Ofrecen baños públicos, con un precio de 500 yenes por persona y visita, lo cual es muy razonable. La lavandería está limpia y el desayuno es excelente. La desventaja es el tamaño de las habitaciones, típico de todos los hoteles de Japón. Algunos restaurantes como McDonald's, Sukiya, Yoshinoya y Lawson están cerca, por lo que es una excelente opción para familias. También vimos llegar a muchos grupos de turistas, así que puede que el vestíbulo esté concurrido. En general, es recomendable.

Tuve un vuelo cancelado por la noche, ¡qué suerte haber reservado este hotel! Solo tuve que caminar unos minutos hasta el hotel justo después de devolver el equipaje, ¡incluso con el carrito de maletas hasta la puerta de la habitación! Desayuné buffet en el restaurante del hotel, ¡qué bien! ¡Y el ascensor me llevó directamente a la sala de embarque! Las comodidades de la habitación son adecuadas; mi vuelo de regreso a casa fue cancelado y no tenía ropa de dormir limpia. Por suerte, tenían ropa de onsen cómoda que pude usar por la noche. :) Recomendado

We stayed at Hotel Mystays Sapporo as a family traveling with a baby. The location of the hotel is excellent, very convenient for getting around Sapporo, with many attractions, shops, and restaurants nearby. This made our stay much easier and more enjoyable, especially when traveling with a baby. When we first entered our room, we unfortunately faced a few issues. The phone was not working, and part of a wall fixture was coming off, which raised safety concerns for us as parents. It was disappointing to receive a room in this condition, especially when traveling with a baby where safety is a priority. However, we would like to highlight the very professional reaction of the hotel staff. Once we reported the problem, they responded quickly and seriously. They upgraded us to their biggest room and fixed the issue, making sure we felt comfortable and reassured. Their attitude and willingness to solve the problem made a big difference and turned a negative first impression into a positive experience. Another strong point of the hotel is the restaurant inside the hotel, which was excellent. The food quality was very good, and the convenience of having such a good restaurant on-site was invaluable for us as a family. We ended up eating there almost every night. Overall, while we were initially disappointed with the condition of the first room, we were very satisfied with how the staff handled the situation, the great location, and the quality of the restaurant. Thanks to their responsiveness and professionalism, we still had a pleasant stay and would consider returning in the future.

Hotel was packed as it was the golden week. Hotel has three paid parking blocks of space and is great for us driving. Rooms are somewhat smaller than normal. Housekeeping was not done as the reason given was they only top up and change towels and spa wear as we only stayed 3 days and 2 nights. Even though we place make up room and even rang them. Had to bring the tiny rubbish bins out to the door. Best thing is the comfy bed in the cramped room. Notable friendliness and hospitality received from the front office man that speaks Chinese / English and Japanese. I think his name is pronounced as Jyo. He is joval, helpful and informative . He tried to upsell the rooms on the other block as well. He is a GEM to the organization. The concerige and security team are friendly and nice but they speak little or no English. We didn't take it as we felt that it didn't look any bigger than what we had.

El hotel es muy nuevo y la vista de la habitación era hermosa, lo que hizo la estancia aún más agradable. Una de mis partes favoritas fue el que tienen varios baños diferentes para elegir, y fue una gran manera de relajarse después de un largo día en el frío. La comodidad es también un plus, con FamilyMart y Lawson situados a pocos pasos. El hotel está muy cerca de la estación JR, pero es muy cercano, pero puede sentirse un poco lejos, especialmente en invierno. Una noche, tuve problemas para encontrar la salida correcta en la estación y terminé caminando muy lejos para volver al hotel. En general, todavía recomendaría este hotel por su comodidad, instalaciones y ambiente relajado sólo estar preparado para un poco de caminar.

”Renovated (uneven), great onsen, convenient location” Most of the hotel’s facilities were recently renovated, so they felt new and beautiful. However, only some of the rooms had been updated. Our room was older—not too old, but slightly disappointing compared to the pretty new lobby. That said, it was clean. Our room was near several Chinese tourists who often talked in the corridor, but it was quiet at night. Buffet dinner and breakfast were included. The food was okay—good compared to other countries, but average compared to other Japanese hotels. The onsen was excellent, with multiple pools at different temperatures, including cold baths and an open-air onsen (though partially enclosed due to the hotel’s location). There was a lounge area with free soft drinks and massage chairs before entering the onsen. A table tennis area was also available, though in the basement and a bit hot, so we didn’t play. The reception spoke limited English but tried their best to communicate. There was also a self-service coffee machine in the lobby with a lounge area to relax. The hotel’s location was very convenient: close to the bus stop, with convenience stores nearby. During our summer visit, the illumination event was walkable from the hotel.

We saw review on the breakfast as good. But we were disappointed with it. Not much variety and most item are serve cool and Luke warm. Nothing is hot. Esp in winter stay. It’s a disappointment. Not good sushi rice. The sushi raw item looks very sad and yikes. Coffee taste bad too. Pls granbell u need to be better then this standard really.

Quedé sumamente satisfecho. El aparcamiento y el desayuno eran gratuitos, y la habitación era la más grande en la que me he alojado. Lamentablemente, no hay ascensor, solo escaleras, así que tuve que llevar dos maletas a recepción al registrarme. Lo que hizo mi estancia aún más memorable fue que olvidé usar el calentador IQos del baño. La próxima vez probaré suerte a ver si lo encuentro. 😅🤣

Situado en medio de las paisajes de Hakodate, nuestro hotel ofrece una tranquila retirada con habitaciones de lujo y una hospitalidad cálida. Desde habitaciones confortables con vistas pintorescas a cocina local delicada servida en nuestros restaurantes, los huéspedes se encantan en una experiencia realmente inmersiva. Mejor para las primaveras calientes y el Hotel.
