A very nice stay in the city of Kumamon! Staffs are friendly, the room is big, amenities are well prepared. Had a three-night stay in the same hotel and enjoyed the convenience of it as it’s right next to the JR Kumamoto station with bus stops nearby and connected to the AMU plaza.

Amazing stay. If you have a car I recommend here. The dinner and breakfast was amazing and the staff were super friendly. I spoke a little Japanese and they were so patient with me practicing. The outdoor onsen was the best I’ve stayed at and I could even see some stars at night! Only down side was there was no wall plug next to my bed. Only recommendations is I wish Onsen had ‘adult only’ bathing time as a Single female traveler I’m not the biggest fan of children during my bathing time because of noise.

I had an enchanting two-night stay at this hotel, where the picturesque view of the river from my room added a serene touch to the experience. The included breakfast and dinner were nothing short of fantastic, offering a delightful journey through Japanese cuisine. The attentive service further elevated my stay. The onsen was a highlight, boasting a spacious interior and a tranquil outdoor area. The immersion in the calming waters was a rejuvenating experience, and the overall ambiance added a profound sense of relaxation to my stay. Highly recommend for those seeking a blend of natural beauty, exceptional food, and attentive service.

The hotel is not a fancy one, but the staff members (mostly elderly ladies but one or two of them have very good English) are all very nice. Its award-winning food service is definitely a must-try here, especially the dinner as it comes with sunset view. We were lucky to be arranged a window seat and was able to enjoy the beautiful sunset while eating the delicious kaiseki dinner. Breakfast is also very nice. And because it’s not your typical touristic destination, you are getting a very good value for money.

Ryokan muy tradicional. Tienes que quitarte los zapatos al entrar por la puerta. Hay un camarero chino en la recepción del hotel. Pero, obviamente, es un recién llegado y no está muy familiarizado con algunos asuntos de gestión del hotel y las atracciones circundantes. El pedido es un estacionamiento y dos alimentos, los ingredientes son muy frescos, la variedad es rica y creativa y el sabor es bueno. El desayuno y la cena se sirven en salas privadas independientes. La propietaria del hotel visitará personalmente cada habitación privada para adorar a los visitantes y recopilar sus comentarios sobre el hotel. El hotel en sí es bueno, el balcón de la habitación reservada tiene un baño privado, frente al río. Es solo que la sopa privada es muy común y el paisaje también es promedio. Yamaga es realmente un lugar pequeño, no hay tiendas ni atracciones. Solo hay un Museo de Yachiyo y Linternas. No hay nada para comparar. Si es solo una imagen limpia, apenas es aceptable. Más de 3000 por noche no es rentable.

我們是自駕遊的，如果自己搭車去會有點麻煩， 酒店隔離是一個高爾夫球場， 如果住在這裏一定要一泊兩食，因為附近什麼也沒有，一定要揸車出去大約二，三十分鐘才有超市和美食！ 附近有一個很大的停車場可以免費泊車， 園外還有韆鞦 ，景色不錯，一泊兩食的份量太少！唔夠飽！所以一定要買定小食😆 這間是溫泉酒店， 有室內和室外， 溫泉的設施也不錯！

El hotel tiene una historia, pero el entorno es bueno, el jardín puede aprovechar la belleza del sol, el estilo privado vale la pena probarlo. Una botella de comida secundaria, la cena es muy rica y deliciosa.

A pleasant surprise that the hotel. Room are relatively bigger than the standard. They even have pillows catered to your preference. The breakfast has decent variety. Parking was free. Really a value deal.

Un antiguo hotel de vacaciones, además de la cálida calefacción, hay muchos lugares de coche en el lugar! La comida es aceptable y no es comparable. Si no reservamos la cena, no encontrarás un buen restaurante cercano? ¡La noche es muy tranquila como un lugar extraño! Reserva y habitación de estilo, pero no hay personal de arroz  ¿Qué?Hazlo tú mismo, muy feliz 

酒店很有氣派，房間是選了隨機派，派了個大房路，到飯店時知道房費包了一泊二食，還有1公里外的吉祥湯（五個戶外池），趕晚餐前先泡一個，職員告知我的用餐時間為7點半，入場時近8點，原來自助晚餐到9點，用餐比較趕。酒店內溫泉也很不錯，酒店附近的小木橋和溪邊都是拍照好地點。
