Reserva 2 habitaciones al mismo tiempo. Los niños mayores de 2 años deben pagar 80 euros por separado. Cama supletoria o elegir una habitación triple. Personalmente creo que el uso del agua mineral es gratuito. Hay un estacionamiento gratuito y el wifi es fluido. Creo que es muy rentable.

Todo está bien. La hora de salida es a las 11, pero la señora de la limpieza acaba de llegar a las 10:30, ¡muy apurada!

Thank you, Renta and staff, for a memorable stay in Santorini. I had some doubts about the suites’ location overlooking the Caldera and the climbing that might be required, but the hotel is easily accessible with lovely gentlemen who take your luggage down to your room and pick it up when you are ready to leave. The accommodations are roomy, well appointed, and have an incredible view of the sea. We had our own patio where we could eat an ample breakfast delivered every morning. On these same mornings when we were very lucky, a parade of donkeys and one mule would clop by the path near the hotel, carrying materials to nearby sites. Of course our stay in November meant that many restaurants and shops in Imeroviglia were closed, but Fira is nearby. Renta will call Nico to give you a ride into town. Both of them are so gracious and accommodating that we very much enjoyed our stay. Following Renta’s advice, we took the catamaran tour of the Caldera, a must for seeing the Caldera from the sea. The plus side of Santorini in November is a complete lack of crowds. Our weather was sunny and in the seventies every day, which may have been a Greek anomaly but perfect for us. I highly recommend the Aqua Luxury suites and staff.

This hotel was recommended to us by our travel agent in the UK. As we have never been to Greece and I’m incredibly disappointed and upset also out of pocket by €1500. They know my wife and I have 2 teenage children aged 15/17 The website stipulates captions say that this is a “suite” and has a living area. (See below) but our “suite” was actually just one room (visible in the pictures, but the caption is misleading!). The two extra beds are just a thin mattress placed in top of a stone plinth and the so called beds are in a L shape far too small for two teenagers. It’s just one square room with a double and these two mattresses. From the website: Superior Suite Traditionally decorated suite, up to 4 persons, spacious private terrace, a/c, LCD TV, satellite TV, mini fridge, shower amenities, kettle, living area, ideal for couples and families. The Executive Suite room has two exhaust fans - one the the shower and separately another in the toilet. When the lights with exhaust fans are switched on, the whole room stinks of sewerage. The bathroom doesn’t have a door at all, nor does the shower, it is very inconvenient for two and even worse for four. Also the door which access to the bathroom could not close correctly, not nice for people going in toilet and you can hear everything. The suite has bugs my wife’s legs had bites after sitting on the bed in the room while I was arguing with the owner. Not at all hygienic. There were no proper places to place four suitcases. The “suite” was extremely noisy as it’s in a main road on an incline so busses, scooters and quad bikes are roaring up the hill constantly. The website also stipulates there is a villa unit which I asked to upgrade to and was willing to pay but the owner said it doesn’t exist ! False advertising. The website showed a pool but the photos are misleading as the pool was tiny. Our entire experience was ruined due to the owners attitude. I complained about these issues first to the travel agent in the UK who told me to speak to the receptionist which we did, returning from town immediately. She was very kind. However the owner suddenly bowed up and reversed her decision to refund us about these issues, he flatly refused to refund me. He became very angry and argumentative, totally unprofessional and rude. He shouted at me and made no effort to help me find another hotel. I was so stressed and upset. (I’m 65 years old) We never checked in and called around to find another property for 4 nights and the owner kept my money over €1000 which I intend to take up with the travel agent who booked this property for me. What made matters worse was they the receptionist was very kind and told me and my wife before the owner arrived we would have to pay of one night and that the owner would refund the balance. He told me after that she has no authority: I quote from the owner’s FB messenger text to me: “The girl from the reception has no idea, I am the one who takes the decisions

We are so happy with had the opportunity to meet our Hostess Arestides he was above and beyond exceptional. He was helpful and he was able to get our transportation to the airport the correct time. Also, any restaurant reservation he was able to take care that for us and suggested great restaurant by the area by calling the restaurant I making sure we get a table with a nice view. He was very nice explaining everything to us when we arrive to the hotel and show us all the highlights of the island the best beaches and places to go. We felt safe and happy everything we will go to the front desk, and he was there to assist us. I can't thank you enough for all you time and hospitality. we are so happy we stayed there. The staff were so friendly, the rooms were immaculate. It was so peaceful and safe. I loved our pool right outside of our room 101, and the breakfast was delicious. The hotel is not too far from the center to Fira by walk about 7 minutes. Thank you again Arestides and the entire Staff.

