The family enjoyed the experience. Our first time staying at a hotel overseeing the football field The room layout was well thought out and felt spacious. The onsen was a pleasant surprise—clean, relaxing, and not overcrowded, which made it easy to unwind after a long day. This The bed was firm and very comfortable; We slept extremely well and woke up refreshed.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Everything about this hotel just worked. The room was clean, spacious and properly laid out. And the amenities were fantastic. From the natural hot spring to the massage chairs to the free refreshments and free evening (small) ramen. There is a shopping mall across the road (AMU Plaza) and also a tram stop a stone throw away. The breakfast was good but nothing to write about. And if that’s not close enough, there is a 7-Eleven next door (and connected to the hotel).

Location is great. Breakfast buffet spread were amazingly delicious and good. Love the indoor onsen spa full facilities. Quiet and nice environment except the room is a little dusty and bathroom sink has a bit of Urine smell. Good stay and will consider staying here again for the amazing breakfast spread and onsen spa. Hotel is generous to supply complimentary laundry washer at no charge. Dryer is affordable at 100yen for 30mins spin. Very generous and considerate for hotel guests. Complimentary supper Ramen and ice cream. Well done and staffs were friendly and helpful .

良いところでした。5/5祝日にも混んでいなくごちゃごちゃしていません。従業員の方々は皆愛想も良く居心地が良いです。平戸城の城下町のたか台に聳えろ、平戸城、平戸大橋、ザビエル記念協会が露天風呂から観る事が出来ます。夜は薄っすらライトアップがキレイです。 建物自体は古いですが、見える場所はキチンと修繕され清潔感はあります。露天風呂側にあるサウナを復活させれば良いですねー 朝食もバイキングでまずまず満足出来る品揃えです。

とてもよいお宿でした。山の上にあるので街に出るのは少し不便ですが、その分、部屋からの眺めがよく、夜景を満喫しました。部屋は広々として、2人で泊まるにはもったいないくらい。お風呂は、少し小さめの展望浴場と、通路でつながっている系列旅館の大浴場の２種類があり、両方とも清潔で気持ちよかったです。連絡通路の途中には、長崎にまつわる豆知識や長崎弁など、プチ情報が張り出されていて、ためになります。朝食は宴会場のテーブル席でいただく純和食。少量ずつですが品数多く、いろいろな味が楽しめました。 とにかくスタッフの方々の気配り、目配りがよくきいています。こちらから頼み事をする前に察して声をかけて下さることが度々ありました。九州在住の方のおすすめ旅館だったのですが、泊まって納得です。

Very comfortable, neat with friendly staff. The spring spa nearby is very good. Only 2mins walk. Also the restaurant nearby is recommended by Michelin, providing tasty food. Highly recommended. Good with car when visit Huston.

This hotel is a resort on Iojima Island. Recommended only if you’re driving. Quite a distance from the city area. Facilities are good with play for kids.

The hotel is standing on the hill looking down Sasebo harbor. You can see the islands in Saikai National Park depends on the room direction. They have a big bath and the private bath both. Driving up the hill may be a little challenging because the road is narrow and winding. Hotel stuffs are very polite and helpful. Breath taking view with a hotel pool where people use for the wedding reception. Just another beauty of Japan.

El hotel ofrece un buen servicio de viajes en barco, una vista muy agradable al Parque, como se le ha tomado de la tarjeta postal. Nos disfrutamos de nuestra estancia y vamos a volver al Hotel Okura.
