Pros Easy access by paid shuttle bus from Seoul which stops at tower B. The suites unit is spacious with 2 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms ( eventhough the master bathroom is wet type) & living room. Sparkling clean. There are plates, bowls, mugs & cutlery sets in the room. Microwave in common area near lift. Some staffs speak English. Tower B is centralized with eateries, supermarket, sauna, farmacy, bowling table tennis, karaoke,etc at the basement and underground link to Ski Park & Snowy Land. Great place to spend for holiday with plenty of facilities/activities for all ages Cons: No luggage storage before check in & after check out. Need to pay locker service for the storage. Only small towels are provided but I think it is kind of Korea Hotel standard practices Cleaning on alternate day & need to make a call for it. 2 water bottle are provided despites booking for 5 pax To note: We booked shuttle bus service online through Trazy application. The bus stopped at a rental shop before reaching Vivaldi Ski Park. We rented helmet( ₩10.000/day), goggle(₩ 10.000/day) & helmet with sun visor ( ₩ 20.000/day) from there. We regretted it so much after found out that the rental price at the Vivaldi Ski Park ticketing it much cheaper. Goggle is only ₩5.000 for 8 hours which is more than enough for Skiing in 1 day.

The hotel is next to the beach, very convenient, the service is good, the food is quite good. The space at the hotel is extremely clean and cool. If I come back to Donghae I will definitely stay here again.

강릉 남부 동해 바닷가 산기슭에 위치한 호텔 조망권이 매우 좋은 위치에 있다 직원들은 친절하고 넓은 로비가 고객을 환영해준다 고객 편의 시설인 로비가 신규 호텔에서는 갈수록 작아지던데 사우나 및 짐도 시설이 좋다 다만 호텔 밖 주변 식당 및 편의시설이 별로 없거나 많이 멀다 사진은 부분 바다 조망 객실에서 보이는 바다 사진이다

가을 단풍여행 숙소로 파크로쉬에 머물렀다. 숙소는 가리왕산을 면해 위치해 어떤 계절도 느낄수있는 경관을 갖고있다. 이와함께 컨셉에 충실하고 완성도 높은 건축과 인테리어는 숙소를 즐기는 또다른 요소가 된다. 직원들의 서비스와 운영방식은 근더덕없이 친절해 대부분 기준이상의 만족을 주었다. 조식뷔페는 넓은 선택가능성은 없지만 지역 식자재를 이용한 숙소 성향에 따른 건강한 구성으로 깔끔하고 만족스럽다. 가리왕산케이블카를 바로 앞에서 이용할수 있는데 아이가 무척 좋아한다. 자동차로 약 20분 거리에 정선 오일 장터가 있는데 특산물, 지역 음식을 만날수있다.

An exceptionally located nest for travellers visiting Seoraksan.. the best part about this place are the people who run the show.. Mr Lee Inwon and his family members.. very warm, hospitable, friendly people.. The guidance I received from them really made my trip absolutely worth it.. and I look forward to it again.. the sit out lounge reminds one of a family living room.. Thank you Mr Lee for such a wonderful experience

2박 중 첫째날 저녁을 먹고 방에 돌아왔는데 문손잡이가 고장나있어 문을 여는 과정에서 약간의 부상을 입었습니다. (무릎 쪽 타박상) 다음날 프론트에 상황을 설명하였는데 반응이 '외출 하고 오면 안되냐 그 동안 고쳐놓겠다' 였습니다. 직업 툭성상 해와출장이 잦은 편인데 이 정도 레벨 호텔에서 손님이 다쳤는데 괜찮으시냐 라는 질문도 없는게 좀 신기하더군요. 어차피 큰 부상도 아니고 씨마크가 서비스 기대하고 가는 호텔도 아니니 그냥 그러려니 하고 그럼 잠시 나가서 차 마시고 식사오겠다 하고 나갔습니다. 그리고 돌아와보니 수리가 전햐 안되어 있더군요. 그래서 전화로 걸어 문의하니 '여긴 객실부라 전달 받은게 없습니다. 확인해보겠습니다. 더 필요하신 것 없으신가요?' 하길래 없다 했더니 '네.. 하아---'하고 정말 황당할 정도로 한숨을 쉬시더군요... 이 가격 받는 호텔에서 짜증내는 것도 아니고 다쳤으니 서비스 달라고 진상 피우는 것도 아닌데 고객 응대팀에서 한숨을 쉬다니 심하게 짜증이 나더군요. 10분 정도 후 정비팀이 올라오더군요. 그러더니 수리할테니 또 나가면 안되냐고 하더군요. 아니 이럴가면 왜 아까 나가라고 한건지... 어쨋든 또 나갔다 왔는데 대충만 고쳐놨더군요. 더이상 싸우기도 싫어서 그냥 말도 안했습니다.. 어차피 신라모노그램 오픈 전까지 대안이 없으니 강릉 가면 또 씨마크에 투숙하겠지요. 여긴 호텔이 아니라 그냥 엄청 비싼 고급 인피니트 풀이라 생각하렵니다. 이번이 4번째 투숙인데 참 올때마다 이 아름다운 하드웨어를 서비스가 다 망친다 싶네요. 그래도 수영장 스파 등 기타 시설의 서비스는 나쁘지 읺았습니다. (전문적이진 않지만 여러모로 배려가 느껴졌습니다.)

Okay, this was a super pleasant surprise. Somehow, we did not expect the view to be so beautiful. The room was amazing. The view was amazing. The staff were so helpful despite the language barrier, I am so grateful! There were not many foreigners, but the experience was lovely. Koreans are amazing people. Everything you need is in the hotel, from food, to snacks to beer. It was a much needed break! DEFINITELY COMING BACK!

Este fue nuestro primer viaje en familia, así que nos costó elegir alojamiento, pero al final quedamos completamente satisfechos. El jacuzzi del hotel era excelente y las habitaciones estaban impecables, lo que hizo que nuestra estancia fuera muy cómoda.
