El hotel estaba situado más lejos de la estación de tren que lo esperaba, y estaba en una calle aparentemente tranquila. no era muy el caso como un flujo regular de personas altas caminando y chatando tarde a la noche se podía oír en la habitación. muy caliente temporada así Las ventanas se mantuvieron abiertas como sudor dentro. Había una instancia de llamar las campanas por un tiempo como 15 minutos no parado en una noche del sol, no estoy seguro por qué. Felizmente no se repetiron mientras allí, las horas eran cortas. La habitación de la estación de tren es una habitación de servicio, pero no hay nada que pueda encontrar en el hotel. No es una ciudad excitante para ver.

That was amazing, the Youth Hostel in St Moritz is fantastic very spacious they serve a delicious breakfast and meals. They have also a really good and helpful Customer Service. Definitely I will back and I highly recommend this place

Reservamos 2 habitaciones en el Mercure City occidental de Chur, en una de las habitaciones el confortante tenía tintas de sangre, esto era muy desagradable, las habitaciones eran grandes y cómodas pero no limpias, las galletas no estaban cómodas y el desayuno era muy mal, y el precio es 25 CHF , puedes encontrar un mejor desayuno en el centro comercial occidental de la ciudad por menos , no pagar el desayuno en el hotel , el escritorio delantero no fue amigable y desapológico cuando les dijimos sobre las tintas de sangre en el confortante , No se puede encontrar en el hotel, pero no se puede encontrar en el hotel.

The hotel is good located. Near by a bus station. Hotel is new and modern, however we have seen a lot of things which needs to be repaired. Parking is expensive with 24 euros per day. Smell in our room was terrible on arrival. Until I noticed that in the shower the cleaner removed the water outlet so that the bad smell could come in. Only one of the restaurants was open and not much of selection is possible. I would not recommend the restaurant. Waiter said to my daughter that the spaghetti from kids menu is too small and he will make it bigger, then charged 28 euros instead of 18. The Spaghetti was tooooo Al dente. Most of the waiters are unfriendly and let us not feel welcomed. Overall: we will not book this hotel again. My friend got a handicapped room even he booked the higher category. It seems they had no other room but they did not tell him during checkin. When he asked later they offered another room after 2 days. We complained that we don't like the room but they said many people like it.. Hey, hotel management, when somebody pays so much for a hotel who is not handicapped he don't like a shower curtain instead of nice glass walls, he don't need open space concept cabinets, he needs normal cabinets with doors, he may like to sit on the sofa.. But there was no sofa. Heating? Not on by purpose. Only when we complained they turned the heater on after 1 day. Instead they provided mobile heater . We talked to other guests who had the same issue. 5* hotel? The pool temperature was way too low. The noise there unacceptable due to the design which is simple painted concrete walls. Spa are is 3 star only. Nothing which let you stay there for long. Breakfast was quite good we enjoyed this the most. To leave the hotel everybody is using the way over the ski room...terrible layout. The layout is not well planned.

Excelente hotel en Davos Dorf: el hotel está muy bien situado (a 50 metros del remonte a la zona de ski Parsenn-Kloester), habituaciones muy espaciosas - incluso conectadas para familias de 4-6 miembros, muy buena zona de SPA (si bien en planta sótano sin vistas), buena restauración (variado desayuno buffet y a la carta y 4-menú para la cena con variedad cada día). Sin duda para repetir la próxima vez que vengamos a Davos

