I had a wonderful 3-night stay at this hotel. The location is very convenient, just a short walk from both the subway and JR station, making it easy to get around. The breakfast offered a good mix of both Japanese and Western options—healthy and delicious, with the cheesecake being a standout treat each morning. As a solo traveler, I found the bed spacious and extremely comfortable. After long days of sightseeing, the hot springs were the perfect way to relax and ease my tiredness. Overall, a great experience and I would definitely stay here again!

nice location for shopping - can reach JR station and underground from its B1 Good restaurants- many high ranking restaurants near by such as Mushashi beef bowl，Rikyu beef tongue good amenities- have nice onsen for recharge after one day of shopping

The location of the hotel was further from the station than expected, even if you use the nearest one at West 24. Since I'm not taking the train to get to the airport after checkout, it does not matter much. I must compliment the counter staff, Meng, for helping me to check with the luggage service provider as well as my former hotel as my luggage did not arrive in time during my check in. It was a panicky situation for a solo female traveller, especially when I was due for a morning flight the following day. Onsen facilities are great, there is even an onsite sauna. As the onsen is separately run, you don't have to bring towel from your room to the onsen. Breakfast is great too, with several options from the buffet line.

La segunda vez quedarse en 2 años porque amaba su ubicación, en el medio entre Tenjin y Gion donde muchas opciones de compras y cenas, pero no tan llena como en la estación de Hakata JR.

The service provided by the hotel was pretty good. but unfortunately the location was very difficult especially for people who does not have a car. it takes around 1200 yen from Kokura to this hotel, not to mention the amount of time needed to travel from one place to another(1.5 hours). however, the onsen was pretty great and the shampoo bar and the ammenities provided by the hotel at the onsen was very accommodating. the game section and the table tennis was also very fun. be careful when trying to eat anywhere near the hotel though, because there’s nothing near the hotel.

혼여행이여서1인실에묵었습니다..호텔신관에묵었는데..좀낧은느낌입니다..욕실커텐에서는냄새가났습니다..방은혼자서쓰기에는괜찮지만둘이쓰기에는작습니다고구라역에서8분정도거리되고대욕장이있어사우나하기에좋습니다.조식은음식이매일같고전날사용할걸재탕합니다.넘일본식이고종류는별루입니다..그냥밖에서사드셔도됩니다3일째는먹기가힘들더군요..ㅅ실내는좀추워요겨울에는비추입니다.방에에어콘만작동가능하더군요..직원들은정말친절힙니다..

The hotel is nice with high level lobby and free hot spring on the top floor. That is actually located in the prime location of Fukuoka with few top travel spots around like 櫛田神社, Canal City & Tenjin Underground mall. The restaurants around are also nice, especially for the recommended restaurants from the hotel. We had our great first trip to Fukuoka here.

La estación de Hakata está a unos 10 minutos a pie y Canal City está muy cerca. La ubicación era estupenda, ya que estaba cerca de la estación de tren Tenjin Minami. No hace falta decir que las aguas termales fueron las mejores. ¡El helado que comes después de tomar unas aguas termales por la noche y el yogur que bebes después de tomar unas aguas termales por la mañana también son geniales! También disfruté mucho el ramen con salsa de soja gratis. El desayuno también era bueno! ¡Era un lugar donde no faltaba nada!

El tiempo de ingreso es flexible. Las instalaciones son amplias. La ubicación es fácil de localizar y cerca del transporte público y del punto de vista.

Es un gran bañera pública y un cálido, muy bueno. Me siento mejor. La ubicación es buena, hay una lavavajillas en monedas en el cuarto de baño, una lavavajillas (200 yen) y una secadora (100 yen). Esto es muy útil porque hay una lavavajillas en la piscina de la chica. Yo estaba en fila en otros hoteles, pero puedo usarla inmediatamente sin tener que en fila aquí. El desayuno también es bueno.

Nice spa like good onsen. So near to the subway line station to Fukuoka airport. Only 2 stations away. The clerk kindly showed me the way. The system looks very new to me but I was get used to it gradually. I could walk to Nakaskawabata station too. Pretty enjoyable experience in Hakata.

No hay sillas de mesa en la habitación, por lo que es incómodo comer. Hay un baño, pero no se pueden estirar las piernas. Buena tener un baño en el piso 3.4 (4-5 disponible). Contenido con los requisitos de un baño de primavera caliente con música. Contenido con servicio de almacenamiento de equipaje. El refrigerador es demasiado pequeño. No hay casi nada de comida para poner. No doy agua y me dejan usar el purificador de agua, pero el sabor del agua es extraño. Comprar agua y comer. Levántate. No secar. El espejo es demasiado pequeño para ver si te sientas. Inconveniente para preparar rápidamente juntos. El personal es generalmente amigable. Bebidas en el primer piso. Si vuelves a Fukuoka, reservas un hotel en 5 minutos de la estación de Hakata. Tamaño de la habitación. Tamaño del espejo de mesa de vestir. Compruebe cuidadosamente si hay una mesa en la habitación ~~ ^^

Hotel with good price and location. Most importantly they have in house Onsen! Highly Recommended.

