It was alright, the spa theme park seemed pretty decent, though I suspect there to be many people during the daytime since we went inside at around 4 am still with a bunch of people inside. The rooftop pool was decent but you had to pay for the waterslides. The spa felt more like a theme park than a typical traditional onsen experience, but we still saw mainly Japanese people there. Most of the hotel cited charges for stuff here and there (e.g. late night entry fee for the spa, extra cost to enter the pool etc) but I suspect they are for regular visitors and not hotel guests since it was not recorded when we checked out other than the waterslide cost as mentioned. Annoying thing was that you had to take off your shoes to enter the hotel at the entrance, and that there was no shower in your own room.

The best premium capsule I've stayed so far - beautiful decor and a spacious nook. Facilities and amenities include a full suite of Pola face and body toiletries (I don't bring shampoo/conditioner when I travel in Japan), toothbrush, towels, ear buds for light sleeper, a small hot bath on top floor, stable wifi, drinking water, drinks vending machine, Refa hair dryer, smoking room, plenty of lounge space, pyjamas, extra blanket and pillow available. No communal fridge or coin laundry but there's a nearby coin laundry should you need. Very close to 7-11 and Family Mart, walking distance to many good eateries and Shinsaibashi covered shopping street. It is 650 metres walk to Shinsaibashi station on the red Midousuji line. The check-in is at level 2 and you can request for the staff to bring up your luggage via the lift accessible by staff only from level 1 to 2. Your key card only allows you to go to the hot bath on top floor and your assigned floor which is a good security feature. Men and women on separate wings provides assurance for solo female travellers. Each floor has 16 capsule rooms, 2 toilets and 3 wash basins and bathrooms. The toilet is very near to the room which is great for night pee. Not sure if it will be too crowded for comfort if they are fully occupied... You can put your medium sized suitcase just outside your room and there is sufficient space to open it too. The capsule room can be fully covered with a curtain. It was stuffy inside though (was early June) so I opened a small gap to allow the extremely cold aircon in the common area to enter my room. There's a hand bag sized safe box - please make sure you close it completely before you lock it as it can be tricky to use. I think it's cleaner and better if shoes are not allowed in the capsule room corridor. I would recommend this hotel for solo travellers. I am a light sleeper but with ear buds I could get good sleep. There were occasional noisy guests but generally most were considerate. Recommended eating/drinking places: Wad tea house and Anngon Vietnamese food, Abura Soba

도톤보리 근처에 위치해 접근성이 매우 좋습니다. 실내 청결도 좋고, 직원들도 다들 너무 친절합니다. 호텔 앞에 작은 골목길이라 사람들이 담배를 많이 피는데 그것빼곤 다 좋습니다. 비가와도 근처 편의점은 우산없이 이동할수있습니다. 가성비호텔로 강추입니다.

Normalmente no dejo comentarios, pero este hotel es increíble. Lo elegimos inicialmente por nuestra visita a Universal Studios pero superó nuestras expectativas mucho. Grande instalaciones. Muy limpia. La experiencia del spa es secundaria a ninguna. Recomendación para cualquier persona que viaje a Osaka.

We chose this hotel for our late-night arrival at Osaka Kansai Airport, and it did not disappoint. Upon entering, we were warmly greeted by two adorable dinosaur robots, which added a fun touch to our experience. The self-check-in process was efficient and smooth. Our room offered a stunning sea view, making our stay even more enjoyable. The onsen was fantastic, although I do wish it had longer operating hours, as it closed at midnight. The buffet breakfast was delightful, complemented by the beautiful ocean view. Overall, we had a wonderful stay even though the hotel is not near any train station! Este es mi quinto viaje a Osaka. Instalaciones y amabilidad de Jikwin. Comida bufé. Dotonbori, Castillo de Osaka. Estación Umeda, estación Honmachi, etc., la distancia es razonable y, sobre todo, los alrededores son tranquilos. Hay una tienda de conveniencia enfrente. Quedé muy satisfecho ya que satisfizo la satisfacción del viaje. Estoy 100% dispuesta a visitar nuevamente la próxima vez. Una empleada japonesa que es buena en coreano y de la edad de Iida estuvo allí, por lo que no hubo ningún problema en la comunicación. Cómodo alojamiento de viaje durante las 5 noches que estuve allí. Lo recuerdo.^~^.-♡.

I booked this hotel because almost all of my family members wants to have osen (hotspring) hotel. I personally have tattoo so I didn't try it. But I went inside to help my mom and tell her the manner of using osen, so I saw the osen there is really nice. (please notice that all the Dormy inn do not allow people with tattoo get inside) I booked 3 rooms, 2 of them are much more expensive that they have 2 beds and very big room, with bathtub. The other room was a single room cost half price of the twin bed room only. And we booked 4 nights. Almost all of the things are pretty good, expect one thing I could't understand. My sis was staying with her kid and asked for a cleaning services, but they requested 1500 yen to do this service after the 2 night staying. But the single bed room has been cleaning after we back to the hotel. Actually, I'd never uncounted this type of charge before. What if the customer staying for a week? Is that still need charge for cleaning the room? So please be reminded here, if you book this hotel, beware of this point. Staying for more nights might not have room-cleaning services unless you pay for it. But overall, others are quite good.

service: The staff are friendly and super helpful. The staff checking us in was able to communicate in English adequately, and both the cafe and noodle shop attached have menus in English, Korean, Chinese, and Japanese. Most services in the hotel have all four languages written some where so it's pretty convenient. The amenities provided were fantastic, they even provided face masks free of charge, to really maximize the relaxation. facilities: We booked the room with a personal hot tub/sauna and it was definitely worth it! You can take a soak in the privacy of your room at any time of the day, so relaxing! The public onsen was also very nice, with clear instructions on proper procedure and very helpful staff, don't hesitate to ask them any questions. Definitely give it a try, but remember to be respectful of your fellow bathers. I would recommend that you check in as soon as the hotel allows, so you enjoy the public onsen as soon as possible haha food: We booked the buffet breakfast, it was interesting. Sme traditional Japanese cuisine and some traditional western fare; all delicious. If you don't want restaurants food from the first floor, and have some time to spare, feel free to ask the staff about any nearby convenience stores. conclusion: we had a fantastic time. the location is very quiet and walking around during the day is very relaxing, followed by a soak in your private tub or the public onsen.

Debido al cambio de horario de vuelo, no pude registrarme en el hotel que reservé antes cuando llegué a Namba. Encontré este hotel de aguas termales con un baño grande y reservé una habitación de inmediato. También me quedé en el mismo. Hotel de aguas termales de marca en otras partes de Japón en el pasado y quedé muy satisfecho después de sumergirse en las aguas termales, el hotel también ofrece paletas heladas y obleas de helado para que los huéspedes disfruten. Es muy considerado y el personal de servicio es educado y amable. Seguiré eligiendo su hotel de marca.
