First time booking apartment for family holiday. At first not sure if we make a right choice. Till we experience and stay, confirmed right choice and no regret! The whole stay from drive through key collection point, parked n open up the unit door, all above our expectation and seamless experience. The unit is very well ID designed and with good function including kitchen. Drinking water LG brand machine was provided so we all can easily access to drinking water. Washing machine come with drying function provided. Bedroom bed is so comfortable. All basic amenities were provided and unit is clean. It’s a good place and good fengshui house for family bonding. The condo facility all look new and well kept. I’ve used its swimming pool, Onsen pool with jacuzzi and sauna. As only one night stay so didn’t experience it’s gym only. The platform owner was very nice and helpful. As we need help with the drinking water machine etc, they are approachable and responsive. Two sets of access card and key was provided make our life so convenient since we were there in two separate cars. With the ID design house, no wonder need to pay deposit of RM200. Surely acceptable. Refund of deposit was also fast and immediately after we check out. Thanks for everything. We all enjoy the stay very much. Looking forward to return to stay again soon. Keep up the good work. ¡Sííííí! Disfrutamos muchísimo de nuestro viaje en familia... ¡Hay muchísimas actividades en el parque temático de la casa! Desde la habitación, pasando por las aguas termales, el parque de aventuras, el parque temático... ¡tantos momentos maravillosos! Fue la combinación perfecta de emoción desbordante y relajación total. No creo que hayamos dejado de sonreír desde que llegamos hasta el último segundo.

La vista más interesante cerca (además de) Lost World of Tambun, Ipoh, Perak; el paisaje se ve muy interesante y la vista es genial. Todas las instalaciones de esta unidad Onsen S-08-13 aquí y la comodidad son buenas. El servicio de la gerencia también es bueno y muy servicial. Muy recomendable para aquellos que quieran la satisfacción de la vista de Lost World of Tambun, la ubicación también está cerca de algunos buenos lugares para salir a comer para turistas nacionales y extranjeros. Uno de los mejores lugares para quedarse hoy.

Ventajas 1. El condominio está ubicado justo al lado de The Lost World Tambun. Si vas a la laguna, este es el lugar indicado. El carrito está afuera del vestíbulo y ofrece transporte gratuito hasta la entrada. 2. El proceso de registro es sencillo con cerradura digital. 3. La administración es muy amable y es fácil comunicarse con ellos. 4. El balcón da a la laguna y tiene una vista muy bonita. 5. La piscina de agua caliente junto a la piscina es relajante. Desventajas 1. Si viajas para disfrutar de la gastronomía de Ipoh, la estancia está a unos 30 minutos del centro. Bastante lejos. 2. La limpieza es un problema. Suelo pegajoso, tapa del inodoro con manchas amarillas. 3. La cama se hunde; mi tía no puede dormir en toda la noche. 4. El sofá se hunde; mi espalda está prácticamente en el agua. 5. El caudal de agua de la ducha es limitado. La presión del agua es muy baja y diría que solo sirve para mojar el cuerpo. La presión del agua del lavabo es buena.

Came for a specific family function nearby the property. Have stayed here before too. Very good location, easy access, clean environment. Feel very safe in this property.

Our first visit to the resort. A wonderful place to celebrate our anniversary. A quiet place to relax and enjoy without noisy children running around. Not too many guest which is very good. Don't feel crowded. Service is good. Buggy service is fast response. Best is the private pool and hotspring water. Fine dinning is wonderful inside a cave. Breakfast is good. Freshly cooked only when you order and is unlimited. Only issue is location which you need to get transport if going outside. Sunway is building a big shopping mall just outside but only ready in 2028. You also get complimentary entry to Sunworld theme park if you join and follow the trekking from resort to back of Sunworld. A short walk through the forest. Will definitely come back again.

Location: Wonderful, walking distance to Sunway LWOT. Unit: Wonderful stay. Overall good but the bed integrated with living hall doesn’t give much privacy. Will be good if a partition is included to separate it from the kitchen. Onsen was good, just have to be careful of the slippery tiles surrounding the pool area.

The room was awesome! The view so nice. Can see whole lost world of tambun from balcony. The amenities all good except cannot cook so cooking utensils is nkt provided. But pinggang, mangkuk sudu all ada. In term of amenities, all satisfied.

Muy cómodo y acogedor lugar perfecto para la familia, me gusta el manejo muy acomodado para ayudarnos. Seguramente reservaré esta unidad de nuevo. La piscina mis niños disfrutan tanto. Me gusta la piscina de onsen y la sauna.

We had a really nice and comfortable stay at H&W Onsen. The place is clean, cozy, and has a very relaxing vibe. The onsen was great — perfect for winding down after a long day. It’s also a good spot for families, with a calm atmosphere and friendly host - Weng who made us feel welcome. Overall, a lovely place to stay if you’re looking to relax and enjoy some quiet time together.
