We booked this place stayed at kawung villa or 2 storage traditional bungalow/wooden house for 1 night. The place is amazing we are located surrounding all the mountains. This resort offering few styles of room, u can book little bungalow enough for max 3 ppl, luxury villa, or big house for groups with private swimming pool. In our bungalow we have bath up with natural hot spring from the mountain. The bath up so big is enough for 3 adults to soak in. They provided us with the amenities, we have a tatami/breakfast nooks, and the bedroom at upstair with balcony overlook the mountain & fish pond. This resort so huge, so beautiful sorrounded with all the mountains and 1 main attraction is the public swimming pool. Every guest who stayed in this hotel will have free access to the pool unlimitedly, but fyi this pool also open for the public with the paying entry ticket. The swimming pool temperature so warm, since the water is natural hot spring from the nearest mountain. Unfortunately they have only 1 olympics size pool and 1 small pool for soaking the feet since the tempature so hot above 40' c. The pool might be crowded during afternoon time, but guest still can access them till 9pm so u can have a quite pool. The view from the pool so romatic & beautiful since we are at the feet of mountains. U can see the sunset from the pool, which so beautiful. Only 1 feedback for the management, please impove the breakfast menu. Since this hotel sorrounded the mountains and the temperature quite cold maybe in restaurant can serve more soup styles. And when we had the breakfast there the food actually not so warm and the taste of the food quite bland & not intresting. But i can recommend this place to everyone to stay here more than a night because so many thing we can explore from this resort. And there is foot spa whre we can seat at the fish pond, while we wait the fish clean out all the dead skins from ours feet & very ticklies.

This hotel is everything that you will be looking for in Bandung. From service, location (if you plan to do activities on North Bandung), view, food, and esthetic OOTD spots. All are marvelous! Recommended and seru banget!

Menginap di sariater hotel.cukup menyenangkan walau pun memang hotel lama tapi cukup teraewat dan baik, ada fasilitas brendem airpanas alami, makanan ensk area joggingbtrack nya luas....cukup mengesankan.

Mason Pine Hotel in Bandung offers a blend of modern comfort and nature's tranquility. There's 2 towers, Mason and Pine. Apparently Mason Tower offers more spacious rooms. The staff's hospitality and the hotel's cleanliness add to the overall positive experience. Their housekeeping service was awesome! We came back at the end of the day with super clean room. However, no iron and board provided. You need to request. Location wise, it's further away from the Bandung City but about 15min to Padalarang Station. We shifted to this Hotel after 2 nights at city area as we intended to take Whoosh at Padalarang to Jakarta. To add on, they prepared a birthday cake in celebration of my birthday. Overall, it's a delightful choice for those seeking a serene getaway amidst Bandung's beauty.

Booked one night stay since we were so exhausted back from Bandung. Checked in at 8.30 p.m. and the room was ready. I got 2nd floor bedroom it I was concerned that the low floor will be noisy. The receptionist assured me that it will not be noisy at night since the room will be facing the opposite of the road. 15 mins inside the room we heard a very loud music from the floor below, turns out there was party at the 1st floor. I complained and luckily they moved me to 6th floor. They even give me a complimentary chocolate. Overall the service is good, and the room is clean. Cleanliness and service is the most important thing. Unfotunately the onsen is under maintanance for 1 month, so you should check first before book the hotel.

El servicio es bueno, las instalaciones son muy buenas, desde la piscina de los niños es caliente, los adultos tienen agua caliente y normal, piscina jacuzzi, fotos son todos buenos ... La piscina es grande .... El alimento es variado, el sabor no es mal ... Muy limpio, la habitación no es tan sólo parfumante, las instalaciones de la habitación son completas, aunque el deluxe no balcón .... Muy satisfecho con las vacaciones en Harmoni

Si no vas a jugar a golf no vale la pena alojarte en este hotel. Reservé 4 noches porque pensé que era el mejor hotel de Karawang pero ahora tengo mis dudas. La próxima vez que vaya cambiaré de hotel para comprobarlo. La relación calidad precio está bien, pero cuidado que tienen una parte antigua y otra nueva, atención dónde te alojan. Área del gimnasio, zona de baño ”japonés” y piscina, bueno. Masaje muy normalito con un buen precio. Lo mejor del hotel el servicio y la disponibilidad para ayudar, sin faltar nunca una sonrisa, excelente. La parte negativa, la falta de profesionalidad en el restaurante japonés y en el desayuno. Un ejemplo, a las 8:30pm en el Japonés, ”last order” y quise pedir una cerveza y habían tres camareros sentados en el suelo detrás de la barra, como esta historia tengo tres más. Resumiendo, no recomiendo este hotel si no vas a jugar a Golf.

En general, el hotel es un buen lugar con muchos restaurantes cercanos. Conexión Wi-Fi es excelente. Los canales de televisión son abundantes y claros.

Good ,clean but there was a group of tourists who had a party in hotel . They talked loudly and tried to take group photo at the pool. I was laying on the bed beside the pool and they came and took photo in front of my bed , cameraman stood over my head. It was so rude to disturb other people.

Muy buenos hoteles, habitaciones son espaciosas, pero el armario es menos que adecuado. Hay bañera en cada habitación que es agradable. La piscina es grande. El desayuno está bien, pero el ovo canto sólo sirve omeleta. La ubicación es grande, se puede encontrar numerosos buenos restaurantes en 5 minutos a pie