We booked 2 single rooms at the Hauser Hotel in May23 for 1 night. Rooms: The 2 single rooms' size were good. Thanks to the hotel, we were delighted when we found out that our rooms were next to each other on the top floor, it was quiet & the sleeping quality was great. Inside the rooms, I liked the TVs, which were direction adjustable & have YouTube! As for the rest of the room, everything was basic & looked like from the 90s. The bathrooms were a bit aged (very white), but at least it's clean. The shower door wasn't wide enough, so all water would spread out on the floor regardless of how careful we were. One of the bathrooms was quite tiny - you had to shut the bathroom door in order to use the basin. It's worth mentioning that there's no minibar or kettle in the room & the room keys were not the usual electric cards. Location: It's about a good 12 to 15 mins walk from St Moritz train station, but you'd have to know where to go: I.e. If you arrived by train, head towards the front of the train for exit from the station. Walk along the pedestrian towards Parkhaus Serletta. Then walked through the car park towards the Design Gallery, headed up the escalators to the top floor & exit. Then turned left, and once you've walked pass those designers' shops, the hotel is just round the corner uphill on the right. Good location as it's surrounded by shops & Coop is just 2-3 mins walk from the hotel. Service: Have to admit that pre arrival emails replied weren't great but the lady at the reception was very welcoming, friendly, helpful & cheerful. The hotel granted our requests to allocate 2 rooms on the top floor together, in a corner by ourselves, which we felt very grateful for. Staffs throughout the hotel were very friendly too! Breakfast: Continental breakfast (cold food) buffet style. Foods refilled quickly, but with limited choices & the breakfast was actually very average or could say it's below average. Despite of bad breakfast, poor bathroom, basic room, & far from the station.... we had a good night sleep, our rooms were quiet and I could watch YouTube on TV all night. The friendly reception was a huge bonus & really grateful that they listened to our requests & gave us the 2 rooms we asked for. We also have to remember that it's only a 3 stars hotel so we have to manage our expectations.

El desayuno también bien pero sin ser una maravilla. Está a unos 2 km de la estación de tren de Chur, un poco a las afueras de la ciudad, pero allí todas las zonas son seguras y había supermercados y gasolineras donde comprar alimentos. Desde la puerta sale un bus que es gratuito por ser cliente del hotel y te lleva a la estación de tren. Lo peor fue que se averió el wifi y como era Pascua no vinieron a arreglarlo. Un fastidio, la verdad. Había una chica que hablaba perfectamente el español. El personal correcto. Parking 12€/día

We stayed there over new year's for a ski vacation and head a very mixed experience. One thing to keep in mind that this is large, family-oriented property. Where the place false short is the lack of any guest experience, especially given the high rates. You walk in and they hand you the keys, and thats pretty much it. Very little follow up on inquiries and practically no help (where to eat, ski, rent, store skis - all the basics). All our requests went unanswered (usually with a boiler plate email response written by an intern). No phones in the room so any inquiry requires a trip to the front desk where there is a large of group in line or it is unstaffed. We wanted some help planning NYE but no one really cared to help but they still charged us for their in-house party (which we were told was sold out) which they eventually removed. No big deal but it the lack of attention/ care that made our stay not great. Location: decent but its a solid walk down/ uphill with skis. Rooms: on the small side, especially for a ski holiday. Breakfast buffet is a large cafeteria style hall - no one really there to assist. Not a particularly nice experience. Customer service: very poor to non-existent. I would not stay there again. Did the job for a last minute holiday but totally unmemorable.

I just didn't appreciate one of the ladies at the breakfast restaurant looking angry on a few occasions. On the first morning, she put her hand up in my face and said ”Wait!” rather forcefully when I asked her where I could get coffee. It was not like I was even asking her to get it for me. The fact that she was equally rude to minorities (but super smiley and friendly to German speakers) only made it feel like we were unwelcome at the hotel altogether.

Zentral und doch erstaunlich ruhiges Hotel. (Südzimmer). Alles ist in unmittelbarer Umgebung zu Fuss erreichbar: Bergbahnen, Sportgeschäfte, Coiffeur, Bäckerei, Lebensmittelladen und 8 Restaurants für jeden Geschmack.Schöne, saubere Wellnessanlage. Reservation und Check-in einfach und schnell. Hilfsbereite und freundliche Menschen überall im Hotel. Wermutstropfen. Als langjähriger Gast ( Seit 1995 etwa 80 Aufentthalte in Sommer Herbst und Winter) empfindet man den Umgang kühl. Bis auf 2 sind alle bekannten Gesichter in Empfang und Restaurant verschwunden. Durch das Rocksresort wurde das Ganze zum Riesenbetrieb, der zwar gut funktioniert, aber zu Haus fühlt man sich nicht mehr. Die Hotelgäste sollten meiner Meinung nach persönlicher betreut werden, als die Gäste in den dutzenden von Wohnungen des Resorts. Der Preis ist doch einiges höher. So wie das jetzt läuft ist das wie bei IBIS oder andern Geschäftshotels. Und noch dies: Der Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage kostet fürstliche 20 Franken/Nacht. Als ich einmal von einem Ausflug wieder einfahren wollte, hiess es das Parkhaus sei voll. Nach Diskussion mit dem Parkplatzwächter wurde ich eingelassen, und konnte dann mein Auto nach langer Suche in einer feuchten und dunklen Ecke im untersten Geschoss abstellen. Hab das an der Rezeption gemeldet. Wurde entgegengenommen. Reaktion null. Schade.

