Had such a lovely stay at this hotel! The location was fantastic — super convenient yet peaceful. One of the nicest surprises was the free ramen served at night – perfect in the cold weather, warm and comforting. It really hit the spot! 💕 The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel very welcome from the moment I arrived. They also offer free access to hot spring, which I was really looking forward to, but sadly I was too tired this time. Definitely a reason to come back again soon! A truly cozy and heartwarming stay. Highly recommended for anyone looking to relax and recharge!

Modernized ryokan with its own onsen. 5 minute walk to the train station, not too many restaurants / bars around the hotel. Lovely garden and nice rooms. The main onsen shouldn‘t be used if you have tattoos but there is a private family bath that can be used with tattoos. The family bath is first come first served, so you might need to wait a while… Breakfast was delicious and plenty!

This hotel is the perfect destination to choose when travelling in Tottori. It is very close to the Tottori station and there are a lot of onsen choices, local eateries around too. The onsen provided in the hotel is very good and comfortable too. Overall a wonderful stay.

My two nights here were a perfect escape. The room felt like a retreat into calm. I especially loved the private baths, quiet, serene, and easy to access. What made the stay truly unforgettable was the kindness of the staff. From the afternoon tea with a Japanese sweet served in the room to their constant thoughtfulness and gentle smiles, every detail made me feel welcomed and cared for. My stay here will remain one of the most memorable parts of my time in Japan.

Este hotel está en una muy buena ubicación cerca de la estación de tren y la estación de autobús. Se incluye un buen desayuno en el precio de nuestra reserva. Las instalaciones y el servicio del hotel son de alta calidad. Hay un pañuelo con agua natural. Todo lo que necesitas está disponible, incluyendo toallas, caldera, microondas en el área común, y una gran TV en la habitación con YouTube. En general, la habitación y el baño son bastante pequeños, pero muy cómodos. El precio por habitación es razonable. Nos alegramos.

I received room upgrade. I could the see from my room. When I arrived at hotel, a staff welcomed me in front of the front door. All staff were very nice and the hotel was very clean. I was drizzling on my face and soaked in the hot spring water and enjoyed a healing time like heaven.

대중교통을 이용하는 여행이라 호텔 위치가 좋은 편은 아니었지만 역까지 송영해주는 서비스가 있어 그리 불편하진 않았습니다. 객실은 3명이서 이용하기 넉넉한 편이었고 굉장히 관리가 잘 되어 깔끔하였습니다. 직원들이 모두 친절하여 편한 여행을 즐길 수 있었고 조식과 석식은 완벽하게 맛있었습니다. 온천물도 잘 관리되어 깔끔했고 수질이 좋았습니다. 덕분에 좋은 여행을 즐길 수 있었고 이 호텔을 또 즐기기 위해 돗토리에 다시 놀러가고 싶습니다~ 저녁으로 먹은 가이세키를 또 즐기고 싶어요!

El jardín está bien decorado y el buffet está bien. Puedes probar algunas bebidas alcohólicas, té, bebidas y helado gratis en el primer piso. La vista del jardín fue buena en la habitación ㅏㅂ Labo.

位置雖然偏遠，但温泉酒店一般都遠離城市，望住湖景浸温泉超正，服務員態度一流好，晚餐豐富，早餐雖比預期差，但也算ok。

깨끗하고 서비스도 좋고 너무 친절하셔서 여행기간동안 정말 행복했습니다. 조식도 대접 받는 느낌이었어요. 대욕장도 생각보다 만족스러웠고 고즈넉한 분위기가 너무 좋았습니다. 요나고 다시 방문하게 된다면 고민없이 가이케후가로 예약할거에요!
