As nice a hotel as anyone would want to stay in while visiting Tokushima on the island of Shikoku. Terrific service, clean facilities and room, an amazing bonus free onsen (hot springs), a very well equipped gym which is a bit rare in Japan and the property is located right in the middle of town next to the central train and bus stations. There are plenty of cafes, restaurants and bars in the neighbourhood as well as a shopping centre across the road and lot's of small shops nearby. Upon first arriving, the entrance is a little tricky to locate so be sure and follow the instructions that will come with the booking confirmation.

Overall facilities, food, services were awesome. Amazing services provided to us: complimentary ride to vine bridge, waterfall due to early arrival to hotel. Assisted to our train schedules for our next destination, offer treats for our long journey. Mailing postcard service. All staff demonstrated professional and courtesy attitude to their guest. Room Tenjin with open air bath is excellent, definitely recommended. Enjoy our stay. We would like to see bus schedules to be improved by increasing more buses run to and from the hotel; or arrange free hotel shuttle to and from Oboke Station, if required.

Muy buena experiencia, el personal del hotel es muy amable, educado y cálido.  Tres amigos se alojaron aquí juntos. La vista a la montaña era muy cómoda y podíamos ver las estrellas y tomar fotos por la noche.

If you are looking to trade the frantic energy of Japan’s megacities for something soulful and secluded, this is it. Nestled deep in the mountains, the property offers a unique, almost cinematic atmosphere. There is a touch of moody, beautiful isolation here that you simply won't find anywhere else. The service was impeccable from the moment we arrived; staff met us at our car to handle our luggage immediately. For those driving, the ample parking and EV charging stations are a massive plus. The orientation was thorough, with the team explaining everything from onsen etiquette to the nuances of our dinner service. A truly high-end, evocative experience.

Hotel is located near the art museum and next to a beautiful beach with a wonderful sea view. There are two onsen and both are good. And there are several restaurants serving Japanese and French cuisines. The prices are reasonable and we enjoyed a wonderful French Kaiseki. The resort is well managed and guests are warmly greeted and helped with luggage on arrival and departure. It’s highly recommended.

Great food, great onsen We stayed in a two-storey cottage, great for having a group of friends staying! The staff even gifted me an indigo bag and a greetings in English at the end of our stay Feel so warm and being cared in this hotel Hope more people can see the warmth in Shikoku’s people ☺️🤍

Location is very close to JR station, and many nice restaurants are nearby. Free coffee is served which tastes good.

El hotel está situado en Shenzhen, una ciudad conocida como ”no contaminado”, el paisaje es muy bueno, hay un famoso puente de Cambridge cercano y un artefacto que un maestro del aire y el mar había reparado. Pero debido a que el transporte público local no es muy desarrollado, que autoconduzca o empaca para ir más allá, hay más huéspedes en Japón. Estamos en el 88% de los campos de fantasía de los cuatro países, cerca de 12-13, 17-18, y conducir alrededor de 20 minutos. La habitación del hotel tiene una casa de madera armoniosa, elegante y exclusiva, se siente muy especial, y toda la casa está hecha de madera, muy perfumada, y no hay una casa de madera separada (armonios y estilos). La comida en la tienda prepara más peces. Los amigos que no le gustan pueden elegir no empacar, comer directamente en la tienda y elegir más. Todavía se recomienda este hotel y esta pequeña ciudad, vale la pena vivir en cuatro países.

La ubicación es realmente remota, el camino hacia el hotel durante los últimos 10 km es realmente angosto para un tráfico de doble sentido. También prepárese para llegar al hotel antes de las 6 p. m. La cena comienza a las 6 p. m. o 7 p. m. Las aguas termales son naturales, por lo que no hace mucho calor, solo alrededor de 35 grados. La cena y el desayuno son realmente sabrosos, no se los pierda. Vale la pena ir allí una vez, pero no dos. El viaje en teleférico a las aguas termales fue único.
