Amazing place - great location, very friendly and helpful people. Beautiful yukata. The dinner and breakfast - amazing experience, everything was super delicious. Hot springs are great too - especially the outdoor one with a view. The room was big, very traditional. So, we liked everything, big thanks to the hosts!

Si usted está conduciendo este hotel es agradable viene con un cómodo onsen para relajar su cuerpo después de un largo día de caminar de la estación se tarda 17 minutos a pie pero servicio de coche proporcionado enviarle a la estación pero no seguro abiut desde la estación al hotel como nosotros No se ha verificado y probado caminar allí ya que el tiempo que llegamos allí es tarde, hay que estar muy alerta si sólo utiliza el transporte público y el servicio de navegación del hotel es la tienda de conveniencia más cerca de aquí es 25min a pie y el restaurante está cerca de la estación , no hay restaurante a 17 minutos a pie

Location was convenient, very near the train/bus station. Concierge staff was able to converse in basic english which made it way easier for us and they were all very nice. The room was so spacious and the view from our room was amazing!!! It was actually peaceful to just sit and stare out of the window. The toilet was spacious enough too. We did not use the onsens avail in the hotel but they also had a family onsen room that was free for use for anyone as long as its available and it works just like a private onsen, but free! I absolutely loved our room and would definitely recommend & also hope to return someday 💕

Amazing hotel with the Fuji View from the room, don’t have to travel to viewpoints just to see Fujisan. Toilet is nicely segregated and the room is super big and spacious that I can open my luggages freely. The free public bath is amazing with different options for onsen and sauna room. Location is good, right beside Gotemba premium outlet so shopping was very convenient. But if you are not driving, might be difficult for you to get food at night .. Nearest 7-11 is quite a walk as its located deep inside Gotemba premium outlet.

It was an amazing decision to stay at Shimoda hotel. The location is good. We arrived easily. The room is spacious and the beds are comfortable too! Not to mention the dinner that we reserved was very interesting and a spectacle! We were quite lucky because there was fireworks in the area so we saw them from the restaurant in the hotel. I'd say the breakfast is also very worthwhile since there is a variety of food options and some quite unique to Shimoda.

El hotel tradicional. La mayoría de los visitantes son personas locales. El anfitrión fue muy amable para mí. Tengo tatuajes y el anfitrión me dio paso a un anfitrión privado. Volverá a este lugar. También tiene un gran desayuno con comidas tradicionales de mar.

It was the best place where my wife and I had ever rested. And the hotel and the whole city of Shimoda is a paradise. We liked absolutely everything. And the hotel employee - Kaori, is an exceptional nature person. She gives her work 200% and is the heart of this hotel. Thanks to her scrupulousness, sensitivity and care, there was a feeling that my mother was taking care of us in the hotel. We will definitely come back again! We advise everyone to visit this city and this beautiful hotel at least once. Visit also Ebisu Island, but treat this place with great respect, please! --- これは妻と私にとって最高の休暇でした。ホテルも下田市全体もまさに楽園です。すべてが素晴らしかったです。そして、ホテルスタッフの香織さんは本当に素晴らしい方です。彼女は仕事に200%の情熱を注ぎ、このホテルの心臓部と言える存在です。彼女の細やかな気配り、思いやり、そして優しさのおかげで、まるで母親に世話をしてもらっているような気持ちになりました。必ずまた来ます！この街とこの素晴らしいホテルには、ぜひ一度訪れてみることをお勧めします。恵比寿島にもぜひ足を運んでみてください。ただし、島を最大限の敬意をもって扱ってくださいね！

El servicio japonés tradicional y refinado del hotel es realmente impresionante. Las habitaciones de estilo japonés tradicional son espaciosas y cómodas, con comodidades completas, como un baño termal privado y lujosos sillones de masaje. El restaurante sirve comida semi-kaiseki. Aunque no hay servicio de habitaciones, sigue siendo un ambiente acogedor. El desayuno y la cena son elegantes y sofisticados. Si bien el transporte al hotel es un poco incómodo, ya que requiere un viaje en autobús, el hotel es excelente y ofrece un remanso de paz. El pueblo también cuenta con excelentes pastelerías y restaurantes.

Enjoyed the stay so much! The room is cozy with tradition modern Japanese design. End the night and start the day with private onsen, great experience. Check-in staff can only speak little English, using translations tool makes everything so well.

Отель достаточно старый. Я не доглядел, забронировал номер для курящих, он был основательно прокурен и аромат на века въелся в стены, будьте внимательны при бронировании) Слышимость сильная, но претензии по поводу шума волн мне не ясны 😅 это же наоборот убаюкивает и ласкает слух) В онсен с татуировками не пустили, тоже учитывайте, если планируете посещать.
