Exit from train station, turn right, walk out of the exit and you will see the entrance of the hotel on the right of the building at AMU. Lobby at level 8 while room from 9 onwards. Level 19 is the free onsen for guests. Breakfast was good local and western style. The washer and dryer not as good I think as after wash my clothing got a smell. Managed to rewash some at Kagoshima. Overall very convenient hotel as we used their trains to travel to Peppu to visit hells and Yokosuka to visit Harmonyland

Our stay has been nothing short of amazing! We were grateful for hotel shuttle service to the hotel as it saves us the trouble of climbing up slopes with our luggages. When we arrived, we were greeted by the warm welcome of the staff with free drinks provided at the lounge. The Sora Room is well equipped with amenities and comes with the private onsen, for you to enjoy any time. Recommend to get the ice (outside room) for a cool ice coke after onsen. Definitely have to give the Japanese breakfast and Kaiseiki dinner a try. Every single dish is so delicious and palatable. The hotel is located at Kanawa, within walking distances to the popular attractions such as Hells of Beppu and Onsen Museum. Will definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who visits Beppu!

El hotel está a solo 5 minutos a pie de la estación, lo cual es muy conveniente. También tiene una piscina y baños termales en la planta superior, a los que se puede ir directamente con el albornoz. El vestíbulo del hotel tiene un diseño muy chulo. La ubicación es conveniente y la relación calidad-precio es excelente.

Booked a room at this hotel as I have read great reviews regarding it. I must say I wasn't disappointed. The staff were really friendly and helpful. Breakfast spread was varied and delicious though it was the same for the 2 days that I was there. Stayed in the tatami room. Though the room looks a little run down, it is clean. The hotel spring was a bonus. Overall, we enjoyed our stay at the hotel.

The service was excellent with just an 8-min walk to Yufuin train station and the main street, very convenient! Both dinner and breakfast were elegantly presented and we were both very full afterwards. Our room had a private onsen outside, which was amazing. The room was a bit old, but it was sparkling clean and sleeping on the tatami bed was comfortable. Definitely recommend!

Friendly staffs and lovely hotel. We stayed in a room with private onsen which we absolutely loved it. We can even see the snow in the morning making us feel like living in a fairy tale land. Highly recommend!

Be sure to take a photo of the password and keep it safe, as you’ll need it throughout your stay. Since there is no room card, there is also no formal check-out process—simply vacate the room by your designated check-out date and time. The room was spacious and well-equipped with full amenities, including a water dispenser, clothes-hanging space, a balcony, a TV, and a bathtub. There was no housekeeping service during my stay, so you’ll need to keep the room clean yourself. However, the hotel staff kindly placed fresh towels and new amenities in a basket outside the room daily for guests to use. The hotel is located near Beppu Station, although it requires a bit of walking to get there. A Don Quijote (Donki) store is conveniently located just opposite the hotel. For convenience stores, you’ll need to walk a little further in the direction of Beppu Tower. The hotel also offers a welcome drink at the lobby and has coin-operated laundry dryers on the first floor. Additionally, there is a washing machine available in the room. Overall, I would recommend staying at this hotel.