Though location is a little far but the free shuttle bus to and fro Orio station made is super convenient for an onsen retreat. There's a direct bus from Kitakyushu Airport to Orio station too, which makes it even better. Thankfully, the staff kindly took note of the shuttle reservation request made during booking, otherwise, it would have been very inconvenient to contact them and expensive to get to the resort by other means. They left a note to check the official website for pick-up point but there was no specific information - something that can be improved. The location was found to be BEHIND Maxvalue Shop (see first few photos). The resort is visited by mainly locals so it was helpful to see and ask them for confirmation. Facilities might a bit old but generally clean so it was okay. The room is nice and comfortable, particularly the view. It was very nice to see the hotel using reusable wares with even a refillable jug to get water from a machine at the shared space. Both sides of the natural onsen is switched between male and female everyday. Supper tantan noodles is great! Breakfast is not bad with both fusion western style and traditional Japanese options. It was a very nice and relaxing time!

walking distance to the JR station. big supermarket and mall within 5 min walk. nice restaurants nearby.

고쿠라역에서 도보로 400m에 위치하기 때문에 접근성은 매우 좋다. 전체적으로 마음에 드나 아래 2가지는 불만족스럽다.  예약하신 분들은 참고하세요 ------------------------------ 1.짐 보관 서비스는 케이스 바이 케이스 짐 보관 서비스는 대개 짐 보관 서비스를 해준다. (호텔이니 당연한 거 아닌가!) 하지만 짐을 보관할 수 없다는 답을 들었으며 (방문 시간은 이른 오전이었음) 이유는 짐을 보관할 장소가 없다는 것이다. 고쿠라역 코인 로커 (큰 슈트케이스는 하루 700엔)를 이용하라는 것이다. 비즈니스 호텔이기 때문에 관광객보다는 출장 오는 이들이 많기 때문에 짐 보관 서비스는 하기 어렵지 않을까 싶다. (관광객이 방문하는 시간보다 출장으로 오는 이들이 맡겨 놓는 짐들이 많을 거라고 추측한다.) 데스크에 2명이 있었고, 하급자는 최대한 보관해 주고 싶은 마음이 보였으나, 상급자가 무조건 안된다 하여 결국 3개 중 한 개만 맡기고 나왔다. ------------------------------ 2.체크인 시간을 맞춰서 가는 걸 추천 (하지만 ....) 정확하지 않을 수 있지만 숙박하는 내내 본 걸 기준으로 이야기하면 오후가 되면 데스크에 커튼이 쳐있다. 즉 늘 데스크에 직원이 없을 수도 있겠다는 생각을 해본다. (물론 벨을 누르면 나오겠지만) ------------------------------ 그리고 아래 사항은 마음에 들었다.  1.키 없이 사용하는 디지털 도어록 열쇠 없이 번호를 사용한다. 체크인을 하면 종이를 주고 이 번호를 이용해서 이용할 수 있다. 1층 문도 00:00~07:00도 닫히는데 그때에도 준 번호와 같은 번호로 출입할 수 있다. 열쇠, 카트 키가 없기 때문에 체크아웃은 필요 없다. 그냥 가면 된다. 2.목욕탕 객실이 작기 때문에 갑갑하게 목욕하기 싫은 이는 목욕탕을 이용하면 된다. 단 목욕탕은 한 개이며 시간에 따라 남, 여 사용이 제한된다.     * 남성은 18:00 ~ 19:50, 22:00 ~ 다음날 아침 7:50      * 여성은 15:00 ~ 17:50, 20:00 ~ 21:50 , 다음날 아침 08:00 ~ 09:30  여성은 목욕탕 문이 닫혀있으며 체크인 시 출입할 수 있는 번호를 준다. (남성 목욕 시간에 커튼만 쳐있음) 목욕탕 크기는 매우 협소하다. 그러니 시작과 동시에 가던지 늦게 가는 걸 추천한다. 3.무료 조식 트립 닷컴 안내와 달리 조식 비용은 호텔에서 결제하라 안내되어 있지만, 무료다.     * 시간은 평일 06:30~08:30     * 주말 06:30~09:00  비즈니스 호텔이기에 출근하는 이들에게 맞춘 시간이 아닐까 싶다. 음식은 밥과 국, 낫토, 반찬 4개 정도, 빵, 커피, 기타 음료를 제공하는데 괜찮다. (반찬은 계속 바뀌지만 명란은 계속 나온다.) (참고: 트립 닷컴 예약 시 2명으로 숙소 검색하면 조식 무료로 나오고, 3명으로 검색하면 조식 별도로 나옴) 4.웰컴바 18:00~21:00까지 조식하는 곳에 음료 자판기와 술 몇 종류가 제공된다. (맥주는 없으며 일본인들이 잘 마시는 전통주 같다.) 기타큐슈 자체가 이른 저녁부터 문을 닫기 때문에 저녁 6~7시 즈음 쇼핑했던 물건 숙소에 던져줄 때 음료 한잔 가지고 올라가는 자주 이용했다.  5.연박할때 청소 요청 안 하면 생수 한 병 준다. 교체가 필요한 수건은 문 앞에 두면, 새 수건과 생수 한 병을 에코백에 넣어 문 앞에 놔준다. 6.다양한 객실용품 1층 엘리베이터 옆에 비치되어 있으며, 기본적인 용품 (칫솔,면봉 등) 외에 두 칸으로 나눠져있으며 가글,로션,스킨, 릴렉스 시트 (휴족지간과 같은 효능)를 사용할 수 있다. 체크인 시간엔 오픈되어 있지만, 조식이 끝난 시간에는 닫혀있다. 저녁시간에 사용할 만큼 가져가면 된다.  ------------------------------ [총평] 기타큐슈는 소도시이기 때문에 이른 저녁이 되면 많은 가게들이 문을 닫는다. (돈키호테도 새벽 3시까지 영업하며, 매장은 작다.) 그래서 오사카 같은 대도시처럼 잠만 자면 된다라기 보다는 조금 더 체류시간이 길기 때문에 호텔 선택이 다른 곳보다 중요하지 않을까 싶다.
