Las dos habitaciones que habíamos reservado eran con ducha, pero las que nos asignaron no la tenían. Al ser un hotel con aguas termales, no utilizamos la ducha y solo nos percatamos de este detalle al día siguiente, justo antes de hacer el check-out. La cena fue bastante normalita y el desayuno mucho peor. El entorno es agradable.

The best ski in and ski out and Onsen hotel in Japan so far! We loved the hotel so much in Oct 2025 so we rebooked and came again from Dec 20-24, 2025. 1. Very convenient for ski experience. Ski in and ski out. Ski rental and ski coach school are just besides hotel. Good experience for rentals and coaches hiring. 2. Breakfast and dinner buffets are great and so yummy! The food does change every night to give you diversified variation to choose from. Very delicate food preparations by great chefs so don’t worry you will never get bored. 3. Onsen is also great great great! Great view and women and men get alternate the hot spring pool everyday. 4. First floor relaxing area is great great! You have self service bar of juice / soda / coffee and popsicles. 5. The hotel staffs are so nice and make you feel at home. Motoyo-San is extremely friendly and her English is so fluent!!! We were very lucky to have her help out during our stay. 6. 3rd floor is newly renovated so pls try this beautiful room next time! Highly recommend!!!! Great for family and couple trips!

The family style room is spacious and comfortable.  Has 2 very nice private open-air onsen which you could use. The breakfast and kaiseki dinner were delicious, enjoyable and complete, with many small side dishes and courses. Great location for skiers and golfers. The staff was helpful and very pleasant.

The experience was superb! The onsen was good and relaxing. I love that they provide yogurt drink and ice lolly. There is also complimentary soba noodles at 9:30pm. What is more important is that they have free laundry and that the status of the machines can be viewed on TV!

今回は急遽宿泊予定だったので、素泊まりでしたが設備の説明が丁寧でわかりやすかったです。 泊まる前に分からないことを問い合わせした時の電話対応も簡潔でとても良かったです。 温泉が部屋と大浴場の泉質が違いどちらも良**れぞれ楽しめました。 ランドリーコーナーもあり、子どもの着替えを洗うことができて助かりました。マッサージ機もとても良かっです運転の疲れが吹っ飛んでいくくらいよかった。 部屋は清潔で冷蔵庫やゴミ箱が大きくて助かりました。冷蔵庫の中にたっぷりお水があってありがたかったです。

La comida es muy deliciosa, hay carne de vacuno y un paquete de pintadas. Hay cerveza y vino de la caverna de dragón. Puede beber 3.000 yenes de vino a 3500 yenes en la tienda, así que creo que es muy serio. Hay servicio de hielo blando y yo me gusta mucho después de la comida. Calidad de la humedad: debilidad PH8-5 Es una agua suave y suave, porque sale de la misma fuente de agua que el lago subterráneo de la caverna de dragones y se extrae con piedras activas. En menos de cinco minutos de viaje a Long Poe y a 50 minutos de viaje a la estación de tren, es conveniente como base de turismo. Creo que Cospa es un buen hotel. Cargué para los autos eléctricos, pero el precio es alto, y no lo utilicé.

Asegúrese de visitar la cascada, el viaje es muy conveniente, solo toma 20 minutos ir y venir, el paisaje en el camino es hermoso, tranquilo y agradable. El hotel puede disfrutar de las tres aguas termales. Hay mucha gente en tw.

Used as a base while skiing Iwate. Happy everything we needed and a large mountain view room. Dinner and breakfast were excellent, would return.

We had a pleasant stay in general. However, room ceaning service needs to be improved. Our group of people have a few bad experiences. 1) after returning to room after the day, there was a used mask left in the bathroom. There’s also a day without providing onsen towels and we had to bring over the mid size ones 2) the door of my friend’s room remained open after the cleaning service (a 3M sticker with なすし2 sticked on wall). Glad there’s no missing items 3) another room, there was blood and urine stint left on the toilet cover! I hope the hotel can take it seriously as it indeed ruins the brand of IHG and bad customer experience.
