias, pero... El baño está muy bien mantenido y huele mal. Hay anzuelos en toda la zona de la cocina, aunque no hay comida en la zona. En general: Para el precio que paga, creo que vale la pena para el espacio, pero si son muy especiales sobre la limpieza, esto no puede ser el mejor estancia en casa.
