El hotel es muy confortable y prepararon un cocktail magnifico. Es pequeño, con un estilo muy de montaña. Desayuno excelente y restaurante también. Generosos con las aménités. El personal habla varios idiomas , estaba en un grupo donde se hablaba diferentes idiomas.

We recently arrived at the Grand Hotel Courmayeur Mont Blanc, and our stay so far has been nothing short of magical. Upon arrival, we were greeted by a breathtaking winter landscape, with fresh snow transforming the surroundings into a true fairy tale. The hotel itself is stunning, with its elegant design perfectly complementing the beauty of the area. The staff have been exceptionally friendly and attentive, making us feel welcome from the start. We are staying in a Junior Suite on the first floor, and it has impressed us with its spacious layout, especially when compared to accommodations we’ve experienced in Chamonix. Through the floor-to-ceiling windows, we are thoroughly enjoying the serene winter scenery, which adds a sense of tranquility to our stay. Our stay is still in progress, but we’re already enjoying every moment and look forward to experiencing more of what this exceptional hotel has to offer. P.S. I used the gym, and it has modern Technogym equipment, so I was able to log into my account. We didn't participate in the evening entertainment or the afternoon buffet so unable to comment on this. The hotel and the room we stayed in are spotlessly clean, and that makes a huge difference and is reassuring. Staff are pleasant and helpful, particularly on the Guest Experience desk, which may explain the minimal information imparted at check-in. Having the ski hire available on the premises was a bonus and the lockers are adequate for 2 pairs of skis and boots. You're not asked what equipment you are using, when you are issued with your key, so imagine if you snowboard as 2 guests you would need 2 lockers. There's ample room to get your gear on and the check in to hire equipment is a good idea. Costs are reasonable for skis for a week too. The shuttle bus drivers work extremely hard and are attentive and helpful. They work tirelessly running guests to and from town and are v frequent. They are a credit to the hotel so big thanks to them. There is no shuttle bus after 7pm but you can walk into town, and back ( the latter if you have the grit to walk back up the hill fulled by a few bombardinos,or are prepared to pay €10pp). The food is plentiful and very flavoursome and good quality ingredients, with options such as beef fillet, roasted joints, fish, pasta, salads, cold meats, cheese, soup, sushi, and pizzas made at a dedicated station in the buffet restaurant which is you are a Crystal guest is where you will dine. However, what significantly let's it down is the temperature of the hot food, tho it isnt! I'm not sure if the bains marie aren't filled high enough, and the water kept hot enough under the ceramic dishes, but often the food is luke warm at best... which is extremely disappointing and spoils the food. The heat lamps are useless, and plates are cold for hot meals. Pizza is cooked and laid out, too, and kept under heat lamps. It's the biggest complaint of the guests if you read the reviews and for a 4/5* hotel management should really look at this, as if it wasn't for this reason (I love a good meal after being out all day) then I would return next year, but I really don't want to experience it again, as I wouldnt look forward to my evening meal and it would spoil my trip. It's a shame for the chefs, and support staff who prepare, present and serve the the food. The lukewarm/cold temperatures spoils good food and your meal experience. This is the same at breakfast time, too. The drinks are expensive, at the bar and in the restaurant. It’s a beautiful lovely hotel to stop and have a very good night sleep before starting a long journey. The room was spacious so it’s brilliant if you do have a big dog! , Big comfortable bed for a good night sleep and lovely and welcoming staff both at the reception and breakfast room. Enough shops around to top up whatever you need and honestly ..yes.. I will stop there again !

We got married in La Salle and had our wedding reception at the Relais Mont Blanc Hotel, as well as staying in the hotel for the weekend. The hotel was absolutely fantastic and we had such a wonderful weekend. The bedrooms were very luxurious and the lounge was very cosy especially with the fire on. Tiziana and her team were fabulous, and they made sure that the whole weekend went very smoothly and that we had everything we wanted. Our wedding day was incredible and Tiziana made sure that the whole day went smoothly, her and her team were there to assist us and our guests with anything we wanted. The food was absolutely delicious, and the chef is very talented, his meals were exquisite, and very well presented. The whole team were very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend staying in this hotel as it is pure luxury and the setting is amazing. If you're thinking about getting married here, then please do, you won't regret it! We had the most magical weekend and we made wonderful memories. Thank you to Tiziana and all her staff, I would not hesitate to go back, and will definitely go back again. Tiziana organised the whole wedding for us, and she did a wonderful job!