Excelente ubicación, prácticamente puedes quedarte en tu habitación y tener una vista hermosa de Santorini. El trato del personal es excepcional, hacen que te sientas muy cómodo, alberca individual climatizada, desayuno a tu habitación programado. Se disfruta más Santorini hospedándote en este hotel; días antes estuve en otro hotel en otra zona de Santorini y dejaba mucho que desear, vale la pena pagar un poco más para tener una experiencia inolvidable!

Basado en las otras opiniones, creo que su kilómetro aquí puede variar en función de la habitación que recibe. Veo que otros que permanecieron en las mismas habitaciones (pequeño, nivel de suelo, dormitorio sin puerta, sólo acceso a la habitación de baño a través de la segunda habitación, etc.) también dejó malos comentarios. Las habitaciones que teníamos eran muy pequeñas y desconfortables, las puertas exteriores que apenas se cerraron, y el olor constante de la basura lo hizo realmente menos que un lugar cómodo. No hay TV si te importa, pero el wifi era excelente. Hay también una vista cero, que es una vergüenza. No se desvie de la promesa de un “tubo caliente”. Es un asunto inflable, y no es muy limpio. Además, cuidado, hay una cámara que se apunta justo en ella. El desayuno era bueno, pero no un gran punto de venta para nosotros. terminamos aquí como reservamos el último minuto. Honestamente, realmente lamento que, debido a la falta de confort, falta de sueño debido a las horribles camas, el olor realmente horrible (todavía pienso en ese olor cuando recuerdo Santorini), En resumen, la ubicación es excelente, pero el lugar es más que un poco bruto. This is easily the worst hotel I have ever had the misfortune of coming across. I booked a room for myself, my mum and 3 year old daughter as I was working in Santorini for a week. I booked through *********** and turned up only to find the hotel completely closed. Our taxi driver kindly called a number on the door and a cleaner came to meet us to tell us that we couldn't stay there that night but if we took a 10 min walk (this turned out to be 15 with luggage and toddler on Santorini streets) we could stay at a different hotel for one night then come back to Lignos the following day. I asked if we could have a taxi arranged for us, they refused and told us to walk. She then just left leaving us no choice but to walk as our taxi from the airport had already left by then. We arrived at the other hotel which incidentally happens to be the ones where the photographs of the pool are taken from, Lignos doesn't have one and should not be advertising itself so. I told the manager I was extremely unhappy to be put in this position and asked if we could stay in the new hotel for the duration of our trip rather than moving the following day which due to work I would have been unable to do. I was told no and so asked to speak with the owner of the hotel who screamed at me down the phone and told me my only options were to accept the new ”deal” they were offering us, apparently we were very lucky to be offered a night in the other hotel, or to have a full refund. I then went to find an alternative hotel which I managed to do within an hour and then called the owner back to confirm I wanted to go ahead with the refund. She told me I couldn't have one electronically and that it had to go back on the card I paid with however she was in Athens and therefore unable to process it. I told her that online banking should be an option and that I wanted to have the refund immediately especially seeing as I had now paid for an alternative hotel. She refused to continue speaking to me and wanted to be put on the phone to the manager, bearing in mind she was screaming at me the entire time and I hadn't raised my voice this was also incredibly unprofessional and rude. The manager told me to come back in 3 days time and I would be given my refund then, I told her I wanted this agreement in writing and she pretended to email both me and my mum several times with the agreement. Neither of us got any of the emails and she told us that our emails must be down. Very convenient. She also said we were no longer entitled to a full refund as had been agreed but that we would have to still pay the *********** fees for some reason. This is a separate issue that I have tried to take up with them and am yet to resolve as their customer service is beyond a joke. I am only giving this hotel one star as I don't have the option to go any lower. I cannot believe that an establishment like this can get away with taking money for bookings they do not honour and then have the audacity to be rud

El hotel está situado en el centro de la ciudad, a la vista del mar. Muy bonita vista y ubicación está muy cerca de la ciudad. Caminar a la ciudad y puerto. Restaurante justo al lado del hotel. Nice !