Higiene limpia, hotel clásico, desayuno del restaurante puede ver la mañana del lago San Moritz, muy bonito, la variedad de queso es rica, la mayoría de la variedad de este viaje. El camarero es muy amable, la recepción tiene una bella inglesa muy rápida, pero ayuda a abrir el vino rojo y a aprovecharlo, y el otro más lento también es muy amable

La habitación es muy grande y no tiene vistas. . Hay un boleto gratis para ir a la piscina pública cercana, natación, aguas termales, fitness, spa, no vaya al spa mixto en el tercer piso, debe estar desnudo. . Solo fuimos. . Muy vergonzoso, la piscina de aguas termales es hermosa. . El aire libre simplemente no puede tomar fotografías, ¡el restaurante italiano de la planta baja es delicioso! El restaurante buffet es normal, pero los precios son muy buenos para St. Moritz.

Las paredes son muy estremecidas, el cuarto adyacente no tiene ningún sonido, el cuarto es un restaurante, así que oí música, pero no me importa. La colina de San Moritz es muy estremecida, por lo que es difícil salir de la estación y llegar al hotel. Como el mapa de Google me enseñó que tenía una carretera de escaleras, es difícil salir de la estación, así que creo que deberías usar el pasillo a lo largo de la carretera. The hotel is in an excellent location, close to the main shopping streets and restaurants. The center of St Moritz is located considerably higher than the main railway station. Taking a taxi is CHF 25, but an alternative is to take an escalator to the city center. If you exit the station, go left and cross the parking garage to the escalator which will take you the center of St Moritz. After that it is a 5 - 10 minute walk of which half is uphill. The Receptionist at check in was helpful, check in was smooth. The room was a bit outdated and the bed was very soft. The mattress was thin and uncomfortable. On the upside: if you book a room on the lakeside, the view is incredible.

Grande hotel. Recientemente renovado con ascensor (ascensor) y decoración fresca. Muy cómodas habitaciones, grandes camas y camas y excelente suite. Muy tranquila, aunque en el corazón de la ciudad y rodeada de vistas de la antigua ciudad. Cientos de restaurantes cerca. Buen desayuno bufé de la variedad europea habitual. While this hotel was acceptable with no deal breakers, I don’t believe it deserves a 4 star rating. Perhaps this was given due to its history and Michelin rated restaurants. Had it been rated a 3 star, I might have given it a better review. The good - staff were courteous and helpful. The hotel was an easy walk from the train station and well located in the historic center near shops and restaurants. The mediocre - the rooms, clean and sizable if you paid for it, but in no way special. The breakfast was perfectly acceptable with variety, but again, nothing special (croissants were fresh and delicious). The bad - while the hotel was generally clean, the carpet on the public stairs was kind of disgusting. No A/C anywhere. In July this could be a problem for some. The nights were quite pleasant and you could leave your window open if you don’t mind the noise. They do provide you with a floor fan, which was great for us Americans used to AC.

This is an excellent choice in Chur. We spent two nights there and the room and restaurant were great. The bar was great also and even tried to make cocktails for our American friends. I definitely recommend this hotel / motel. Super clean and a great experience overall.

Hemos disfrutado de una noche romántica en medio de los Alpes Suizos. Acogidos con mucha profesionalidad y amabilidad por el jefe de recepción Ingo, nos acompañó hasta nuestra habitación amplia y con unas vistas inmejorables hacía la montaña. El desayuno, espectacular. El café, aprovado justo. Desgraciadamente, solo una noche, pero, aún así, tuvimos la oportunidad de conocer el fantástico Spa del hotel.