El desayuno es tan malo que a los chinos no les debería gustar. Pero no hay forma, no hay otro delicioso cerca, déjalo estar. Hay cama supletoria disponible, la ubicación es muy buena, hay un autobús directamente a la estación del teleférico al lado, 4 euros por persona (tarifa de ida y vuelta) es muy conveniente. Sin embargo, se recomienda no vivir al costado de la carretera y escuchar el zumbido del automóvil desde la mañana hasta la noche. El hotel todavía está muy limpio.

Un hotel muy agradable y cómodo en la posición estratégica. Las habitaciones representan el humor “quick montaña años 90”, excelente relación calidad/precio. El personal muy amable, muy disponible para cualquier necesidad. Excelente cocktail a un precio justo. Estadía agradable en la montaña.

Este hotel es el destino perfecto para unas vacaciones de esquí familiar sorprendente! No entendemos las pocas revisiones negativas que se han producido aquí y necesitamos poner el registro en línea. El hotel no está en el centro de Courmayeur, sin embargo, sabíamos que en el momento de la reserva y ahora que hemos estado en el hotel, volveremos aún en lugar de estar en el pueblo. El hotel está situado en el centro de la ciudad, donde se encuentra el centro de la ciudad. El desayuno era perfecto, todo lo que necesitaba y más, nos disfrutamos de las bebidas pre y post cena en el bar todas las noches y el personal era muy amable, especialmente Celeste, que era muy atento y amable. La cena de la noche fue cocida a un alto nivel con apetitos de bufete / saladas, luego una selección de iniciadores y el curso principal. El hotel ofrece una amplia lista de vinos, incluyendo muchos vinos de primera clase locales. El hotel hace la experiencia de esquí muy conveniente. Hay una tienda de alquiler de esquí en el sótano que tiene buena calidad de equipo y son muy útiles. El hotel dispone de calefacción de esquí de primera clase, pero hemos optado por el magnífico almacenamiento de esquí situado en la parte superior de la gondola de Val Veny, una opción gratuita si alquila de la tienda de pisos del hotel. El hotel dispone de una tienda de gondola, que puede ir a la estación de base de la gondola Val Veny, pero lo hace mucho más fácil con un autobús de transbordo gratuito en las mañanas y las tardes. Muy limpias y cómodas habitaciones, un restaurante de buena calidad, una gran zona de bar para relajarse con música en vivo, un estupendo spa y piscina que era libre de usar con nuestra reserva. El personal del hotel, especialmente el gerente general, el personal del bar, Celeste, Manuel & Cosimo, el personal del restaurante, Carmelo, debe mencionar sus recomendaciones locales de vino. Nos iríamos al 100% de vuelta a este hotel.

We had a great long weekend with my wife there. The hotel is perfectly located, a few meters away from the pedestrian city center, and offers outdoor parking. The hotel staff (reception-desk, breakfast-room, shuttle-service) has been extremely helpful, kind and professional throughout our stay. Our room was spacious, and very clean, while the breakfast included a nice variety, was delicious, with lots of local quality products. The daily morning-news copy offered at our breakfast table and the shuttle-bus taking us straight at the central ski lift station were two highlights we will definitely remember. We plan to visit Courmayeur stay again here!

The check in process took a bit longer than expected. However, the staff did their best to assist us on every aspects. We stayed in the two bedrooms executive apartment which is newly refurbished and clean. The apartment is spacious for 6 people to share with well equipped kitchen. The room is only about 5 mins walk to the slope and cable car/chair lifts. Offers a great ski in-ski out location. There are shops, restaurants, bar, supermarket and butcher within the residential area. We are planning to go back again in 2025, however the prices on rooms are not available yet.