El hotel ha actualizado la habitación gratis y la habitación está limpia porque es temporada turística. El restaurante de la isla está básicamente cerrado y no funciona. La noche está en el hotel, el sabor de la comida es realmente bueno, el yogur es especialmente delicioso. Este hotel es un tesoro de Mykonos. Muy cerca de la pequeña Venecia, justo enfrente del mar. Nuestra habitación estaba en el piso superior con una vista estupenda, también con una bañera de hidromasaje al aire libre y era extremadamente cómoda. Hay zapatillas y albornoces y no problema con el agua caliente en la ducha. Durante nuestra estancia disfrutamos día y noche del baño de chorros al aire libre, y bañarnos bajo un cielo estrellado se convirtió en un recuerdo inolvidable. Lo mejor de todo es que el personal, Effie, es maravillosa y amable. Hotel gerund door een super lieve familie! Erg mooie kamer zoals je die in Mykonos alleen vind. Inrichting is van ”steen” maar de bedden en beddengoed zijn zijdezacht. Heerlijk geslapen! Erg mooi uitzicht en schone kamers. Douche en wc gescheiden wat ik nooit eerder heb gezien bij een hotelkamer. Enige waar je rekening mee moet houden is dat deze kamer halverwege de heuvel/berg liggen, dus je een scootertje is makkelijk als je het stuk niet naar boven wil lopen.

Me and my partner had a really wonderful 4 night stay at the Villas. Villas are new, clean and well maintained. Efi who helps run the villas was super helpful and if we needed her for anything, she was there! Brilliant location, the road up to the villas is a little bumpy. But you get an amazing view once you are there! So peaceful too! The villa itself was very spacious and minimalist. I think the highlight of the villas has the be the outside space and decor! We had a beautiful dining table, relaxing chairs and sun beds, all on the private terrace. Just can’t wait to go back! It is a new place so I do feel there could be ever so slight improvements, but they are purely aesthetic. It would be nice to have extra cushions on the sofa, for comfort. A full length mirror would be handy. Also, I do love a minimalist design, but a few more details would have really made it exceptional. Like a mirror on the wall above the table in the bedroom and maybe a couple of plants. But as I said, this is purely aesthetics. We ate at the villa for every meal as we wanted to make the most of the kitchen and villa, we could have done with a few more utensils and pans, but as this place is new I am sure they will build on these things over time. Overall had an amazing stay and it felt very luxurious. Honestly can’t wait to go back.

También fui al Six Senses spa y tuve una hermosa cara. El hotel está cerca de la ciudad pero todavía muy tranquilo. En mi prisa para salir del hotel dejé algunos vestidos detrás. Llamé al hotel de Paros para ver si podían conseguirlo. ¡Por mi sorpresa, lo pusieron en el próximo ferry y tenían un taxi para llevarlo a mi hotel y lo entregaron el mismo día!! Eso es el servicio. No puedo esperar para llevar a mi familia de vuelta al Belvedere!

Top quality services and a great location. Definitely recommended! The villas are quite spacious with a relaxing indoor hot tub! The staff is beyond amazing ready to assist you with any question. The rooms are soundproof since the area is generally is very busy. Earplugs also are provided. The place to stay in Mykonos town!

No obstante comprobamos luego que estaba a 200 metros de la parada de buses de Fábrika, donde llegan los autobuses desde el aeropuerto y del puerto nuevo de Mykonos y desde donde parten hacia las playas. Muy cerca también de los molinos, el centro y la pequeña Venecia. El hotel es correcto, la atención es muy buena. La habitación que reservamos estaba en la planta baja, sin vistas, con una ventana que daba a un patio. El tamaño era aceptable. había refrigerador, vacío, que no enfriaba mucho. Contaba con caja de seguridad, TV, cama cómoda con detalles de mantenimiento que no afectaban el confort. El baño grande, con poca iluminación, con detalles (falta de cerámicos, papel higiénico suelto por falta del soporte, etc), con bañera. El desayuno muy bueno y variado. En general el hotel es correcto, cumple perfectamente con una estancia confortable para visitar Mykonos.

La ubicación es muy buena y en un lugar céntrico. Muy cerca de Elli Beach en el centro de la ciudad, del casco antiguo y de la parada de autobús urbano. El personal es muy cortés y servicial. La habitación es lo suficientemente grande. Tiene un gran armario y cajones a ambos lados de las camas. Podrás guardar tus pertenencias cómodamente. Las sábanas y las toallas están limpias. El balcón también es suficiente. Si bien las duchas de la mayoría de los hoteles solo tienen cortinas, aquí hay una cabina de ducha. Las opciones de desayuno son más que suficientes. La parte del bar se veía bien pero no pasamos el rato allí. Ya hay mercados, bares, etc. alrededor. También hay una farmacia justo al lado. Por cierto, también ayudan con el alquiler de un coche. Definitivamente lo recomiendo.

We booked a 5 day holiday in rhodes town, which included, flights, transfers and accommodation at the City Plus Hotel We knew it was a 2star and thats fine , we loved the location and surrounding area Bering in mind its only a 2 Star and we were very pleased with the room , comfortable beds ,not soft , quite firm , perfect Breakfast was not included, so that was extra €9 and have to say it was Lovely, something for everyone, even bacon eggs and sausage The jewel in the crown are the staff A family run establishment and we arrived as guests but left as friends Especially Jannis and Thassos Thank you so very much for making our little holiday , a wonderful experience and we will definitely return Paul an Dave

This was our third stay at Santa Maria City Hotel, from 16.th of june to 16.th of july. Luckily we got the same familyroom as we had once before. This time for 3 weeks. The first week of 4, we chose a doubleroom since we were only two. The hotel is the same. The mattresses is great to sleep in, however there are no mattress-protection, so you clearly see the dirt! Not much hygienic. I did as earlier stay; went out and bought my own fitted sheet. It has - sad to say, lost a bit of its charm both due to lack of maintenance, but also as for the breakfast; still no variety of bread/rolls etc. Breadknifes for slizing rolls were still absent. The housekeeping was unfortunately mediocre. When it comes to the reception/desk-employees, Dimitris is one of a kind. He makes you feel welcome and special. He loves his job, cares deeply for his guests and are so humble. What Sophia and (Nico)Letta concerns, they are two lovely woman who sees their guests and also takes good care of you during your stay.

Este hotel es muy bueno para el comienzo.. Sangremente brillante para el comienzo! Nos habíamos quedado en un hotel en lindos, es nuestra luna de miel y el hotel no respondió a nuestras expectativas por cualquier estándar, así que decidimos ir a Rhodes por una noche. La mejor decisión que hemos tomado! Al llegar el personal del hotel estaba tan bienvenida, especialmente Christina! Nos referimos a nuestras experiencias y a la felicidad de estar allí. Después nos aparecimos un par de horas después de entrar en una habitación muy agradable! En nuestra llegada a nuestra habitación encontramos una botella de toallas en forma de corazón, algunos globos y un mensaje muy dulce 🥹 El hotel se siente luxuoso y nos encontramos en su habitación estándar. El baño es excelente, hay con aire con WiFi gratuita, así como mini botellas de vino y agua gratis. P.s hay una máquina de café y té en su habitación! Y hay balcónes a los cuartos! Sólo reserva, confia en mí no se decepcionará! ¡Experiencia increíble gracias por hacer nuestra luna de miel tan especial! ❤️

O, la, la. What to say about this wonderful hotel? First of all, we booked a room with a side sea view, and they give us a room with a sea view. The room was a small, but we have everything that we needed. Everything was very clean, and the lady who cleaned our room was so nice and friendly. We didn’t use pool, because it was always busy, but it doesn’t matter to us. Location is good. Everything is close enough. In hotel bar is everyday happy hotel from 20h-21h and that’s amazing. Crew in bar olso amazing. Reception staff olso. And now to move on on my favourite, favourite thing about this hotel-STAFF. (RESTAURANT) They are so welcoming, nice, friendly, good people, opened heart, very pleasant, they are a soul of this hotel, and my fionce and I was so impressed. Hotel manager is very kind, and off course all the team. ( I was crying when we are leaving) We really enjoy here in Semiramis city hotel, and we recommend this hotel very high! … I could say more, but I recommend everyone to visit and to see what I’m talking about. We had decided to eat outside but tried breakfast which had plenty of delicious greek dishes Rania the recepsionist was very sweet and helpful . I would reccomend this hotel to anyone , couple , family , or solo travellers , for sure you feel welcome at Castellum !

El hotel es muy recomendable. Situado en el centro de las cosas, cerca de la playa. El cuarto era muy limpio y cómodo. Elonora sirvió mi desayuno cada mañana y era tan brillante y hermoso, gran comienzo al día! Recomiendo muy a este lugar
